We'd love to return to that day to enjoy the excellent, high-quality food and the perfect portions. All our guests were very satisfied, including the simplicity and elegance of the room. Congratulations to the entire Casina Rossa staff for their dedication. You gave us an unforgettable day. 🥹❤️

09/07/2025: I learned they were under new management in 2025, and I contacted them for my baby's baptism. It was a resounding success; there's plenty of space for children, and even though there were a lot of us, they put us in one bright, spacious room. Special thanks to the chef, who created delicious dishes, even for the vegan guests. The welcome aperitif on the veranda was delicious and original. A heartfelt thanks to Hakam for his hospitality; we were very satisfied.

20/10/2025: A former workshop, tastefully renovated and converted into a restaurant. Beautiful, well-decorated venue. We ate well, paired with excellent wine. The service is truly excellent, with attentive service and attention to detail. Given the restaurant's appearance, I expected higher prices. I will return to Foligno and stop at "Mangiafuoco" again. I highly recommend it.

06/12/2025: Excellent place, but the owner alone, despite being very professional, can't manage an entire room. There was a 1-hour wait for an appetizer. The total cost was too much, in my opinion. It's a shame because the place is very nice.

10/12/2025: We exited here from the highway to Florence. Very close, ample parking, and above all, delicious food. Excellent pasta and risotto, excellent fried eggs, bruschetta, and rosticini. But the best thing is the service, the kindness, and the friendliness of the two girls, Lumi and Teo. Keep it up, because stopping to eat and smile with you is a pleasure. Thank you.

31/10/2025: Great experience. After a basketball game, we stopped here for lunch with friends.
Excellent welcome and super-fast service. As soon as we sat down, a selection of delicious fried foods arrived, along with plenty of draft beer. This was followed by a pizza round, each one better than the last.
The price was more than fair.
We'll definitely be back often.
Highly recommended.

01/12/2025: It's a three-star hotel, but it deserves at least four. The rooms are immaculately kept and impeccably clean. The refined cuisine is mouth-watering. When booking, they didn't ask for a deposit, bank transfer, or credit card details. For those coming to Umbria, it's a great choice, also for its location.
02/11/2025: Comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. Super helpful and friendly staff. Delicious homemade cakes for breakfast and a beautiful view of the hills from the panoramic windows in the dining/breakfast room. Convenient parking right at the hotel entrance. Very close to Todi! We'll definitely be back to try the hotel restaurant, since everyone raves about it!

04/10/2025: Generous portions, and the presentation was pretty good. But if I'm being honest, and I hope it makes sense, the flavor didn't strike me as particularly refined. The mushroom and truffle cream used in the tortellini lacked the right balance and had some solid particles that I couldn't quite figure out. The fried octopus with saffron sauce, also very generous, was undercooked. I can't give it a 5-star rating, as I expected, sorry.

Points deducted for the service. Too few employees, who even looked away just to avoid having to serve. Old dishes were still lying around everywhere. When you finally got around to ordering, because you were able to move, things moved slowly but surely.
Another point deducted for the bill. You didn't see it until after you paid, and it was incorrect, too. Too many drinks were charged. My impression was that the employee was somewhere between intentional and incompetent.

22/12/2025: Summer camp offers children and teens an experience immersed in nature, with group games, field trips, and plenty of socializing. I also recommend it for school camps.
18/12/2025: My 9-year-old daughter will be spending the summer at L'Aquilone for the third time. If it were up to her, she'd stay the whole summer! And she'll spend the winter waiting for her departure to Gubbio. What can I say: here, children are loved with simplicity, and between nature, the farm, and games in a loving family atmosphere, they experience freedom and joy. And what's more, they eat wonderfully! Thanks to Valeria, Michele, and Gabriele.
