01/10/2025: Despite its predominantly tourist clientele, this is a very authentic restaurant! The owner cooks divine, regionally typical food. She speaks English, German, and French and, together with the owner's daughter, takes great care of their guests. The recommended wines were all excellent. We were thoroughly delighted. Thank you!

28/09/2025: A truly unique little place, where you can enjoy local specialties with a modern twist. Crescenzo, the owner, is so knowledgeable about each dish...it makes you want to try everything! At the end of the evening, it's natural to thank them for the wonderful culinary and human experience they offer.

19/09/2025: The food at Floyd is delicious! Crescenzo's girlfriend's cooking is spectacular, with authentic dishes and attention to every detail. In the dining room, Crescenzo is incredibly friendly and kind: he welcomes you like you're at home. A special place where I'll definitely return!

We first came in after opening hours just for a drink, but they welcomed us so warmly that we ended up staying for dinner — and returned two more times. 09/09/2025: This was more than just a meal! This was the perfect experience! The host was so sweet with my kids! The food was mind blowing delicious! The wine the host suggested paired so well with our meals. I don’t normally eat meat but I would have eaten seconds of the deer and wild boar dishes!

The cuisine is traditional Umbrian, using quality ingredients: from the delicious pasta to the tender and flavorful tagliata. The homemade desserts are also delicious. The restaurant is well-kept and welcoming, with a wide and varied selection of wines, beautifully presented by the always friendly and professional staff. Special attention was also given to our little girl, who was welcomed with great enthusiasm and affection. We will definitely be back!

Even though it's a bit out of the city center, it's definitely worth a visit: the quality and atmosphere make every kilometer worthwhile. We started with a truly delicious platter of cured meats and cheeses, beautifully presented and made with top-quality ingredients. But the real star was the sliced ​​beef: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. A unique experience, hard to forget. We finished with desserts that were simply fabulous, something we'd want to eat again and again. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail, and a warm, relaxed feel. The service is impeccable: the staff is kind, attentive, and never intrusive. A place we'll definitely return to. Highly recommended!

06/10/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant on Saturday evening based on the reviews. The experience far exceeded our expectations. The place has a lot of character, and the choice of furnishings and certain small details reflect and characterize the taste and choices of this place. You can't help but be impressed by the small touches that undoubtedly define the experience. We ate some first courses and traditional local food. In particular, the tortelloni with creamed asparagus turned out to be a very good dish, where the different ingredients helped to enhance the flavors. The beef fillet was truly amazing. The wine was excellent, and the service was very discreet and attentive. Everything was characterized by extreme simplicity. The owners of this restaurant welcomed us with utmost simplicity and attention, proving that sometimes, to offer a high-quality experience, you don't need to emphasize certain aspects of the service. It was a wonderful experience, and I believe it was one of the best restaurants I've ever been to.

15/10/2025: We return to this restaurant after a few years, and the atmosphere and hospitality have not changed. We listen carefully as Lorenzo explains the menu and decide on the classic truffle menu, of course. We pair our dishes with a Montefalco. We end the evening with a pleasant surprise: since there's no dessert on the menu, they let us choose: tiramisu 😋. A beautiful and delicious return.

14/10/2025: An elegant restaurant, with very attentive staff (the complimentary liqueur at the end was much appreciated), and I must say, very attentive to their friends too. Remarkable quality dishes, and they definitely don't skimp on the use of truffles. PS: I'd return to Perugia just to try those truffle ravioli again.

30/09/2025: Excellent restaurant, very abundant and delicious food, the owner is an exquisite and very nice person as are the polite and sociable staff. It's a shame that they are closed for lunch, otherwise I would gladly have a nice lunch there.

We were offered a menu with (more than generous) tastings for two to share: - a rich appetizer with a platter of quality cured meats and cheeses and well-prepared and delicious fried foods - a plate of polenta (creamy and delicious) - a first course of truffle ravioli (outstanding) - a first course of pici with white meat ragù - a meat dish of the day (we skipped because we were really full. Yesterday it was Chianina sausage) - a dessert (a tiramisu with sponge cake) - a coffee - a liqueur All for a truly reasonable price. We absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back.
