01/01/2025: For New Year's Eve dinner, six friends, we went to this fantastic restaurant. Sublime food as well as the plating. The beautiful location. Congratulations to all the staff, we had an unforgettable evening. Thanks to all the guests of Venice.

02/12/2024: Op Tripadvisor werd dit restaurantje midden in Panicale goed beoordeeld en zeer aangeraden. We zijn hier 2 keer wezen eten en het was waanzinnig! Wat een mooie familie die met liefde en passie hun vak uitoefenen. Ook hebben we heerlijke wijn en olijfolie mee naar Nederland genomen.

21/01/2025: Very nice place that offers excellent cuisine. We were served with cordiality, friendliness and at the same time with professionalism in proposing and giving explanations of the products (raw materials, olive oil, wine). Good value for money.

16/01/2025: We had lunch here in the first week of January. In one word: delicious. Friendly service and great dishes, even with gluten-free pasta. And nice typical dishes for the time of year. We will definitely come back!

28/10/2024: Family-run restaurant located a few minutes from the Basilica of Santa Rita da Cascia, friendly and helpful staff, typical Umbrian dishes cooked with excellent quality raw materials, generous portions. Affordable prices! Highly recommended!!!

14/10/2024: Tuvimos la cena más increíble aquí, el camarero (que era el camarero más apasionado que hemos encontrado) hizo toda la experiencia y tuvimos una comida que nunca olvidaremos. Nos explicó todo el menú en inglés, detallando los ingredientes de cada plato (que por lo que reunimos era todo sostenible y cultivado localmente) al final de la misma queríamos probar todo! Incluso la cosa más simple como cebollas asadas con zumaque fue increíble. Se nota lo frescos que eran todos. Mi compañero dijo que su pasta era el mejor Ragu que había comido en Italia, ¡lo que fue un gran elogio! Tantas opciones veganas también, que es muy raro en Italia. Este fue el único lugar donde me dieron un postre en 7 días, así que me alegro de que fuera genial. Muchas gracias por la experiencia, nos encantó todo sobre su restaurante Pd - incluso la música que tocan es brillante. Restaurante llamado Pink Floyd.

Fin dal momento del check-in, il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, accogliendoci con un sorriso e rispondendo a ogni nostra richiesta con professionalità. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto, offrendo tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. La colazione, servita ogni mattina, è stata un'esperienza straordinaria, con una vasta selezione di prodotti freschi e di alta qualità che accontentano tutti i gusti. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è ideale, situato a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, ma abbastanza tranquillo da garantire un sonno riposante. L'attenzione ai dettagli e la cura per il cliente sono stati il vero valore aggiunto di questo soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza di qualità e un'ospitalità impeccabile. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

11/08/2024: I stayed with my family in this hotel for 5 days. I underline the availability and kindness of the director and staff. The swimming pool is very nice and clean. Breakfast also varies. The location of the hotel is unique because in a short time you can reach all the places you want to visit. The stay was certainly positive 👍👍

10/01/2025: Semplicemente perfetto. Accoglienza, unicità del prodotto, servizio e poi.... il proprietario! Un signore gentilissimo. Eravamo solo noi, il locale è molto piccolo e terminata la cena abbiamo passato un'ora a chiacchierare. Era come fossimo a casa nostra! Un'atmosfera pazzesca. A presto e grazie per la bellissima serata!

26/12/2024: Noi pugliesi in viaggio in Umbria, alla ricerca di posti dove mangiare del buon tartufo ci siamo imbattuti in questo stupendo locale….che dire il proprietario gentilezza e dedizione per il suo lavoro da vendere e cibi a dir poco eccellenti…torneremo presto.

29/12/2024: My fixed stop every Wednesday evening. The great professionalism, friendliness and kindness of the owner, together with the enormous selection of wines, force you to return to this welcoming and familiar place. Not to mention the typical foods prepared and served, cheeses, cured meats and various cold cuts, pinsas of all kinds, all of the highest quality. Try the specialty tomato soup! Highly recommended!

16/11/2024: We were taken here by friends for dinner. Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior this place is outstanding. A really well procured menu with local ingredients, an extensive wine list and solid cocktail list make for a great night out. I started with the carpaccio which was not only delicious, but a large portion. That followed with the beef cheeks which melted in my mouth. Every mouthful of food was delicious. I can also recommend the Negronis as an aperitivo. Add to that friendly attentive service. If your in the area pay this place a visit as you won't be disappointed.

24/01/2025: In viaggio da Bologna verso Gubbio ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante nascosto tra viuzze sterrate. Locale ampio, dallo stile piacevole , ma soprattutto....la vera accoglienza e cucina di una volta! Il proprietario e tutto lo staff , disponibilissimo e alla mano. Si occupano dei clienti con quel calore e affabilità propri dei bravi padroni di casa,. Ti fanno sentire accolto e raccontano e consigliano con orgoglio i propri piatti e, al viaggiatore curioso, riservano anche qualche aneddoto sulla storia di famiglia ( del nonno, appunto detto Baffone). Inoltre, viaggiando con un bambino piccolo, ci hanno portato al tavolo libri, colori e matite per intrattenerlo in attesa del cibo... una delle paste al pomodoro più buone che abbia mai assaggiato nella mia vita! L'ha divorata! Piatto semplice? No.. materia di prima qualità! Anche le pietanze scelte da noi adulti, davvero buone. Carne strepitosa. Rapporto qualità prezzo straordinario e se si aggiunge anche la bella atmosfera.... non vale che la pena prenotare x tornarci!

13/01/2025: We had dinner, everything was very good but it wasn't new to me, I had already been to them in Cascia. A special thank you from my son who has several food allergies and was finally able to eat something other than pasta with tomato sauce and a plate of ham! He was very satisfied. Already when booking the table I was asked if there was anyone allergic or intolerant and I guarantee you that it doesn't happen often! Congratulations to both the kitchen and the girls in the dining room, keep it up!!!

07/01/2025: If you want to taste real Umbrian cuisine, this restaurant is the right choice. The chef creates culinary works of art from simple products. All this in a homely atmosphere. I sincerely recommend it.
