30/01/2025: If I could give it a 100 I would. The chef cooks with passion and excellently, giving the dishes a modern twist with original and very successful combinations. Good assortment of wines, even by the glass. The dishes are well plated on large white plates and pleasing to the eye. We had excellent cold cuts, excellent and original first courses, super good second courses, and what can I say... good desserts. The equipment is directly on the tables which are decorated, you almost don't notice that you don't have a tablecloth, very nice. The service is attentive, courteous and unobtrusive. I chose well for my birthday...I was satisfied, and they were kind enough to bring me dessert with candles to blow out....thank you. We will see each other soon.

13/01/2025: We had dinner, everything was very good but it wasn't new to me, I had already been to them in Cascia. A special thank you from my son who has several food allergies and was finally able to eat something other than pasta with tomato sauce and a plate of ham! He was very satisfied. Already when booking the table I was asked if there was anyone allergic or intolerant and I guarantee you that it doesn't happen often! Congratulations to both the kitchen and the girls in the dining room, keep it up!!!

02/03/2025: Beautiful experience! Delicious starters and first courses (all of which they produce), second courses and desserts we were unable to taste because they were too full. The portions are very generous. The cheese gnocchi with truffle is recommended! We will definitely be back

24/02/2025: Don't be fooled by the location, because this place is a little pearl. A simple and welcoming place. Carlo was super helpful not only in the service, but he also cheered us up with his kindness. All the dishes, from appetizers to desserts, are entirely produced by them. Truly spectacular food and unique attention to the customer and his needs. Super recommended wine produced by them. I will definitely go back.

30/01/2025: Veramente eccezionale,la pasta è qualcosa di unico come quella di una volta....il menù è ampio e tutto di cucina Umbra il servizio è rapido e preciso lo chef spiega i piatti in sala..i vini anche essi umbri...vasta scelta.. anche l'acqua san pellegrino top ottimo qualità prezzo consigliato il menù degustazione se si vuole spendere meno...

28/02/2025: Kilometro zero is a trattoria-restaurant in Montecchio. It represents a point of reference of the village among the most beautiful in Italy. Alessandro, the highly trained chef, offers very high quality cuisine of meat (particularly Umbrian) and fish (to be discovered, a truly beautiful discovery!). The environment (with fireplace) is welcoming and comfortable. I have been frequenting this place for a few months and I can guarantee the quality of the raw materials and the professionalism in the preparation.

03/02/2025: Ancora una volta non posso che recensire super positivamente il ristorante tipico di Cascia nonché tutto il personale e in particolare la titolare Alessia per la simpatia la disponibilità e i consigli in base alle innumerevoli richieste, prodotti sempre top a prezzi veramente onesti. Ancora una volta non ho potuto fare a meno delle tagliatelle spazzacamino anzi a dire il vero sono ritornato proprio per quelle 🤣🤣🤣 infatti appena entrato ho chiesto direttamente quelle.... veramente ottime così come tutto il resto. Sembra come essere a casa , in un ambiente tranquillo, pulito e con personale veramente solare e cordiale! Ci vediamo il prossimo anno.... bravissimiiiiii 👍🏻💪🏻🥇

The dishes are always new and truly unique, a real delight for the palate, if you are sad and go to work your happiness will come back!! Typical and traditional cuisine Each dish is better than the other from start to finish, never banal but always sensational!! For me the best place on Foligno

24/01/2025: Upon entering you immediately feel the right atmosphere, like a tavern. The food is excellent and the cuisine on offer changes every week, paying attention to the territory and raw materials. Pigeon is their trademark, it's how my grandmother made it. There is no lack of love for music, which made me nothing but happy. When I pass through Foligno I will definitely return to try the first courses.

02/03/2025: È la terza volta che sono andata a mangiare in questo locale. L’ambiente è veramente straordinario, bello, curato, ampio. Il personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Il cibo veramente buono e si sente non solo la capacità nel prepararlo ma anche la cura e l’attenzione per le materie prime.

15/02/2025: Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per festeggiare san valentino,una scelta voluta e non fatta a caso all ultimo! Eravamo gia stati in questo posto un mese fa e siamo rimasti colpiti dal mix di sapori e dal calore del posto rustico ma molto curato Ieri sera abbiamo mangiato le pappardelle che le consiglio vivamente si scioglievano in bocca,fantastica anche la tagliata...superlativa la pancetta sopra la tagliata croccante...per finire i dolci una cheesecake cosi non l avevo mai mangiata Consiglio anche la crostata di visciole veramente ottima Torneremo presto 😊Federica

The appetizer alone was a riot of delicacies that made your mouth water just looking at them. The apartment where we stayed was very large and delightful in a splendid, well-kept building. Well done everyone, congratulations!!!!!

03/02/2025: Nice experience but I wouldn't repeat it. We booked mainly because we liked Giorgione's character. Good starters and first courses. Second courses were a bit disappointing, both in flavor and quantity, exactly two ribs and two pieces of chicken for two people. Giorgione was in the room for about an hour but, as is understandable having to manage two places, he avoided stopping between the tables and answered questions quickly.
