03/12/2025: Excellent pizza, both in terms of dough and ingredients, absolutely top-quality. A wide selection of restaurant dishes and drinks are also available. Overall, the price was fair. Major flaws were the atmosphere, making it impossible to eat calmly due to screaming babies and dogs barking (obviously not the restaurant's fault, but it significantly affected the experience). Also, for payment, meal vouchers were supposed to be accepted as indicated online and on-site, but when it came time to pay, we were told (verbally) that they weren't accepted for dinner. A serious lack of transparency. There's room for improvement, but I recommend it for pizza.

10/10/2025: A cozy place to eat at a good price and with excellent service. There's a coat rack and great Wi-Fi. Highly recommended.

03/12/2025: Delicious! Very pleasant, relaxing atmosphere, lovely clientele. The ladies and gentlemen who welcome you are kind and smiling, and they explain the wines they serve, accompanied by tasty appetizers. The wines: a nice selection of wines by the glass, including international ones, original wines, reds, rosés, whites, and sparkling wines, at fair prices. A delightful discovery. I'm already on my umpteenth visit...

25/11/2025: A very nice trattoria with a warm atmosphere. The food is really good and the portions are generous, with excellent value. The service is attentive and attentive. I recommend trying their strudel because it's delicious!

12/10/2025: I was there before to check out the lake and I saw that it had changed management... an arrogant character who asked me if I had lost anything when I left, but I told him no... then he told me that it was private and that I shouldn't have been there! Imagine the kind of people who run that place... anyway, I told him that in the meantime he had lost a customer and that I could still pass through there because it is a public passage! I'll ask the police tomorrow.

08/12/2025: Excellent dinner: the quality of the dishes was truly top-notch, with surprising flavors and thoughtful pairings. We had the scallop carpaccio, the gnocchi with rabbit ragù, the rabbit, and the rack of lamb: everything was impeccable, tasty, and presented with great attention to detail. Despite being at high tables and a bit of a buzz around the table, the evening was very enjoyable, thanks in part to the service. All the staff were kind and attentive, but a special mention goes to the long-haired man (maybe Paolo?) who looked after us throughout the dinner: extremely helpful, smiling, professional, and always with the right joke. He made the evening even more enjoyable with his truly impeccable welcome. I would gladly return for both the excellent cuisine and the service.

23/11/2025: Excellent traditional food in a welcoming atmosphere Bar Centro Fondo proves that sometimes the best places are the simplest and most authentic. We stopped for lunch and had a wonderful meal. The canederli were perfect, the carne salada was exquisite, and the polenta was just like grandma makes it. The atmosphere is homey, the staff is very friendly, and the prices are fair. If you're in Vermiglio and want to experience the authentic flavors of Val di Sole, you can't go wrong.

08/09/2025: We ate sandwiches, first courses, and second courses. The food was delicious, with quality, locally sourced ingredients. A regular stop!

18/10/2025: The dishes were excellent and plentiful, even though we came to eat out of season. We also had a plate of dumplings, but I didn't have time to photograph them!! 🤤
