23/01/2025: Tipico ristorante di montagna, la sala più grande, non invoglia, perché è una tettoia chiusa, ma non ci farete caso. Il gestore è cordiale, camerieri efficienti. L’esterno esposto al sole. Tagliere dei formaggi e salumi ottimo, stinco di maiale e carré di capriolo buoni, cotolette, dolci nella tradizione. Vino rosso in caraffa da lasciar perdere, così come il bianco .

21/04/2025: Il miglior ristorante di Cavalese di cucina tipica trentina. Trattato con un ospite con la O maiuscola. Il cibo buonissimo, bravissimo e appassionatissimo lo chef Paolo. 16/02/2025: Unfortunately this holiday was not as pleasant as the four previous times, there was no customer care (perhaps because there was a bus of Swedes who took over the sauna, drinking beer and other things) I found the room dirty with mould, double bed one of which was broken, Turkish bath not working, even after having reported it 2 days before but the staff did not have it fixed, I found myself in the cold for half an hour and now I am paying the consequences, not recommended if there are buses of holidaymakers present because you will not have the right consideration, the owners were greatly missed

08/01/2025: Excellent location for going to the various ski areas, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner buffets, very kind and always attentive staff

30/05/2025: If you have time and aren't hungry, that's fine. However, if you order drinks and they're brought to your table, and you want to order another one because someone else is coming, you'll be ignored!!! And it was like that a few years ago too.

06/05/2025: Not very polite manager. He rudely kicked out two people sitting outside because they ate a sandwich he hadn't prepared. Poor meal... with deer stew that was a few days old. I wonder if it's normal to sit at lunch with a dog(his!) that kept barking. Terrible!

09/03/2025: Ottima pizza, leggera, digeribile e ben condita. Prezzi onestissimi, soprattutto vista la zona e gran cordialità. Frequento spessissimo la zona e ci torneremo!

20/02/2025: Locale semplice ma particolare, personale gentile e premuroso... abbiamo preso due primi: "canederli dello chef" 10€ (tris di canederli, spinaci-speck-formaggio molto buoni!) e spatzle panna e speck 9€ (porzione abbondante e spätzle buonissimi!) ...non ne sono sicura ma sembrava tutto fatto in casa, davvero molto buoni questi due piatti! Coperto 1€, onestissimo! Con neanche trenta euro abbiamo cenato in due con due primi, bibita e caffè! Unica pecca: avevamo prenotato un tavolo per due e nonostante questo quando siamo arrivati il nostro tavolo non c'era, abbiamo aspettato un buon quarto d'ora all'entrata... quindi armatevi di pazienza che ne vale la pena :) Nel complesso comunque molto consigliato!

26/03/2025: Super consigliato, raggiungibile sia a piedi che in funivia. La torta di patate è buonissima, abbondante, come anche tutti gli accompagnamenti di salumi e carne salada.

03/02/2025: Ci siamo fermati di pomeriggio, dopo una passeggiata, in questo delizioso locale che offre una vista spettacolare sul paesaggio circostante. L'ambiente è molto curato e graziosamente arredato, abbastanza puliti i servizi; il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. I dolci - fatti in casa - sono squisiti: gustosa e croccante la torta Linzer, molto equilibrato perché non eccessivamente dolce lo strudel; ottime anche le tisane, accompagnate da un biscottino fatto in casa. Torneremo sicuramente!

28/03/2025: We stayed from 15 to 22 March at the Union Hotel Dolomiti, simply perfect. The services offered were excellent from every point of view: friendly and helpful staff, impeccable organisation. The rooms, spacious and with attention to the smallest details, won us over from day one. The spa was a real gem: modern, relaxing and with everything you could want after a day on the snow. Absolutely recommended!

06/01/2025: Siamo stati ospiti presso Hotel Villetta Maria, dove accoglienza, servizi e ospitalità lì abbiamo respirati dal primo momento. Lo Chef propone pasti vari e abbondanti, curando le intolleranze (grazie!); il servizio curato e cordiale da parte del Cameriere che ci ha curato e coccolato in ogni particolare; la cameriera gentile, ospitale; il Direttore professionale e cordiale; pulizia delle camere Top! Bellissimo il panorama, clima silenzioso e tranquillo.. poco distante da Canazei, vicino ad Alba di Canazei … Consigliamo il gruppo UNION Hotel… con cui l’esperienza e professionalità sono di casa. 22/04/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo rifugio dove già eravamo stati alcune volte, ma la qualità del cibo questa volta ci ha deluso… Le zuppe di cipolla avevano un gusto alquanto discutibile, scurissime di colore (alla cassa non ci hanno saputo dare la motivazione se non “forse le cipolle si erano ossidate”)e con un gusto che ricordava più un brasato (non mangio carne dunque per me non era certo un punto a favore). La abbiamo assaggiata in 4 e nessuno la ha ritenuta con un gusto gradevole. La polenta era alla piastra, buona, peccato che anche questa volta la contaminazione con la carne era palese al palato…. Sapeva più di braciola che di polenta. Cotolette buone, patatine salate oltre misura. Gelato con frutti di bosco ok. Non so cosa sia successo alla cucina del rifugio che ricordavano, ma non torneremo con gran facilità… Non ci è stato scontato nemmeno 1 euro per le pietanze di cui ci siamo lamentati. Personale cordiale… prezzi medi e buona varierà nel menu.

30/03/2025: Abbiamo scelto il ristorante prima ancora di partire dalla nostra città. Abbiamo trovato ottima accoglienza all'arrivo, ottimo è stato il cibo ed il servizio svolto da personale molto gentile.

12/05/2025: Pleasant discovery! We found this place by chance and were amazed, delicious first courses, generous portions, with an excellent quality-price ratio. During aperitif time there was a buffet with sandwiches, cold cuts and pizza. Very friendly staff, we will definitely be back!

04/03/2025: Hotel with typical skiing standards without fireworks but also without major reservations, completely sufficient for a ski trip. Pros: Clean rooms and cleaned daily. Buffet breakfasts. Three-course dinner menu, with three options to choose from in advance, additionally a buffet with salads, cakes, pizza. There is enough food and everyone will find something for themselves. The hotel has a small outdoor pool with a jacuzzi, a spa center in the hotel, access to the pool and sauna included in the price of the stay. The hotel is located close to the slope to the Costa lift, opposite the ski bus stop. Large parking lot. Ski room. Very friendly reception and hotel staff. Cons: The biggest problem is the ski bus, it is in the form of a train that pulls two carriages. The hotel is the third stop and this stop is often skipped because there is no more space. Sometimes, a more thoughtful Italian train operator drops people off at the lift and you return to the hotel, but there are few such operators and you have to wait another "x" amount of time. Italians are a lazy nation! Saunas are open until 19:30, but often at 17:00 there is a power cut. If you can come to the hotel with a dog, then allocate rooms in a separate part so as not to disturb the lives of others. The hotel itself is definitely too hot and the smog often does not allow you to open the window. There is no kettle or glasses in the rooms, and often after skiing, Polish tourists, of whom there are 90% there, love tea. Despite the minuses, I recommend this hotel for a family ski vacation.
