Let me get this straight: what really struck us were the owners' smiles. Their open, friendly, and genuine welcome won us over. The potato gnocchi were excellent, and especially the goulash. The Black Forest cake deserves an honorable mention. Highly recommended if you're visiting Arte Sella and Villa Strobele.

A warm and authentic experience amidst the flavors of Trentino
"We visited Ristorante Al Legno and were enchanted. The atmosphere is warm, typical of the mountains, dominated by wood and a Christmassy atmosphere, meticulously crafted down to the smallest details. We started with a generous and high-quality platter of local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by an excellent local Pinot Grigio. The first and second courses were equally impressive: delicious homemade gnocchi and a stew with polenta that melted in your mouth. Generous portions, friendly service, and fair prices. A must-visit if you're looking for true Trentino hospitality. We'll definitely be back!"

Going to Al Legno has become a regular occurrence when visiting Bruno. Yesterday, we had pasta with beans, then luganega with beans on a lovely polenta, followed by cabbage salad. A simple meal of great quality, thanks to the ingredients used and the skill of the chef. The buckwheat cake, also homemade, was a wonderful finish. Highly recommended.
