12/03/2025: Normal bar near the slopes of Folgaria and surrounding areas. Good sandwiches and chips, their price is probably slightly higher than average given the proximity to the slopes... but anyway I've always gone here

28/02/2025: Romantic Valentine's Day dinner! Hospitality and relaxation with delicious dishes and careful presentation. Then going down to the valley at night with the lights of the various farms that make the Mocheni Valley look like a Nativity scene is a spectacle. It is also called the Enchanted Valley for nothing.

12/02/2025: A truly special place! The hospitality is warm and authentic, and the passion for cooking is immediately noticeable. The dishes are prepared with a lot of love and use many home-grown ingredients, which makes every bite even more genuine and tasty. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a meal in peace. An experience that is always worth repeating. I will definitely be back!

01/04/2025: I bought a couple of ribs at the BBQ EXPO fair in Brescia and cooked them tonight. Definitely tasty, they don't look out of place with much more famous meats. Excellent quality/price ratio. Courtesy and competence in the service.

14/03/2025: I was really impressed by the quality of the products offered by Massimo Goloso. Now I know that every time I order I will find fresh meat and artisanal cured meats of the highest quality, carefully selected. The meat is always tender and tasty, perfect for any type of preparation, from grilling to more elaborate recipes. The variety of cured meats is exceptional, with products that truly taste of tradition and passion. I had the pleasure of trying both the classics, such as speck, and local specialties unknown to me (mortandela for example). In addition to the quality, I must also highlight the service and attention to detail in the packaging of the goods. It is clear that here there is great attention to the customer and the quality of the products. If you are a lover of quality meat and cured meats, I highly recommend stopping by or ordering from Massimo Goloso. It was truly a gastronomic experience beyond all expectations. 22/01/2025: I would like to be able to write a review about how you eat in this place, about the level of service, about the environment. Unfortunately, however, at a time of low attendance (1.40 pm) I waited to be called to sit at the restaurant, now they did not call me. I pointed it out, they replied "Don't worry, we'll call you when there is room", so I sat at the bar, I read the local newspaper, I read the sports newspaper, I made a call. After 20 minutes, there were numerous empty tables, they were talking to each other, as if I did not exist. I felt present and I went. Terrible experience.

12/03/2025: The food was terrible, the worst we had so far in town, and perhaps generally in Italy. The pasta sauces were just not tasty, the cream of the carbonara was terrible. The Ragu was dull and without taste. To call the risotto risotto is insult.

21/02/2025: Pradel è una singolare e ottima tezzazza panoramica naturale sulla Paganella, sulle cime del Brenta e sul lago di Molveno. Ci siamo stati varie volte in questi anni tra febbraio e marzo, sia a piedi da Andalo, sia con la cabinovia da Molveno ( col panorama sul lago). Base e arrivo di varie passeggiate, pista da slittino, pista da sci. Nel ristorante personale sempre accogliente, gentile e simpatico. I piatti sono sempre stati buoni, dai taglieri, ai primi , anche i secondi, della tradizione locale. Ampio salone interno oppure ampia terrazza panoramica sul lago . Il tutto molto rilassante.

11/01/2025: Cena perfetta in famiglia in questo ristorante vicino al bosco. Personale gentilissimo a partire dalla titolare e cuoca Giada, molto preparata nel cucinare piatti saporiti con prodotti del territorio. Ci sono vari menù fra cui scegliere ma non vincolanti (si può cambiare la composizione). Piatti molto belli e soprattutto gustosi, come il pane fatto in casa. Il vino consigliato, ottimo, proviene da piccole cantine locali. Prezzi adeguati. Consigliato a chi ama i sapori genuini.

10/12/2024: Una cucina di eccellenza che vale il viaggio, piatti presentati da ristorante stellato, amouse en bouche molto raffinata così come la varietà di pane e olio biologico. Carpaccio di capriolo eccellente, risotto indimenticabile. Servizio professionale. Che dire grazie Giada, venire da lei da Firenze un po’ impegnativo, ma torneremo con grande piacere

05/02/2025: I'm sorry but I had a very unpleasant experience in this bar, me and my little son were bothered by a drunk person all the time and nobody did anything, there was a young girl at the counter who pretended nothing happened. We had to gulp down our juices (among other things expensive and glass not filled) and run away. I'm sorry but whoever manages a place must monitor the patrons and at least intervene if they are a nuisance, especially in the presence of children!
