25/07/2025: The atmosphere and view are fantastic, and it's worth stopping for that alone. We had two aperitifs; they didn't even bring a snack, and the non-alcoholic aperitif was served in a water glass without a bit of ice or even a minimal presentation. Given the prices, a little more attention and presentation for the products would be appreciated.

28/06/2025: Evening with friends. Fresh fish of excellent quality prepared with imagination using seasonal vegetables. Courtesy and kindness distinguish the owners. Also recommended as a location, a stone's throw from Rovereto, surrounded by greenery.

02/06/2025: Cucina gourmet da 10 e lode in Val di Fassa. Lasciandoci tentare dal percorso da 6 portate del territorio, siamo stati accompagnati in eccellenza di sapori e presentazione. Gusto inattesi ma ben orchestrati, non estremi ma inpensati quello si, porzioni adatte e presentazioni che colpivano l'osservatore, senza tuttavia intimidire. Ritmo di servizio perfetto, non lento da consumare la serata, non affrettato da non lasciare il piacere conviviale. Piccole accortezze come entrè, pane e buon olio per iniziare. Personale in sala sempre attento, capace di orientare con sorrisi e consigli richiesti, senza eccedere nel voler essere presente divenendo così invadente. Ambiente piacevole, numero di coperti non troppo ampio da disperdere la sensazione di essere fra amici in occasione speciale. Vini al calice ben selezionati, piacevoli e consigliati con la giusta franchezza ed esperienza. Prezzo ragionevole per la complessità e l'ampiezza del menù, le materie prime uniche e del territorio, la loro qualità e la gestione complessiva. Tutto in linea alla tipologia di ristorazione attesa e scelta, non per tutti i giorni ma neppure per una volta e mai più, percependo uno scomodo disallineamento nel dare e ricevere.. qui non accadrà. Insomma, se foste in zona e desideraste una cena di misura, non perdete l'occasione per farvi tentare e sentire la passione di coloro che amano il loro lavoro di ristorazione, ne varrà la pena.

27/04/2025: Ok ristorante gourmet ma i prezzi sono spropositati, 4 euro il coperto senza neanche la tovaglia, anche perché non credo sia molto igienico il puro tavolo. Come faccio a sapere se è stato pulito a dovere?

01/08/2025: L’Osteria si trova a Mezzolombardo, a fianco di un ampio parcheggio pubblico e a pochi metri del notevole Castello della Torre. Locale semplice e tipico. Abbiamo gustato ottimi primi e un secondo di pesce (trota). Personale gentile e disponibile.

12/07/2025: I highly recommend this place. When my husband and I visit the Coredo and Tavon lakes, it's a must-stop. The setting offers a beautiful view, is quiet, and pleasant. The ice creams are homemade and truly delicious. The cakes are homemade, especially the buckwheat one and the strudel.

15/07/2025: Compliments for everything: starting with the service and then everything else about the place. We were there four years ago and returned in 2025. Always excellent hospitality. We had three dishes: venison with polenta, exquisite traditional dishes, sublime and plentiful, the pizza was also excellent. Good prices. We will definitely be back.

25/07/2025: A well-kept and elegant little place. The savory meat was delicious, and the bigoi and tagliata were also good. The desserts were a bit disappointing, and that's the only reason I didn't give the food a 5, because everything else was excellent.

07/08/2025: On the recommendation of a chef friend, I had this fantastic experience, because to say I had lunch would be an understatement. Every course is thoughtfully crafted and researched, making it worth the trip and the price. You can immediately see the dedication the entire staff, including the chef, put into their work. Typical products are elaborately prepared and paired with innovation that goes beyond simple Michelin-starred cuisine. Every forkful and spoonful is a journey into the flavors of the region and gastronomic exploration. Excellent selection of regional and national wines. Courtesy, cleanliness, and excellent service. I wish everyone a similar experience in the breathtaking setting of the Val di Fiemme.

04/08/2025: I booked months in advance and mentioned that I'm vegan. I was very disappointed and disappointed by the menu presented. It was essentially an imitation of the omnivore menu, with the animal ingredients eliminated or replaced with vegetables. Therefore, since it wasn't a carefully crafted menu but rather "adjusted" based on the omnivore menu, it was quite disappointing. It's a real shame that a restaurant of this caliber, with a Green Star chef—who cares about the environment, ingredients, and his homeland—doesn't offer a truly vegan option. We also pointed out how unfair the menu's price is, identical to the omnivore menu but without the high-quality ingredients it contains (for example, the main courses: char replaced with chicory and pork replaced with fennel). While they clearly feature high-quality vegetables enriched with special ingredients, I don't think they're comparable to the animal protein either in terms of taste (which is actually unpleasant) or price. It's a real shame; I won't be returning, and I don't recommend the experience to anyone following a plant-based diet as long as this is the alternative. I hope that, in the future, if a vegan menu is offered, it will be well-researched and of equal quality to the omnivorous one, because I believe all customers deserve to be treated with the same respect. The dining room staff was very kind, especially the girl in the white shirt and glasses; very sweet and professional.
