05/03/2026: A go-to bar for aperitifs in the center of Cavalese. When it's crowded, the atmosphere can be a bit chaotic. Friendly staff. Recommended.

11/02/2026: Illy coffee is delicious. I especially recommend it when there's a barista behind the bar. The attention to detail in serving coffee is definitely better. We went several times during our trip, and the atmosphere is impressive. In my opinion, it's the best place for coffee in Cavalese.

10/03/2026: August 2025, vacation, and we didn't want the usual beer. We ate delicious sandwiches, and I highly recommend the pulled chicken one (outstanding!). Friendly and courteous staff.

29/03/2026: Excellent family hotel, with a generous and varied breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner options are available at a moderate price, with restaurants in the city center serving traditional dishes and very good pizza. Decent, clean, and well-appointed rooms.

21/03/2026: Excellent cuisine, quality breakfast buffet to suit all needs. Renovated rooms, cleanliness not impeccable but above average.

14/03/2026: Honestly, what I ate wasn't goulash. It just tasted like peppers and was a broth made of something unclear. The dumplings were undercooked, and there was only one dumpling. Not to mention the meat, which was tough and full of gristle, and there was very little of it. The only good thing about lunch was the fries; the rest was nothing.

24/02/2026: This refuge enjoys an excellent location, halfway up a ski slope. The view is excellent, as are the outdoor table positions on sunny days. The food is certainly very high quality, better than you'd expect from a refuge. The dishes are of the highest quality, as you'd expect from a restaurant. The price is in line with the offerings.

09/12/2025: Just one night, but one to remember! Beautiful property, meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. The spacious rooms, the spa (reservation required) is a real gem, and the restaurant is top-notch! Very clean and fragrant, and the view is breathtaking! We left this place reluctantly, promising to return! Excellent

08/12/2025: Tried it exclusively for lunch several times, everything is delicious; whatever you order, you can't go wrong. For me, this is the best place in Fiera di Primiero. Also for the price.

07/04/2026: Very characteristic place, the food is very good and typical (you absolutely have to try the canederli in broth!...The pizza is also very good...the place has seating at the counter and in a beautiful garden with a playground.

01/02/2026: A very nice and quiet restaurant. A nice, extensive menu with reasonable prices given the fantastic location beneath the Marmolada and overlooking Lake Fedaia. We ordered a charcuterie board for two, a first course, a second course, two desserts, and two coffees for €62. The service was kind and friendly. I would return.

29/10/2025: Great atmosphere and excellent service! The food is very good, especially the sandwiches, and the portions are generous. It's a shame the salad is a bit small, but it's still tasty! The restaurant/shop concept is also nice! A good place to eat quickly and without any fuss.

26/10/2025: Lunch on October 24th. The bruschetta was good, but the chickpea, potato, and coppa pasta dish was out of this world! Well done! We also tried the Bronte pistachio cake, which was very good. The coffee could be improved. I gave the atmosphere a 4⭐️ because a pigeon was flying between the tables, which was truly unhygienic. The bill was reasonable.

19/07/2025: We stayed in the Marchesa Suite and were thrilled. The room is spacious, elegantly furnished in Alpine style with wooden details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is large and modern. A separate area houses a private sauna cabin for two, a real plus for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring Trentino. The only small flaw is the room's soundproofing, which isn't the best, and you can sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms or music from the hallway. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. It is served at your table, with items such as fruit, croissants, strudel, and a selection of other à la carte options, some included and others available for a small supplement. The hotel staff were extremely kind and always attentive to our needs, helping to make our stay even more pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with a perfect balance between modernity and mountain style. The location is excellent for exploring the area: from here, you can easily reach the city of Trento by car, as well as numerous lakes, castles, and picturesque villages in the surrounding area. A truly pleasant stay, we recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation and comfort in a Trentino setting. Giulio and Giuseppe
