20/07/2025: A spacious, seemingly family-run establishment, with a restaurant and pizzeria open for lunch. The menu is limited, but the salads and pizza are good. We appreciated the courtesy and attentive service. If you're passing through, it's worth a stop. (July 2025)

19/07/2025: I share my experience regarding the "restaurant". On the advice of a local person asking where I could have "lunch" (a quick meal that wasn't a sandwich), I stopped at this hotel, they didn't have much choice, only one type of pasta, and some large salads (or perhaps it's more correct to say small salads), regardless of the quality (I'm not criticizing the product), we took (as a couple) a caprese, a salad with egg and olives, and a green salad, a medium beer, and a small radler. The caprese had a small mozzarella, and a tomato (Cirio type), the other, an egg, 7/8 olives, and four leaves of green salad, the same for the salad plate (served on large plates with the central part as big as a cappuccino cup), I did some calculations "roughly" (I do the shopping anyway): the salad with a €1 bag, (and the contents of a bag would have made 4 portions) two eggs, a mozzarella and a tomato, a half-litre beer (not 0.4 like a glass) €1 and the same goes for a radler €1, so about €5 in total (at supermarket retail prices)... paying €35 seemed excessive to me! I would have justified it if the quantities had been different.

01/08/2025: Family lunch, four adults and two girls. Excellent food, generous portions. Very short wait. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop by again!

27/05/2025: We went to Trattoria Aquila Nera for lunch on the occasion of my partner's birthday, and the experience was simply perfect. The place has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with wooden furnishings that convey all the authenticity of Trentino tradition. The menu is full of typical dishes: we tried canederli, strangolapreti, polenta with venison, pork shank and rabbit, all cooked in an excellent way and served in generous portions. You can perceive the authenticity of the ingredients and the passion in the kitchen. A true triumph of local flavors! Not to mention the various grappas produced by them. A special applause to Mrs. Lucia, very kind and attentive, who made our lunch even more enjoyable with her hospitality. Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic cuisine, a family atmosphere and an experience that goes beyond simply "going to a restaurant".

04/05/2025: The Aquila Nera restaurant was a real surprise. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a rustic touch that makes you immediately feel at home. The staff is very kind and attentive to every detail. I tasted the rabbit, the venison with polenta and the apple strudel: all the dishes were delicious, prepared with fresh, excellent quality ingredients. The venison was particularly tender and tasty, and the strudel was the perfect end to an unforgettable meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try true Trentino cuisine."

20/07/2025: A restaurant that's barely visible from the outside; you walk in and feel right at home. Simple, tasty dishes, and above all, plentiful!! The use of spices could be improved a bit, especially on the risotto, where the cinnamon dominates everything, especially on the excellent pears!!!

16/07/2025: Il posto è veramente magico! Noi abbiamo mangiato nel giardino pieno di piante, insieme al dolce cinguettio dei canarini. Il cibo è veramente veramente buono, si vede che è cucinato con cura. Ho apprezzato tutto di questo posto, dal cibo al caffè servito su un vassoio con un delizioso centrino bianco. Devo dire che l’atmosfera è familiare, tranquilla e si respira una serenità unica. L’esperienza quindi è stata più che positiva, sarei rimasta molto di più. Tutto è curato e sia il ristorante che il proprietario hanno un’anima veramente bella. Grazie

23/07/2025: The place is beautiful, with both indoor and outdoor seating and well-appointed decor. Friendly staff. Excellent quality cuisine with local or home-grown/produced products (we had two beef burgers with fries, delicious). Dessert was sublime (a cup of Chantilly cream with berries). A little pricey, perhaps, but you pay for quality!

31/07/2025: A slice of Roman life nestled in a typical Trentino restaurant. Don't be fooled by the wooden beams and inlaid benches; the dishes are authentic Roman cuisine, and they're well-prepared. My personal tip: go heavy on the pepper! Recommended for a different kind of evening in Trento.

21/07/2025: We stayed at this hotel for one night and were very impressed with the value for money. The room was very clean and even had air conditioning. The hotel is located on a small piazza, and the hotel restaurant is highly recommended. Our pizza was really good. The breakfast is particularly outstanding; they even serve freshly squeezed orange juice and a selection of cakes, fruit, and eggs. The chef, Luca, and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel!
