Chef Peter knows how to amaze guests with his creativity in the kitchen and friendliness in the dining room, assisted by Andrea and all the staff, he manages to convey emotions that I have rarely found in other places. I'm sure that the success it has is well deserved. I will certainly return with some friends even if the distance from my home is considerable. Very very good. PS cellar 10 cum laude.

Fascinating proposals for dishes designed to be excellent to taste and full of magic for the eyes through bewitching colours, shapes and methods. 30/12/2024: I was lucky after many attempts to find a place to have dinner in this wonderful place. The raw materials are of high quality and produced by their farm, so the entire menu is km0 Everything was delicious, the selection of bread, cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, first courses and meats. I recommend tasting at least one dish based on Grigia Alpina (coming from their breeding)

11/12/2024: I found this place on Google and, driven by the photos and positive reviews, I was convinced. Once we got there, the place already spoke for itself. Enchanting, relaxing, tranquil atmosphere... I would have moved there immediately. Once inside the environment was simply perfect in its simplicity. The owner welcomed us, kind and ready to advise us... the food was WONDERFUL, of quality and with fresh raw materials and treated impeccably without distorting the ingredients. The portions are just right. The atmosphere is so pleasant that the evening flew by. They offered us a rhubarb drink. From appetizers to dessert, there isn't a dish I wouldn't eat again. The host was kind enough to even take photos for us. My vacation started with them…and it started really well. Thanks so much guys! I will come back for sure.

01/01/2025: A restaurant that amazes. We came across this restaurant today January 1st 2025, by pure chance. From the outside it looked more like a cocktail bar than a restaurant, so we were a little perplexed. We really had to think again. We ate spaghetti with cheese and pepper and a really good second course of meat. Followed by exceptional desserts. Excellent service and a really nice owner, and you can see that he knows his job well, he's not an improviser. Super super recommended.

25/01/2025: It is an extraordinary restaurant, the dishes are gourmet cuisine with interesting combinations and exquisite taste, I have been coming for over 10 years and it is always a pleasure. Trout tartare, tagliolini with truffles and fresh fruit sorbets in their fruit are just some of the delicious dishes of this place. In addition to the quality of the food, a dutiful note of merit should be given to the service and last but not least to the truly honest prices for a restaurant of this level. Carlo Marega

09/01/2025: 5,000sqM of spa and treatment rooms are worth the trip. Relatively near Madonna di Campiglio makes it a great sky destination as well. Finally the new, modern but warm construction makes this a wonderful 5 star destination. Cons: Pinzolo is only about 800m from sea level so snow is less common and the town is not wonderful. The starred restaurant is good but the “normal” is a bit aseptic. Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful although not always 100% professional if you consider the cost (1,000/night during our stay). All and all, one of the most exclusive and relaxing destination in the area.

13/01/2025: It is a brewery, where in addition to the production, you can stop and drink some excellent draft beer on the spot. The staff is friendly and competent, able to recommend the right type of beer based on your tastes. The store is very characteristic and elegant.

28/12/2024: Pase. Falta apreciación del cliente. Coordinación de la cocina terrible. Acabamos con una botella de vino (en 2 ) antes de ver nuestra pasta. Lleva tu negocio a otro lugar.

22/12/2024: Serata piacevole, personale molto gentile, menù con scelta giustamente ristretta per puntare sulla qualità. Atmosfera davvero gradevole. Giusto un piccolo appunto: ordinando un calice di champagne magari si può far vedere la bottiglia. Posizione assolutamente centrale in Trento ma in una piazzetta super tranquilla. Comunque consigliato!

14/01/2025: We ate really well, we took the platter with some really good local cured meats and cheeses produced by them and it was also possible to buy them. I recommend getting their apple pie if I think about it I can still taste the taste in my mouth. Environment also suitable for children as it is a farm with animals.

30/11/2024: By mistake I had assigned only one star to the restaurant but it is absolutely worth 5 both for the quality of the dishes offered and for the kindness and helpfulness of the owners.

09/01/2025: I frequented the Clara tavern as a child together with my grandfather Gigiotti from Folgaria, my mother Clelia bought a wonderful picture painted on glass from Clara's daughter which I still have. The premise helps to understand that Clara tavern is a historic place whose customers have been returning for generations. An already beautiful location enriched by the Christmas setting which makes it even more pampering, I thank the management for dedicating the romantic table near the fireplace to us. What about the culinary offerings? Excellent would be an understatement. They offer comfort to the eye and the palate that embody the owners' passion for quality. Last but not least, applause goes to the dining room staff, who are highly trained in clearly illustrating menus and preparation details, combining them with kindness and professionalism. We get to the bill: excellent value for money. I conclude by wishing Taverna Clara to continue on this path, we are already in the fourth generation of tasters :-)
