20/09/2025: Nice bar/restaurant by the reservoir. Limited parking available. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, there was only a small selection of food on our visit as it was the last day of opening. Nevertheless, we were satisfied. The prices are a bit high, but not too bad considering the location.

19/09/2025: Initially disappointed because there was no pizza. As a second option, I chose the spinach spaetzle with gorgonzola and walnuts; it was delicious! Great atmosphere, beautiful view, and friendly people.

07/10/2025: An excellent holiday spent in this wonderful hotel. Enchanting place, easily accessible, strategic location. Room with a whirlpool tub and a spectacular view. Breakfast was plentiful and catered for all needs, and for this I wanted to thank Mrs. Eugenia for her exquisite and attentive service. Good spa treatment. Top-quality food in the restaurant. The only flaw I'd like to point out is that the management should pay more attention to the cleanliness and layout of the rooms. Everything else was EXCELLENT. We'll be back very soon.

07/10/2025: A very nice hotel. Rustic yet modern. Friendly and helpful staff. A special highlight is the fantastic sauna, which can be booked for €5 per person.

01/09/2025: Typical Roman and Abruzzo cuisine in Val di Sole. The amatriciana is better than many restaurants in Rome. Very friendly and attentive staff ❤️ Excellent, cheerful people, God help them!

16/10/2025: Great food, weird vibes… My partner and I wandered in after finding it on the Michelin app, and were able to get a table on a Sunday night as it wasn’t busy. Multiple people greeted us quickly and warmly, but consequently we did feel rushed to order. Though friendly at first, the waitress seemed put out when we ordered only pasta (no appetizers or meats), which left us feeling uncomfortable. This was exacerbated by the nearly empty restaurant (granted, it was on the early side) with no music and dated, stuffy decor. I understand our order may have been unusual for upscale Italian dining. But since we weren’t taking up a table on a busy night and waiters’ wages don’t depend on tips in Italy, I thought it was rude to make us feel as if we were being tolerated for not ordering more. The actual food was really good. The complimentary pumpkin soup was delicious, and both the tench ragout and linguine with scallops were amazing. We ordered an apricot tart for dessert, and were pleased with it and the additional brownies. Just a shame about the service experience.

16/10/2025: In a place where we've often found prices quite high, here you pay but you get a lot. The tasting menu (meat) we tried offered excellent quality ingredients, beautifully presented and even better when tasted. Special mention goes to the fruit sorbets, brilliantly presented and remarkable in flavor (they alone make you want to return to the restaurant—which we did). The staff is not only extremely knowledgeable about both the food and the matching wines, but also very friendly and truly makes you feel at ease. Definitely worth a visit!

28/09/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance while strolling through Arco. I was looking for something sweet and came across this little bar. I asked for a slice of tiramisu and they told me it was homemade. So, to my great surprise, they were quick. And the tiramisu was very good, and the owners were very kind. I'll definitely be back.

09/09/2025: A restaurant serving Sardinian specialties in the center of Fondo. The restaurant has very limited seating, but is quaint. The menu is varied, with both meat and fish options. Good service. Delicious food.

29/08/2025: High-quality seafood in a mountain setting: a rarity. I particularly enjoyed the mussels with pecorino cheese. The restaurant is well-kept, with a lovely outdoor area complete with a stream running alongside the tables. Attentive service. I'll definitely be back!

15/10/2025: A beautiful and peaceful place where you can enjoy excellent food and a wide selection of prestigious local wines. Formerly an inn during the Habsburg Empire, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with excellent service and qualified, knowledgeable staff.

28/09/2025: A restaurant passed off as an osteria, or rather, awarded the title of an osteria... Let's just say it's nothing special... The dishes are certainly well-made, but the prices are significantly above average, especially the wine. As soon as I entered, I noticed a bad smell, a stale odor that was truly unpleasant. Later, in the room where we dined, this smell was no longer present, but the biggest flaw was the service. We were served by two people; the first, a young, friendly, and smiling girl, but the second, a little older, was truly rude. She made us feel uncomfortable several times, and on top of that, the service was truly sloppy.

19/09/2025: We had lunch here, just steps from Piazza del Duomo, and were very pleased. They have a varied and tasty vegan menu with excellent value. They're also very friendly.

10/10/2025: I had lunch here in late September and, as the dishes showed, I was truly impressed. All the dishes were fantastic and delicious, from the presentation to the taste. They featured colors and flavors I'd never experienced before, and are definitely worth trying throughout all four seasons. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to the guests' needs, placing them at the center of the culinary experience and never making them feel "alone" for a single moment. An excellent experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant.

14/09/2025: We visited Maso Burba and chose the tasting menu: truly excellent, with carefully prepared and flavorful dishes showcasing the raw ingredients with great creativity. 🍷🍴 The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, perfect for a unique dining experience. The only small points to note: the staff, while friendly, sometimes seemed a bit distracted (we even had water forgotten and even charged twice after requesting it), and the service times between courses were quite long. Personally, I would have preferred slightly larger portions. That said, the quality of the cuisine remains unquestionable, and overall the experience was very positive. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a thoughtfully curated experience of flavors and a charming location. 🌟

The flavors were authentic and portions generous The staff was attentive and kind, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. On top of that, the restaurant was clean ( as well as the toile) Stop by if you loves Indian cuisine.

14/10/2025: The perfect dinner to celebrate my birthday. We chose this place because we wanted to eat something delicious in a quiet setting and celebrate another year, and it exceeded all expectations beyond our wildest dreams. Excellent wines, friendly staff, and the tuna tartare was out of this world, much better than many beef tartares I've eaten (and I say this as a meat lover). Then came the spaghetti with thick ragù, which almost moved me to tears at how good it was, with that enveloping sauce that made you feel satisfied with every bite. Finally, a Garronese sirloin steak, strictly rare, that melted in your mouth, with an excellent mustard sauce and a delicious rosemary and olive oil cured meat; every bite was a delight. Special mention also goes to the seafood pasta and the swordfish. I don't usually give too many compliments to a place, but here they are obligatory. Excellent ingredients, well-crafted and carefully prepared dishes, friendly staff, perfect combinations and flavors, more than fair prices, and adequate (I'd even say generous) portions. What more could you ask for? Compliments to the staff; if we pass through Arco again, we'll definitely stop here! Well done!

02/10/2025: I would like to provide feedback regarding an unpleasant experience my partner and I had at your restaurant on Tuesday, 30 September. Upon arrival, we were offered a table next to guests who had brought their dog. As I suffer from allergies, we kindly asked if it was possible to be seated in an area of the restaurant without animals. Unfortunately, the server informed us that there was no such option available. Consequently, we were unable to stay and had to leave without dining. In addition to the allergy concern, I would like to point out that the presence of dogs inside dining areas raises questions of hygiene and food safety. According to general food safety and hygiene regulations, restaurants are expected to maintain a clean environment where food is prepared and consumed. Allowing animals into guest areas may compromise this standard and can create an exclusionary experience for guests with allergies or sensitivities. It was very disappointing, as we had looked forward to dining at your establishment. Sadly, under the current circumstances, I cannot recommend the restaurant to others.

29/09/2025: Craft brewery with an adjoining beer hall. The selection is wide and varied, and the beers are all excellent. Unfortunately, I don't live in the area (I live near Modena) and rarely stop by, but luckily they have an excellent home delivery service 😃🫶🏻👍🏼👍🏼

20/09/2025: A truly positive experience. We tried several of the brewery's beers. The staff was incredibly friendly and explained the characteristics of each individual beer they produce and offered recommendations. This brewery is unique in that they let you taste the beer before ordering (a highly appreciated feature). We also had a very good sandwich with the beers. We'll be back.

06/10/2025: We chose Ai Vicoli for our first evening in Trento. Unfortunately, we hadn't noticed that the restaurant didn't open until 7 p.m. and arrived at 6 p.m. Luckily, the attached wine bar, which opens at 6 p.m., was offering a special TrentoDOC Fest offer, so we were able to sample three different TrentoDOCs as an aperitif. The service and food were fantastic. We highly recommend Ai Vicoli!
