20/09/2025: Nice bar/restaurant by the reservoir. Limited parking available. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, there was only a small selection of food on our visit as it was the last day of opening. Nevertheless, we were satisfied. The prices are a bit high, but not too bad considering the location.

19/09/2025: Initially disappointed because there was no pizza. As a second option, I chose the spinach spaetzle with gorgonzola and walnuts; it was delicious! Great atmosphere, beautiful view, and friendly people.

03/12/2025: Hand-made tagliatelle with bacon and artichokes, a caponata d'assalto (a ragu) and pallotte cacio e ova (a cheese and egg pasta dish), all heartwarming. We support different teams, but the food is just as good at the table 😂😉

14/11/2025: Typical Roman trattoria! Delicious dishes! Starting with the first courses... Mezze maniche alla carbonara and tonnarelli cacio e pepe, both mouth-watering! Continuing with the fantastic oxtail stew and delicious arrosticini! To conclude, a delicious homemade tiramisu. The service was prompt and attentive! The waitress was very friendly!! We'll definitely be back!! Well done!

02/11/2025: First time at this restaurant and we were really pleased! The restaurant is small but very welcoming, with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The menu is interesting, with truly tasty traditional mountain dishes. The staff is friendly and helpful: the young woman who explained the menu to us (I don't know her name) was especially good, with a polite and welcoming attitude. Fair prices and excellent quality—we'll definitely be back!

17/11/2025: A true gem of a place I celebrated my fiances milestone birthday here last week. We loved the interiors and intimate set up. The staff are very attentive and hospitable. The food is of great quality and they have an excellent wine selection. Highly highly recommended this place.

28/09/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance while strolling through Arco. I was looking for something sweet and came across this little bar. I asked for a slice of tiramisu and they told me it was homemade. So, to my great surprise, they were quick. And the tiramisu was very good, and the owners were very kind. I'll definitely be back.

12/11/2025: "I make it myself"... 7 wonderful courses, flavorful surprises, excellent culinary technique, and, last but not least, a patient and excellent head waiter. For me, it was a gem finally revealed; for my wife, it was a wonderful journey through the Mochena region, discovering what Trentino has to offer through small and carefully selected suppliers. We'll be back for the boiled meat, and we'll definitely be back many more times.

The interior is also beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are fair for the quality, especially considering the location in the heart of Trento.

26/11/2025: DEVASTATING! A wonderful discovery. The dishes are beautifully presented, colorful, delicious, and anything but predictable. My only regret is that I wasn't able to try all the dishes, but it will be a must-try next weekend in Trento.

10/10/2025: I had lunch here in late September and, as the dishes showed, I was truly impressed. All the dishes were fantastic and delicious, from the presentation to the taste. They featured colors and flavors I'd never experienced before, and are definitely worth trying throughout all four seasons. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to the guests' needs, placing them at the center of the culinary experience and never making them feel "alone" for a single moment. An excellent experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant.

14/09/2025: We visited Maso Burba and chose the tasting menu: truly excellent, with carefully prepared and flavorful dishes showcasing the raw ingredients with great creativity. 🍷🍴 The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, perfect for a unique dining experience. The only small points to note: the staff, while friendly, sometimes seemed a bit distracted (we even had water forgotten and even charged twice after requesting it), and the service times between courses were quite long. Personally, I would have preferred slightly larger portions. That said, the quality of the cuisine remains unquestionable, and overall the experience was very positive. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a thoughtfully curated experience of flavors and a charming location. 🌟

06/10/2025: We chose Ai Vicoli for our first evening in Trento. Unfortunately, we hadn't noticed that the restaurant didn't open until 7 p.m. and arrived at 6 p.m. Luckily, the attached wine bar, which opens at 6 p.m., was offering a special TrentoDOC Fest offer, so we were able to sample three different TrentoDOCs as an aperitif. The service and food were fantastic. We highly recommend Ai Vicoli!

11/11/2025: Craft brewery with an adjoining beer hall that also offers pizza by the slice, fried foods, and various sandwiches. The location is very interesting, the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, and they explain all the beers in great detail. The beers are absolutely worth trying; we did, and they're all truly delicious. If you're passing by, definitely stop by! ...I definitely will!

14/10/2025: The perfect dinner to celebrate my birthday. We chose this place because we wanted to eat something delicious in a quiet setting and celebrate another year, and it exceeded all expectations beyond our wildest dreams. Excellent wines, friendly staff, and the tuna tartare was out of this world, much better than many beef tartares I've eaten (and I say this as a meat lover). Then came the spaghetti with thick ragù, which almost moved me to tears at how good it was, with that enveloping sauce that made you feel satisfied with every bite. Finally, a Garronese sirloin steak, strictly rare, that melted in your mouth, with an excellent mustard sauce and a delicious rosemary and olive oil cured meat; every bite was a delight. Special mention also goes to the seafood pasta and the swordfish. I don't usually give too many compliments to a place, but here they are obligatory. Excellent ingredients, well-crafted and carefully prepared dishes, friendly staff, perfect combinations and flavors, more than fair prices, and adequate (I'd even say generous) portions. What more could you ask for? Compliments to the staff; if we pass through Arco again, we'll definitely stop here! Well done!

02/10/2025: I would like to provide feedback regarding an unpleasant experience my partner and I had at your restaurant on Tuesday, 30 September. Upon arrival, we were offered a table next to guests who had brought their dog. As I suffer from allergies, we kindly asked if it was possible to be seated in an area of the restaurant without animals. Unfortunately, the server informed us that there was no such option available. Consequently, we were unable to stay and had to leave without dining. In addition to the allergy concern, I would like to point out that the presence of dogs inside dining areas raises questions of hygiene and food safety. According to general food safety and hygiene regulations, restaurants are expected to maintain a clean environment where food is prepared and consumed. Allowing animals into guest areas may compromise this standard and can create an exclusionary experience for guests with allergies or sensitivities. It was very disappointing, as we had looked forward to dining at your establishment. Sadly, under the current circumstances, I cannot recommend the restaurant to others.
