21/05/2025: We only chose to eat the main course and dessert and we felt a bit that it was wrong. However, we had our 3 year old with us, big thanks to the waiters' patience and the chef even fixed a dish for him too. Tasty food, a bit small portions for the main course for the price, but delicious.

18/05/2025: I had an unforgettable dinner. Service was fantastic and food was beyond excellent. The pumpkin soup was delicious and very unique, also the ravioli, spaghetti with black truffle, tagliolini, lake fish — at the end we finished with tiramisu and fruit sorbet All the dishes were super delicious, our lovely waitress helped us with the order as well

20/04/2025: The beer is excellent, produced right there on site. From a table you can see the brewing area while you taste the beers. We told them that we were vegan and they prepared us bruschette with tomatoes and parsley for the appetizer, delicious.

02/04/2025: Discovered their beer by chance in a Pizzeria al taglio, I got interested to know them better, until I discovered/found a world: quality, courtesy, competence and so much so much offer in their brewery, also beautiful music in the dedicated evenings. The environment is a bit small, so maybe in the evenings with music it is a bit cramped, but with the arrival of the good weather and the seats outside there is space.

26/04/2025: A little corner of Rome in Val di Sole. Warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can taste typical Roman cuisine with some expertly cooked dishes from Abruzzo. Excellent quality/price. Definitely recommended.

25/04/2025: Finally real home cooking. Traditional Roman dishes without alterations or compromises. Excellent truffle gnocchi. Tiramisu from school. Slurp!!! A valid alternative to the Trentino menu. Small place. Home service. Booking is better!

12/05/2025: Spettacolare, luogo molto bello, clima rilassato, personale gentile, competente e molto attento alle esigenze personali e sa consigliare molto bene anche in base ai gusti. Tra le altre cose, abbiamo mangiato una cacio e pepe rivisitata... Eccellente è dir poco. Consiglio vivamente una capatina, merita decisamente. Buon lavoro ragazzi, ci rivedremo presto.

03/05/2025: I'll tell you right away that they are no longer the alleys of the early good times. New management and second time I go there but I'm not at all convinced about the quality of the food. Some of my tuna tasted strange. the tartare served without croutons, upon request they reply that they don't have them. Service without infamy or praise, female owner a little arrogant and a little peevish, certainly not very empathetic. We book and instead of putting us in the most beautiful room they put us in the cellars, a pleasant environment but certainly not like the one above where they cunningly leave free tables for last-minute customers. Very uncomfortable chairs with weakened elastic, so you feel cramped in the seat. Questionable quality of wines. To end on a high note, when you pay, the owner shows you a pre-filled bill, avoiding the need for an official receipt. Shame. In response to the owner's "kind" response, I would like to underline that the things that happened to me and my friends during dinner were simply reported, without any discrediting or defamatory intent. I simply advise the manager to take advantage of the unedifying reviews and try with more humility to improve their work even amidst all the difficulties that managing a place and its staff entails. However, I reiterate the uncourteous behavior of the head nurse, a somewhat questionable attitude with customers who are in total respect of those who work make requests at the table. As for the receipt, perhaps it is better to draw a veil of compassion, the justifications given are absolutely not credible. Best regards

18/05/2025: Nice discovery this pizzeria. Small but nice place. Very friendly staff. Wide selection of special and gourmet pizzas. The classic ones are missing. The one I ate, really excellent, from the dough, to the ingredients. Definitely worth trying again.

11/05/2025: An unexpected restaurant in the upper Val di Non: Sardinian-inspired fish dishes of exceptional quality, but the land cuisine is also sublime. Never banal dishes and combinations. The menu changes weekly, so every time we return it's always a surprise. Very kind staff.

Excellent dishes, very fresh ingredients and authentic flavors that make you feel like you're at the seaside. Where the crisp air mixes with the scent of authentic cuisine and the deep beat of a bass that vibrates under the stars. That place is the Dolomites Geyser. Don't just call it a restaurant. It's not enough. It is a modern refuge nestled among the soft curves of the Val di Fassa, it is a terrace overlooking infinity where you can toast the sunset with a cocktail designed to excite you. Each dish is a story: short, intense, unforgettable. The ingredients speak Ladin, but the presentation borders on the design. Few dishes, zero compromises. Then comes the evening. And something happens there. The lights dim, the music rises. It doesn't matter if you skied all day or if you went up just out of curiosity. The Dolomites Geyser is like this: a place where the mountains become urban, and the cold is just an excuse to stay a little longer, drink a little better, live a little stronger......and in summer, a cool place to relax.

25/04/2025: Incredible venue. The Geyser is an excellence. The impact is wonderful, literally set in the mountain, worthy of futuristic architecture. Beautiful, welcoming environment, with the LED fireplace that dominates everything...warm and welcoming. The countless possibilities to choose everything you want at the Geyser make the experience complete, aperitif, dinner... or even purchase their memorable jardiniere or the delicious strudel (to be booked). Fabio and his staff (including the very young and talented Riccardo), act with passion, which shines through, to advise you on your best sensorial experience. For a couple of days we ate the aperitif, me with a WRONG NEGRONI and my partner with HUGO... served with excellent chips and focaccia with local cured meats.....then the third time we came, we wanted to treat ourselves to a heavenly dinner, starting with a platter for 2, passing through 2 first courses, paccheri Felicetti selection Matt with prawns, courgettes and fermented black lemon and risotto with teroldego, with morsels of venison in salmi' and small red fruits, and fruit cake accompanied by their artisanal ice cream, a must-try, exquisite. An important note for the raw materials used which, even if you are not "in the sector", are absolutely top-notch. Take advice from Fabio, even the grappa made by them, barricaded or otherwise.....(we tasted the Swiss pine one, a real drug) They make you feel at home, and you just turn your gaze and look around.....you're not in a dream, you're at the Geyser.

26/05/2025: Finalmente un agriturismo vecchio stampo, come ormai se ne vedono pochi. Stalle e rimessa attrezzi attigui ai locali, eppure tutto in ordine e pulito con un'attenzione che denota una certa cura dell'ambiente. Vista spettacolare, personale gentile e attento, cibo ottimo, prezzo più che buono. Bravi, bravi, e bravi.

24/05/2025: Every time we are in the area, my boyfriend and I go back to eat here, the first time was over 6 years ago. The quality is always excellent, overall the dishes have perhaps even improved. Large portions, excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Too bad for an "oversight" when it came to the bill: we found ourselves with 8 euros of grappa that unfortunately we didn't consume. That's a lot of money. Of course we should have noticed it immediately and reported it, but that doesn't change the fact that you can't get the bill wrong by that much. I would like the owners to offer to give us back the stolen goods next time, but I find it difficult. 😕

02/06/2025: Compliments to the chef, refined and sophisticated dishes. Pure Arabica coffee with just the right amount of roasting and not burnt, strong taste but not burnt like the vast majority. Definitely worth the expense

01/06/2025: We had a wonderful evening with the kids—the service was exceptional and the atmosphere genuinely enjoyable. The starter was perfect, the second course quite good, and the wine—recommended by the staff—was excellent. But I still can’t get over the fact that the main dish was a fried soft-boiled egg with still partially liquid egg white, served with toast and boiled ham. No seasoning, just an overly acidic mayo. For a €65 menu, it honestly felt like a joke.
