14/11/2025: The campsite I had originally planned was closed the day before, so I found this place on a whim thanks to the owner's recommendation. The parking lot was spacious, making it a great place to stay overnight with a camper. There's no camping fee, but if you order one meal at the restaurant, you can use the parking lot for free.
There's no electricity or showers, but I was running out of places to go late at night, so the friendly staff made it possible for me to stay for the night.
I'm not very good at pizza, so it was just average, but the beer was really good.
More than anything, the staff always greeted me with a smile.
I definitely want to visit again.
29/10/2025: We ate here while passing through. The selection and taste of the pizzas are amazing. The owners are super friendly and the entire restaurant is very well-maintained. We'll definitely be back.

16/11/2025: I have been a long term customer, having appreciated the evolution of the chef in the years. They have now expanded with a brand new, quite large space inside the main building (in addition to the veranda ). It seems apparent to me that they cannot cope properly with the numbers. They have the wrong plan and the wrong attitude in my opinion, but time will tell.
16/11/2025: Excellent lunch with a tasting menu (recommended alternative).
Delicate yet bold dishes: a dessert with porcini mushrooms and black garlic, a must-try!
The atmosphere is bright, homey yet elegant and refined. The view of the valley is breathtaking.

09/10/2025: While walking, we stopped at this very cute streetside bar and restaurant, and we were really pleased. The two ladies are very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious and sophisticated. We'll definitely be back.
19/09/2025: We had a drink and a sandwich on a rainy afternoon. Everything was good, the place was very nice, the service was good. The sandwiches were good, the prosecco was good, and the staff were friendly. I would have gone back, but I ran out of time.

14/10/2025: German-style atmosphere (but the waitresses are from Trentino and wear traditional dirndls), with a spacious dining room and small, more secluded alcoves. Varied menu with side dishes. Fair prices. Very good quality. Quick service. Noisy atmosphere.

19/09/2025: A great place to stop for a bite to eat in Schlinig! (Not only the alpine pasture is recommended...) Must-try: farmer's toast (Vinschgerl panini topped with bacon, onions, tomatoes, and cheese) as well as the lovely selection of homemade cakes, tarts, and South Tyrolean apple strudel.
Cozy terrace and lovely dining room.

12/12/2025: I stayed at this hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. Beautiful location, welcoming and elegant while retaining its traditional features, yet modern. Beautiful rooms, spacious and welcoming, with attention to every detail. A full breakfast catered to every need, with authentic products. Friendly and attentive staff. The spa is available with a fantastic heated outdoor pool. I highly recommend it.

15/10/2025: We were really looking forward to eating here. Years ago, we had a delicious meal here. Unfortunately, the restaurant closed on October 15, 2025, with no mention of it on their website, Google, or Facebook. There was a sign outside stating they were closed. Disappointing, as we had driven half an hour to get there.
07/10/2025: The reception was very friendly, and even without a reservation, we managed to get a table for four people. (You have to be lucky sometimes.) The food (pizza) was super delicious and more than enough. Great hospitality and genuine hospitality. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would definitely be back.

07/12/2025: When you arrive, it will appear closed; walk down to the right and you'll find the door on the left.
This is the one and only place to eat delicious traditional dishes.
A lady will serve you traditional meals in a tranquil and intimate setting, perfect for couples (we loved it).
The prices: very fair, the dishes are worth more, 10/10.

High up in the mountains, secluded and wonderfully peaceful!
Most beautiful views of the Puster Valley and Kronplatz.
The food is freshly cooked, regional, and above all, delicious.
Very good value!
Highly recommended.
The hostess is very welcoming and takes plenty of time for guests.

09/12/2025: I wholeheartedly agree with this café, which serves excellent coffee and delicious sandwiches, perfect in size for a mid-morning breakfast. I discovered it also extends into a comfortable mezzanine, which increases the bar's size. The service is always professional, friendly, and fast. It's my favorite café.

16/08/2025: This refuge was a real discovery. After years of coming to Val di Sole, today was our first time. The owners and staff were very friendly. The food was superb!!! Kudos to the chef! 👨🍳
13/08/2025: Visiting mountain huts, especially when you're older, can sometimes be a problem if you can't get there by car. In this case, however, the manager came to pick us up in a jeep. Now, let's move on to the food: my friends had nettle ravioli with goat ricotta, and they were top-notch. I can't say the same for the pork shank I had; let's just say it wasn't to my taste. As for the price, I'll leave it up to you to decide. I've published the menu; running a mountain hut has costs that a regular restaurant doesn't.
