04/03/2025: We spent a great week with family and friends in this hotel. The hotel is very cozy and clean. The staff is very helpful, kind and accommodating. Both in the hotel and in the restaurant, which I find unbelievable after my experience of visiting other restaurants in this area. Sometimes there was a problem with communication (unfortunately we don't speak Italian), but we always found someone with whom we could communicate. The receptionist speaks good English. The rooms are spacious and clean. The cleaning ladies and their creativity in creating scenes using our children's stuffed animals knew no bounds and we always looked forward to what new stuffed animals would come up with after returning from skiing. We really appreciated the common room where we could sit with friends in the evening. We could also use small snacks and water, even during the day. Breakfast was rich and really good, including freshly made eggs, fresh orange juice, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. Dinner in the local restaurant was very good, good offer and price for the dishes. It was good that they were open during lunch, when the whole village was otherwise closed. (when we were at the hotel with sick children :() The only disadvantage of the hotel is that it is relatively far from the ski centers. But we counted on that, so we had to commute 15-30 minutes every day. On the other hand, for cyclists, the hotel is right next to the cycle path leading along the river, so in the off-winter period it is absolutely great for cyclists. A big advantage was the large and comfortable parking lot. We didn't have to "fight" for parking spaces, as is the case with other hotels and guesthouses. What I missed a bit was the absence of a small wellness (hot tub, sauna), which would have been great after a day of skiing.

27/03/2025: Delicious food, great service, cozy place. We found this restaurant and went there the entire trip - why change the golden composition :). The restaurant uses products from local farms, which you can feel in the ingredients. We could come with a dog (25 kg), there was no problem. We were given a seat on the side so as not to disturb others.

14/04/2025: Beautiful little place on the cycle path in Avio with parking for cars. I came across it by chance and was amazed by the dishes, the courtesy of the waitresses and the price... I only managed to eat the starter which was very abundant. Highly recommended...... PS next time I'll try the sandwiches which were also gorgeous to look at.

11/04/2025: Very pleasant to find a nice bar with quality products along a beautiful cycle path that winds through vineyards and the river. Coffee and blackberry croissant €3.10, that's okay.

16/10/2024: A great option to stop and replenish carbohydrates when it's siesta in all restaurants. Nice view, everyone will find something for themselves in the menu, these are not top-class dishes but still quite tasty.

06/04/2025: stella michelin meritata. la sala completamente rivestita in legno è una Stube centenaria. Ottimi piatti ben curati e serviti, La cucina rappresenta bene lo stile altoatesino con ricette complesse, ma con un equilibrio di sapori e consistenze sempre presente . Nota di merito alla piccola pasticceria, molto creativa e servita su un tappeto di chicchi di caffe.

06/03/2025: A wellness oasis It's beautifully furnished and very clean and well-maintained. The food is excellent. The spa area is a dream, and the gym has everything you need for a vacation. What really impressed us, though, was the entire staff. Their friendliness, helpfulness, and attentiveness are impressive. Where do you find such employees? I would give the hotel 6 stars if I could.

24/02/2025: 😊‼️exceptional I've been to many hotels around the world, but this is probably one of the best, if not the best. The only thing that should be changed is adding a glass door that closes off the shower. Since it's open to the room, it's cool to shower in February, even though the room is well heated. Beyond that, there are no words to describe the courtesy of the service, generosity, cleanliness, comfort and availability, including the high level of maintenance. The architecture and interior design are perfect, including the materials used. Breakfast and dinner are wonderful, varied and very tasty. Great and spacious gym. Heated and fun pool and children's pool. Excellent spa treatments, a variety of saunas. Unplanned hospitality is second to none, including alcohol gel kits and hand cream in every corner of the public areas.

30/12/2024: The Black Eagle in Andrian is a culinary highlight that more than lives up to its excellent reputation. The staff impresses with their exceptional friendliness and professional service culture. The kitchen spoils you with excellent dishes in generous portions that leave nothing to be desired. Due to the high demand, a timely reservation is essential - the restaurant is very popular and is regularly fully booked. A restaurant you definitely want to visit again.

17/03/2025: Hotel in the center of Campiglio with a view of the famous 3/tre slope. Clean rooms, welcoming common areas and excellent and varied food, but above all the kindness and availability of the owners make the difference. Spa large and complete with a beautiful hot tub with a view. What can I say, I hope to return soon!

14/02/2025: We went for lunch as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Very friendly staff and attentive to small things (they are not to be underestimated) We took a house starter (highly recommended for the right quality and quantity) First the tortelloni filled with braised venison (very balanced flavor and super fresh, handmade pasta) The second course is deer ribs accompanied by homemade polenta and potatoes (nothing to say...sublime) I can consider myself very satisfied and will certainly return. 20/03/2025: Wow! Excellent service. I’m a vegan, and every night they specifically created a special 4 course meal just for me! Service excellent. Nothing was ever a problem. Never waited more than 5 mins for the shuttle bus. They truly go above and beyond. Excellent views and so conveniently located to everything you can need. It’s the best hotel in the area for sure!

13/02/2025: The hotel has a very nice hotel bar, there was even live music that evening, which contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately there were few guests on site that evening. The cocktail 🍸 prices are appropriate for the high-quality location.

21/03/2025: Friendly staff and clean environment, average prices; good food, but unfortunately I didn't find the same enthusiasm as other reviews; the good cake, the good dumplings but they were dry, there was little butter.

12/03/2025: I went to the restaurant for lunch and was very satisfied. The restaurant is very nice and you can enjoy the view of the vineyards. Simple and very elegant furnishings. I ate the rustic vegetable pie in homemade shortcrust pastry on Trentingrana cream and the Tyrolean Spatzle with crunchy speck. They were delicious and the prices were very fair. I hope to be able to return soon.
