09/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant on 08/10/2025. It was magnificent! The food was fabulous - it was hard to decide what to have as everything sounded delicious. What we chose was absolutely delicious. The service staff were amazing. They interacted with us, checking on how the meal was and they were genuinely interested in us. They wore traditional Tirolian clothing which added to the experience. They spoke three languages as well - Italian, German and English, which excited me to speak to them in my basic German and Italian. They were so lovely. And I must not forget the physical setting - wow!! What a beautiful Tirolian atmosphere - gorgeous timber work everywhere. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was. Grazie mille, vielen dank. If ever I come here again I surely will eat here many times. Mark from Australia

05/10/2025: Very friendly restaurant with a truly friendly and dedicated staff. Everything is geared toward the typical restaurant experience (you either like it or not), but the two young people present take excellent care of the customers without being overbearing, even though the service was approaching its end. (Late arrival) We had a local menu; we ordered ploenta and funghi + polenta salsicia. The portions were sufficient for us, but for a big eater, it might be a bit light (compared to the price of +/- €17), which is the price to pay for the typical dishes. In any case, a beautiful location, friendly staff, and well-prepared dishes.

03/09/2025: Nestled in the greenery of the heart of the Venosta Valley, the hotel is a true paradise. Its new, immaculately clean rooms feature terraces and breathtaking views. The wonderful garden is where you can enjoy homemade cakes and ice cream throughout the day, and sip refreshing aperitifs and glasses of excellent local wine. On summer evenings, dinner is served in the garden: a charming setting with unforgettable sunsets over the mountains. The food is absolutely excellent! Breakfasts are plentiful, varied, and made with local products. Dinners, preceded by a rich buffet, offer traditional and non-traditional dishes of unique delicacy and deliciousness! The Kiem family overlooks no detail, attentive to their guests' every need and pampering them: they truly put their heart and soul into it, as well as decades of experience! 23/08/2025: We've been coming to this beautiful hotel for many years and always feel completely at home. The hosts are incredibly warm and friendly; you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated, very cozy, and beautifully situated. We would also like to highlight the excellent cuisine, a culinary experience that never fails to delight. Combined with the wonderful ambiance, this makes our stay something truly special every time. Highly recommended! We're already looking forward to our next vacation at the Latscher Hof.

09/11/2025: On our way back from a weekend in Alto Adige, we stopped at this restaurant. We had three excellent dishes. The chestnut tiramisu was fabulous! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

05/11/2025: We eat here every time we pass through and even plan our trips specifically to eat here. Local products, classic dishes, and always new, innovative creations on a well-organized menu. Top quality served by attentive staff/hosts who know their craft. We'll be back again and again!

16/12/2025: We only used the restaurant service. The building looks very nice from the outside; I think it was renovated fairly recently. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, however, the dining area isn't very well-kept; we noticed stains on the tablecloth and some dust. The decor/furnishings are a bit disorganized. But the real problem is the quality of the food: acceptable but not exceptional. My tortelli were very dry, and the lasagna was also a bit dry and flavorless. I understand they're focusing much more on the hotel side of things, but with a little more effort, it could become excellent in every way. The prices are quite reasonable for the area.

05/10/2025: Excellent restaurant. First course, second course, and dessert with two covers and two hot drinks cost around €35. Super welcoming staff, including a very friendly waiter who even cracked a few jokes. Really welcoming.

15/10/2025: Everything was perfect... And South Tyrolean hospitality on top of that! Highly recommended.

06/10/2025: Very delicious food! A creamy foam soup as a starter is highly recommended. The Wiener Schnitzel is highly recommended afterward. The service is also very good. The value for money is definitely good for such a chic restaurant. The view from the terrace is truly beautiful. Great restaurant!

28/10/2025: Always a wonderful "final stop" after the hike from Nago-Torbole to Pregasina. Friendly service, good drinks, wonderful view. :-) Afterwards, you set off refreshed and invigorated on the return journey! ☆☆☆

12/10/2025: The hotel rooms are beautiful, traditional, warm, and comfortable. The view is spectacular, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. We ate well throughout our stay. The dishes are typical of the area, and the cured meats are exceptional! The location is ideal, as the ski slopes and equipment rental are just a few minutes' walk away. There's also the option of using a room inside the hotel for equipment storage (skis, snowboards, helmets, etc.).

25/08/2025: Hotel: very central, free indoor parking, and spacious rooms. Staff: everyone is friendly and helpful, both the owners and the staff, but what struck us most was Claudia's helpfulness, kindness, precision, and smile!! Congratulations! The owners, Stefano and Romana, are truly welcoming and always ready to accommodate all their guests' needs. The chef is one of a kind! The food is excellent, imaginative, and delicate. The dishes are always served with kindness and attention by Claudia (the best), Lolita, Larisa, Bledi, and Lucia. If I were to return to Selva, I would have no doubts about my choice: Hotel Armin!

02/10/2025: The last dinner of the holiday couldn't have ended in anything other than a beautiful way... The brewery produces about thirty beers, and to avoid being rude, I ordered a tasting of ten. Each beer has its own unique flavor; they're served in order to enhance the taste of each beer. I chose a small appetizer platter for one person, to avoid overeating, since I wanted to try the Tomahawk. I wanted the small 900g piece, but since it was the last night the place was open, the waiter informed me that only the last piece, about 1,250g, was left. I thank fate that I didn't choose the 900g, because it was so good I could have eaten more! To conclude the dinner, I asked for the perfect combo: barrel-aged grappa and strudel. The place is wonderful, as is the staff. I will definitely be back to try other beers and other dishes!

26/09/2025: There is no picanha on the menu anymore! For a small tasting of 4 beers (100mL-ish) and a side of spatzel, I paid 37 euro. I wish they told you there's a cover charge and they also charge you for the water they offer you. They said the cover charge is for "napkins and the bread" but they didn't give us any bread or chips or anything. The whole menu seems overpriced, the steak was was 80 euro for the minimim size.

16/11/2025: Not the best Italian pizza I've ever had, but passable and along with the great service in November where most local places were shut down for renovations, I give it a fair evaluation of 4 stars.

20/10/2025: Amazing pizza & probably the best tiramisu in the Dolomites. Must try. Good value & friendly service with a view of the hockey rink.

26/10/2025: We stayed one night in conjunction with a theater event and were pleasantly surprised. We slept in an ancient castle with modern touches, very clean and comfortable. The dinner was excellent, featuring fresh ingredients and impeccable presentation. Eating by candlelight with a stunning view is truly captivating. The show was out of the ordinary, very special, and I'd call it magical. The price was fair. Finally, Sofia and the staff's hospitality made you feel right at home. I highly recommend it.
