I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Trentino-alto adige

27/02/2025: Vale la pena certamente di raggiungere Sarentino perchè Braunwirt merita una visita. Abbiamo scelto la degustazione di 4 portate a scelta dello chef già riportate nel menù, per le quali comunque viene chiesto se vi siano alimenti non graditi, così da evitare brutte sorprese. Partiti con vari pani di loro produzione, in accoppiamento a 3 tipologie di burro squisiti, a seguire le quattro portate comprendenti un tartare indimenticabile, piatti squisiti, complessi, esteticamente perfetti. Carta dei vini non particolarmente estesa, ma ricercata comprendente anche proposte, insolite, del territorio (vignaioli indipendenti). Servizio ottimo, conto nella norma considerando la qualità complessiva. Unica piccola pecca il locale, in effetti non di mio particolare gradimento per la vicinanza dei tavoli e le sedute, così da sentirsi più a Milano che non in Alto Adige, ma è un dettaglio.

23/02/2025: Che dire un esperienza davvero interessante, capitati per caso, abbiamo pranzato per la prima volta un sabato di dicembre, ci siamo tornati per due domeniche di febbraio consecutive con degli amici. Il cibo, e l'accoglienza tutto davvero ottimo. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare, a presto. Raffaella

13/05/2025: Five stars aren't enough for this hotel. I've rarely been so satisfied. Everything was perfect. The room had everything you need, and the bed was super comfortable and spacious. Everything was more modern and clean than in any other hotel. The balcony with a mountain view was absolutely fantastic. The wellness area was never too crowded; everything you need was there. The water in the pool was pleasantly warm. The breakfast was modest but very good quality. The dinner (6-course menu) was sensational. We'll definitely be back. It's very good value for money.

06/06/2025: We received a very friendly welcome. The pizza selection was unique and very good, including the fact that you could choose the dough. And if you're a beer lover, there's a huge selection here. A great alternative to all the wine in the area. We highly recommend it.

03/06/2025: Great spritz/pizza bar. We went there 3 times during our holiday for aperitivo and had some pizza slices. Mood was great, staff is nice. Also lots of locals there.

10/06/2025: A very nice and good family-run hotel. Whether at reception, bar, or restaurant, the staff are very attentive and friendly. The food and drinks are very good. The rooms are very well-equipped and very clean. There's also a lovely pool. The only drawback is the location on a very busy street. This has the advantage of being very easy to reach by public transport, with a bus stop right outside the front door. The disadvantage is the loud traffic. Not suitable for those sensitive to noise, or you might want to bring earplugs. For everyone else, a good recommendation.

03/07/2025: End of June walking reservation for superior room on the second floor, mountain side. Spacious with a large and modern bathroom, walk-in shower and very respectable accessories. Tasty breakfast with many products, we appreciated that the tables are not assigned. Pleasant, clear swimming pool, with many possibilities for relaxation. Beautiful park with lots of shade, sunbeds, hammock and everything else available. Free parking included. A special greeting to the kind Mrs. Lisa at the reception. Arrigo & Ombretta, from Sirmione

31/05/2025: Great experience in this hotel, a stone's throw from Lake Ledro, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy. Immersed in the greenery of the valley between the mountains. Excellent room cleaning, I expected it to be just a little bigger. Excellent buffet breakfast with great choice. Friendly staff. We stayed with our dog and he was welcome. At the back there is a garden with a wonderful swimming pool. Private parking instead at the front of the building.

06/07/2025: We were invited here to a friend's party, and it was truly fantastic. The food was excellent, and the service impeccable. I was treated to a gluten-free meal without any compromises. Although the restaurant is right on the street, the courtyard is a lovely place to sit. It was a perfect evening.

18/06/2025: Very kind and helpful staff. We ordered two pizzas — they were large, absolutely delicious, and arrived quickly. Great prices too. Highly recommended!

23/06/2025: Decent place, tables very close to each other. The menu is varied, with some choices of typical Ladin dishes. The lower prices compared to other places are in line with the quality of the food. To forget a 1/2 of red wine in bulk paid €21.00

22/06/2025: The schnitzel came so quickly, it could only have come from the deep fryer, and that's how it tasted. Three dumplings had been sitting in the water for ages and were then swimming in butter. I've rarely had such a bad meal.

19/06/2025: We had dinner here during our vacation. The service was friendly. Unfortunately, the pizzas were very dry, and the flavor was lost. The ambiance outside is quite nice, but I'm not sure about the inside.
