Everything is good, the service is adequate, parking is convenient... the only drawback: the next table is very noisy, but that's not the host's fault. The prices are average (high), normal considering the area. The open kitchen over the fire is beautiful, where the flavors of the meat take shape. Worth a try, even for a semi-romantic evening.

05/05/2026: Everything was delicious and relatively inexpensive. I drank Sauvignon Blanc by the glass, and it was nice that they opened a new bottle. The fish was very large, and the menu was even in Russian, which was very nice. We were given a table without a reservation. I recommend it.

30/06/2026: Excellent experience. The choice is between a limited fish menu and a limited but comprehensive meat menu. I opted for the fish, which I must say is of excellent quality. I was worried I'd leave hungry, but with two courses, a side dish, and dessert, I was full. The paccheri with lobster was very tasty, although the lobster was boring to eat. The seared tuna was very good. The cheesecake with Nutella lacked consistency but was delicious. Very friendly service. The price was quite high, around €60 per person, but this is one of those times where I'm happy to spend that amount; if it's worth the price, so be it. The only downside is the speed; the wait was really too long. It's okay that we diners aren't working, but we can't stay there for hours either; after a while, there's a risk of forgetting where and why we're in a certain place, haha ​​(the place wasn't even full).

21/06/2026: NEGLECTED BY THE "WINE BAR" Let me start by saying that I'm from Milan and was here on vacation. I wanted to eat, and especially drink, Tuscan products. I went to the wine bar the other evening, where, given the name, I expected a lot from the wine and service, but the food was average. To my surprise, it was exactly the opposite: the food was out of this world, delicious; the wine and service were less than adequate, but let's take it in order. I had a Maremma cheese appetizer and a Cinta Senese meat first course, both delicious, definitely above average, very tasty, and the ingredients tasted of high-quality. Now for the downside: I made a reservation, but despite the fact that it wasn't packed (half the tables inside and outside were free), I waited a good 10 minutes standing before being shown to my table; there was no one at the door. The wait to order was normal, while after ordering, it took almost 2 hours for the main courses (an appetizer and a first course) to arrive. I sat down at 8:30 PM and got up at 9:53 PM. I specifically asked for help with the wine pairing because I wanted one wine for the appetizer and another for the first course (it's a wine shop, I said to myself, they'll surely be able to advise me very well). I said that for the appetizer I wanted something fresh and sparkling, but not Prosecco. They suggested a cuvée (I don't remember the name because the waiter was so hasty). It arrived already served in a glass, a stained glass, by the way; I didn't see the bottle or the label. I ignored it. After a long time, the first and second wines also arrived. This one was also stained, with residue from the bottom, and this one was also already served in the glass. Here the waiter wasn't even telling me the name of the wine as he was leaving. I asked him, "Excuse me, but what wine is it?" Here he comes back, he just tells me the name very quickly and with a San Gioveda base. He's about to leave and I ask him, "What year is it from?" He replies, "I don't know, maybe 2024 or 2025. If you want, I'll check and tell you." Yes, thank you. I'll never come back to my table again. No one paid attention to me the whole time, even though I was disappointed to see that at the foreign table they were much more willing to spend time and explained the wines much better. I wasn't expecting golden service since I didn't order a bottle, but certainly for the wine service and in general as a customer, I felt quite neglected. Even when paying, I thought they'd ask me if everything went well, to explain what I wasn't comfortable with, as mentioned above, but nothing. Despite the delicious food, for me, the service makes the difference; I don't think I'll be back.

13/07/2026: I came with my mother one evening in July: A very warm welcome and a lovely restaurant with a varied menu and very generous portions. Whether meat or fish, everything was excellent. The dessert was also delicious. Reasonable prices. Definitely worth a return visit.

That's why I used his services for my wife's recent birthday party, held in the splendid setting of the Pantheon. 07/06/2026: We had dinner at this place, which gave us an authentic Tuscan experience. The name alone had high expectations, and they were absolutely met. Reservations are required; there's no fixed menu, but they offer daily specials. The portions are generous, and you can order more (including house wine). They offered a full dinner, from appetizer to dessert, and to finish, as they say, "arriva l'hoste" (the host arrives), a selection of liqueurs, all homemade, of course. The chef was very friendly, as was the waiter, and they made us feel right at home. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!

04/06/2026: The place is enchanting, it's just as it once was. Kudos to them for not modernizing it. It's easy to get there by car, but the road is narrow at the end, but it's easy. We did the hike and a workshop (I can say it was great here, and that one person could do everything because the kids get confused if they have to listen to one person and then another—that's just my professional opinion). Even so, the kids managed it 😇 The food was delicious and the service excellent. Good luck with everything, you deserve it 🍀
