05/07/2025: If you’re in town, you must come here! The food was absolutely delicious! We had the Tuscan Steak and it was tasty and melted in your mouth. Make sure you get dessert too, you will not be disappointed with anything on the menu! Highly recommend!!

19/10/2025: On this beautiful sunny day, we took a tour and stopped in Buggiano Castello...then for lunch we came to this restaurant...a stunning panoramic view...rustic and well-kept atmosphere...traditional Tuscan dishes with a slightly revisited twist...friendly service with extreme kindness in serving the dishes...well-combined and tasty dishes...the fillet I ate was cooked to perfection...prices are average for the area...definitely worth trying...we'll be back...

06/08/2025: A wonderful experience in a delightful place surrounded by nature... A delicious lunch with local cured meats, homemade pasta, roasted polenta, and a very affordable price. Better option for an overnight stay. I recommend booking... very clean and the staff were very friendly.

17/10/2025: Villa Sermolli has incredible charm. Built on a hillside, it features numerous stairs and corners inside, making it a real adventure to get from point A to point B. Stunning views, stunning ceiling paintings, an old cooking area with an open fireplace, an old bread oven... to name just a few highlights. The breakfast was delicious, and when the temperature permits, there's a lovely garden for breakfast outdoors. Our room was very spacious, and the bathroom was also larger than average. Everyone was very nice, and we received a very warm welcome. Thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend here.

12/10/2025: A place where you can feel the passion and professionalism. The owner welcomed us with great warmth, explaining every dish and cocktail in detail. The cuisine is not at all commercial and truly excellent. The prices are very fair, perhaps even low for the excellent service provided.

The attention to both presentation and service is truly outstanding. The location is incredible, with a stunning view. I didn't take photos of all the dishes, as I was too busy enjoying them. 13/09/2025: I discovered this restaurant by chance, and it was a wonderful surprise! I've been frequenting the area for about 9 years and had no idea what I'd been missing until now. Upon entering, a waitress with a wonderful smile greeted me. After seating me, she explained in detail various dishes and types of pasta, immediately putting me at ease. I had spaghetti with fish, which was served promptly and of excellent quality. The desserts were also excellent, almost all homemade and truly delicious. The menu is both displayed on a large blackboard in the restaurant and brought to the tables. There are dishes for all tastes, both first and second courses (meat and fish). I highly recommend it, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I'm in the area. A total of 10 out of 10!

Emotions of the soul were enhanced by the smiles, kindness, and infinite sweetness of the wonderful Francesca, a wonderful woman who, punctually, along with the phenomenal Chef, an expert mushroom hunter and phenomenal cook, approached the table to interact with my wife and me. Wonderful smiles and an immense heart. Their service is characterized by an above-average level of preparation, professionalism, kindness, courtesy, friendliness, and absolute precision. Together, they bring infinite joy to those who know how to appreciate the sweetness and refinement of the soul. A continuous flow of flavors and emotions that begins with the consistency of the ingredients used and then culminates in the perfection of the evolution at the first bite. Two elements predominate: the preparation technique and the raw materials of excellent quality. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors. The ingredients are crucial in enhancing the flavors, which, in the mouth, appear clean and full-bodied, yet delicate and persistent. Cucine e Pensieri is a place where time stands still and everything becomes a dream come true. The quality of the products is among the best you'll find in the area. But... there's one thing that stands out above all else: the meat with mushrooms and truffles. Someone said it was scrumptious... I completely agree! As a chef with 30 years of experience... one of the best I've ever tasted. At Cucine e Pensieri, everything is IMPECCABLE, and you'll discover unique details you won't find anywhere else. I wish I could transport this place anywhere, along with those who are part of it, to make every moment unique and wonderful. 16/09/2025: The restaurant is located in a sports center with tennis courts, soccer fields, paddle tennis, and a swimming pool open in the summer. I often stay after the pool to eat the pizza, which is by far the best. Thin, but fragrant and easy to digest.

07/09/2025: On a recommendation, we dined at MAT. It turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. We ate really well and will definitely return. The price, in our opinion, was very reasonable for the very high quality of the food. It's also suitable for a family dinner with kids, like we did.

01/09/2025: 4.5-STAR OSTERIA I visited this osteria in August: the tartare, first courses, and steak were fantastic, as was the service. The atmosphere is spacious, clean, and tidy, with typical touches of classic Tuscan trattorias. The only drawback is the wine list, which is rather limited and doesn't feature typical local wines. Many trattorias offer a broader selection, favoring local wines. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!
