31/05/2026: I'm a fan of thin-crust pizza because I think it's lighter and easier to digest, but I also know that authentic pizza isn't easy to make well. Many pizzerias promise "real Neapolitan pizza," but it often turns out to be too thick, heavy, or stony. So I decided to put La Fenice to the test by ordering their pizza verace... and I must say, I ate deliciously!
One of the best pizzerias I've ever tried for authentic pizza. They passed my test with flying colors and are definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely be back to try other flavors!

02/05/2026: High-quality, traditional Tuscan cuisine at prices comparable to other restaurants. You can also dine al fresco, overlooking the Cutigliano valley. Attentive and friendly service. A special consideration for motorcyclists. Go with confidence and take the opportunity to visit Cutigliano and its charming town center.
25/04/2026: Business lunch. Everything was excellent. The only downside was that there was no option to order salad or other vegetables at lunch.

12/04/2026: I had the opportunity to choose from several vegetarian and vegan options for lunch, a fairly rare occurrence in Tuscany. Everything was tasty and delicious, from appetizers to dessert.
The restaurant is divided into two rooms, one more rustic and historic, and one more modern. I recommend the historic one.
I felt like the staff was all female, and they were all very kind and helpful.
If I were to return to Pistoia, I'd definitely eat there again.

02/07/2026: Given that I'm from Campania (and grew up on milk and pizza), I went to this pizzeria with high expectations. I can tell you, they exceeded them. I knew from the Montanarina (the best I've ever eaten) that the pizza would be up to par. I chose the Oro Rosso—but I also tried the Rossa with buffalo mozzarella—and it was a truly delicious experience! Attentive service, young and enthusiastic staff, and prices perfectly suited to the quality. Wonderful product, attention to detail, and passion! Congratulations!

27/07/2026: The girls are very kind. When you walk in, you're immediately greeted by a friendly atmosphere, and for once, the staff are kind and don't treat you like you're a bother.
You can choose between thin and thick pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven, and there's a lactose-free option. Highly recommended.

30/06/2026: One-way trip to Sicily, without having to fly!! The owner and his wife cook traditional Sicilian dishes, especially from the Palermo area, using high-quality ingredients and always offering a variety of dishes (depending on the availability of fresh fish).
It's impossible to resist the Sicilian cannoli, freshly prepared according to tradition!
