22/10/2025: Profoundly disappointing experience. This is an old-school restaurant with a balanced menu and authentic staff — something I usually appreciate. However, in nearly 11 years of Russia’s war against Ukraine, it’s natural to expect a basic level of sensitivity toward Ukrainians who do not want to be addressed in Russian. Hearing this language is painful — it is associated with blood and death. Despite our polite request not to be spoken to in Russian, the restaurant sent a female staff member who insisted on using it, even delivering a short speech to justify her choice. That response showed a profound lack of empathy and cultural awareness. A place that values hospitality should respect its guests’ boundaries and the tragic reality that defines them. There are plenty of other places in the same price range with better food, service, and atmosphere, where respect and understanding still mean something.

12/12/2025: Don't be fooled by appearances. From the outside, you wouldn't give it a second thought because it's hard to see; it looks more like a home. Step inside and you'll find a familiar, friendly, and very down-to-earth atmosphere. Both the waiter and the owner are excellent, capable, and very knowledgeable about the food and drinks. I ate some exquisite dishes, including a Florentine steak that was cut with a breadstick, not just "tonno riomare." Highly recommended; I'll be back to get to know Gina's long-standing expertise.

12/12/2025: Excellent food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. My girlfriend and I have eaten here twice and have always had excellent food. The pici with Tuscan ragù, the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, the Florentine tripe, and the homemade tiramisu were truly spectacular. Congratulations! We will definitely be back every time we're in Montecatini Terme!

19/10/2025: What an absolute pleasure to dine here. Great pizza (served only after 7pm), as well as great lasagne, paninis, and wine/cocktails. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the setting is friendly and casual. Special mention to the waiter (the bald gentleman), who was exceedingly polite, accommodating, and patient with food and drink orders. Everything we had was delicious. This is a great spot to get a meal, or just stop for a drink (as of October 2025, aperol spritz are only €5!). If you’re in Montecatini for a night or two, this place deserves a stop!

02/11/2025: It's not your typical pizza; there's so much quality, attention, research, and passion behind every bite. Crunch is something different, unique, and delicious. The quality is high and obviously comes at a cost, but certain taste experiences are worth trying. It's no coincidence that it's climbing the Italian rankings. A small place, but with attention to every detail. Anyone looking for something different is in the right place. I highly recommend it. Try it and believe it. You eat with your mouth, with your eyes, and you'll always say WOW.

26/10/2025: We were two couples on Saturday evening at 7:30 PM, the only available time. The place was already packed, and there was a line outside for 9 PM. The atmosphere was very refined, with beautiful exposed stone ceilings and videos of the chef's creations: elegant and tasteful. It was a shame, however, that the space was too small and crowded: the background noise was excessive, and it was also quite hot. It's hard to call it a relaxing experience in those conditions. The pizza, however, was truly exceptional: the Visione di Marinara is among the best I've ever had, beautiful and delicious, the dough just a little chewy. The desserts were disappointing: good but with a bland presentation, not up to par with the restaurant.

05/12/2025: It was recommended to us, and we were right to follow it! Pici with artichokes (which I absolutely recommend) was truly amazing!! My son had the duck breast and was very, very satisfied. The place is very small, with a Tuscan inn feel, the owner is friendly and kind, and the dishes are freshly prepared with care and passion, which you can taste in the flavors. I highly recommend it, and I hope to see you soon!

07/09/2025: We had dinner at La Mandragola and it was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious, matched only by the exceptional service. The setting in the courtyard is warm and comfortable, making the whole experience feel special. A memorable spot in San Gimignano that I’d happily return to.

13/12/2025: This is a very charming restaurant located in Pistoia's beautiful historic center. The staff are welcoming. Service is prompt and professional. High-quality food, suitable for both celiacs and non-celiacs. From the first to the second courses, everything is truly delicious. The tiramisu cream is exceptional, but I would find the biscuit rather tasteless and hard, contrasting with the cream. Prices are moderately high, but completely acceptable given the high quality.

07/12/2025: A truly positive experience: we went for dinner and had pizza, two appetizers (tartare and fried artichokes), carbonara with fried artichokes, and tagliatelle with truffle mushrooms. To finish, we had three desserts: a tiramisu, a hazelnut and pumpkin tartlet, and a coffee dessert. Everything was delicious. A great experience. We'll definitely be back. Friendly staff. Fast service.

13/09/2025: A deli, bakery, delicatessen, and small wine shop with select local and national products, all managed with skill, kindness, and expertise by the salespeople who go out of their way to guide you through the myriad delicacies on their counter. Prices are in line with other similar establishments, but the professionalism and smile make the difference.

01/07/2025: We stopped by Lunardi for a schiacciata al volo, on a very hot day in mid-June, but then we stopped there for lunch. There are two small tables available inside the cool and well-kept place. Recommended stuffed schiacciata.

08/12/2025: A quaint and rustic pork butcher's shop with limited seating, mostly outdoors. The ribollita is excellent, along with a platter of cold cuts and delicious pasta ragu. Friendly staff. Recommended.
