12/04/2026: I had the opportunity to choose from several vegetarian and vegan options for lunch, a fairly rare occurrence in Tuscany. Everything was tasty and delicious, from appetizers to dessert.
The restaurant is divided into two rooms, one more rustic and historic, and one more modern. I recommend the historic one.
I felt like the staff was all female, and they were all very kind and helpful.
If I were to return to Pistoia, I'd definitely eat there again.
08/02/2026: Highly recommended. Very nice and comfortable atmosphere right in the center of Pistoia. Unique dishes, all delicious and tasty, to please every palate, made with top-quality ingredients. Compliments to the entire staff, very professional: the chef was excellent and the girl who served us was super kind and friendly. Excellent value for money. We'll be back!

30/04/2026: Nice place, good food! The pizza sushi is really good. Maybe a little pricey, but I understand that quality comes at a price and that the current times have made us accustomed to seeing prices soar. I recommend it anyway!
27/04/2026: Recommended by friends, we went to this gourmet pizzeria.
We started with the montanarine, which were wonderful, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
We then continued with two authentic gourmet pizzas. The dough was excellent, light and crispy. We may have chosen two pizzas that weren't entirely our cup of tea, but that's just our taste. Next time, we'll choose more classic flavors.
We highly recommend trying the experience.

15/04/2026: Unfortunately, the coffee is the worst I've ever had, the cakes are made to order, and everything else is average. Once, the guy who made me coffee even picked up the cup from above with his fingers, which is unacceptable.

Really... good, the house wine was delicious.
I absolutely recommend!
Parking was a bit tricky, but we found it.

22/12/2025: I celebrated my daughter's eighteenth birthday. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail: abundant food, with every dish revisited; the waiters were always available and extremely kind, not to mention the elegant, welcoming, and warm location. All our guests left very happy.
A special thanks to Raniero and Thomas, who were very helpful and tried to satisfy us in every way.

03/05/2026: Two weeks in Italy and this was a top 5 meal. The owner came out and helped us. He was so friendly and pleasant. The food was delicious (pizza, peposo), plus wine, and a pistachio cake for dessert that was unbelievable. All for very reasonable prices. We wanted to come back the next day but they are closed on Sundays.

16/02/2026: Excellent. A secluded, quiet, and green farmhouse with an excellent restaurant. We had a set lunch menu, all made with top-quality ingredients that never left you hungry. There's also the option of staying overnight and purchasing homemade food.
Well worth a visit.

08/03/2026: I'd read so many great reviews, and after going there, I can say the service was impeccable, friendly, and young, yet very professional. The problem is the pizza; honestly, I found them all to be very flavorless. Given the price, I expected the quality of the ingredients to be better.

11/03/2026: I hadn't been there for a few years, but I looked into it further and was told it's under new management. I must say I had a great meal, both the first course and the beef steak, which was exceptional. It's been years since I've had such a good steak. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and spend a fair amount.
