12/05/2025: The best truffle pasta I’ve ever had!

25/04/2025: Excellent lunch, food and service. The handmade tortelli and spaghetti with arselle (small clams) were superb. The salt covered baked fish was also top quality. My son is a celiac and he had a perfectly cooked seafood risotto, and GF tiramisu. I appreciated the elegant atmosphere and the competent, attentive staff, who kindly let my dogs sit under the table. These are the sort of "old-school" restaurants in Italy that are worth visiting when you want a special meal. You don't need to chase the Michelin stars!

29/05/2025: I ordered a vegetarian at home and this is the pizza, some courgettes, mushrooms and basically all radicchio cooked in the oven that becomes bitter, rubbery and brown. It's the second time I've ordered it in a while and I thought they had made a mistake the first time, I've never seen a vegetarian like this not even at the clubs. €12 for a takeaway pizza

28/05/2025: We went there for dinner on April 25th and had two pizzas at the same time. I had higher expectations and probably I didn't make the right choice. I will go back to try other dishes.

18/05/2025: Unexpected surprise in one of the forgotten neighborhoods of Montecatini. The place is very cozy and inviting, furnished and decorated with taste. We liked the breakfast and the staff very kind. Wide selection of cakes to cut. To return.

11/05/2025: We visited this morning as the reviews were good. It's my birthday today so really wanted to do coffee and cake. However, despite trying in our best Italian which has been perfectly acceptable elsewhere, the person serving behind the counter refused to give us the time to be able to converse as they were busy and instead, we were given two espresso coffees and told to sit down; we would have happily ordered cake and more drinks but were made to feel like an inconvenience. Not the start to my birthday we wanted and based on this experience, we will not return. BTW the coffees were €2.40 and we were made to feel in the way by wanting to pay for our drinks ... we felt our custom and money wasn't good enough as we were foreigners!

18/05/2025: We went for lunch today; excellent mushrooms, typical mountain location and very beautiful excellent service. Absolutely recommended

17/04/2025: Fixed menu, appetizer with local cold cuts and cheese, risotto with mushrooms and tortelli, 2 second courses including excellent wild boar, side dish, wine, water, coffee, grappa, we only asked for 3 second courses for 5 people so as not to overdo it, €24, the full menu will therefore be around €28-30, to be returned soon. Possibility to take away their cow's cheese

01/05/2025: Ristorante speciale! Cucina di qualità con ottime materie prime, personale educato e professionale che sa anche far sentire il cliente 'a casa'. Da fidarsi ciecamente: primi ricercati e del territorio, carne di qualità (daino e capriolo superlativi!!), funghi meravigliosi. Un posto dove stare bene, con una vista mozzafiato, persone genuine e simpaticissime...complimenti ragazzi!!

02/05/2025: Posto molto interessante,alla periferia di Montecatini ,tagliere toscano con salumi ottimi e focaccetta fantastica ,i primi molto buoni...gnocchetti al sugo di granchio e tordelli al ragù..il tutto annaffiato da un buon bianco.prezzi al di sotto della media per la qualità .Consigliatissimo

24/04/2025: Entertainment 💃 finally a place run by women!! Not the usual burger..... but the genuine and hearty meat burger, with caramelized onions, cheese and excellent bread. And the chips and crostoni and bruschetta, mouth-watering. Not to mention the beers on tap... All at reasonable prices. Absolutely not to be missed 👍

03/05/2025: What a fantastic experience! The setting of the restaurant is beautiful – atmospheric and with an eye for detail. The meat was truly the tastiest and most tender I have ever eaten. A nice surprise: the T-bone was first shown at the table before being expertly prepared. That made it extra special. The lady who served us was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome straight away. We would definitely like to come back here again! We spent €180 for an extensive dinner for four people – a very fair price for the quality you get.

15/05/2025: Best gelato so far and staff are very helpful and friendly. Apparently they make all their own gelato and it’s a different recipe for each type. Unlike lots of places where they use the same base mixture.

02/04/2025: What an absolutely truly amazing experience in Pistoia! Not only are these the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted, the service is simply amazing. This food is made with love. A must try when visiting Pistoia!

13/03/2025: Excellent pizza with delicious combinations; well digestible mixture. I recommend the carbonara with pumpkin cream and crispy bacon. Good selection of beers. I'll be back to try the scrocchia. Prices in line with the quality of the products. Very kind owner.

30/03/2025: Quick lunch with a large cutting board full of cold cuts, delicious cheeses and spectacular crostini + pici with sausage ragù (delicious) + necci 😍 Everything really delicious and enjoyed with a view of Piazza della Sala. Excellent service with very kind and friendly staff. Absolutely highly recommended
