04/05/2026: We stayed at this property for three days with a trekking group. The property is well-presented and clean. The rooms are dated but functional; they changed our linens, although they weren't required to do so given that it's a one-star hotel. The bathroom amenities also include a shaving kit. The rooms are fairly quiet and warm; only one of my travel companions, in a triple room, didn't have a working radiator. The restaurant was very good; some dishes were a bit too spicy (they had a different chef one evening), but everything was excellent, as was the manager's service. They paid the utmost attention to managing our accommodation and what we needed (packed sandwiches and fruit for those who needed it for lunch). The owner, a bit strict, but kind and precise. Another positive note was the waiter, who was truly helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, and the tarts were excellent!

03/05/2026: 1 star, so it's affordable. The property is dated but has everything you need. Breakfast and a restaurant are included. The food is good and simple. The owner and staff are extremely helpful and courteous.

04/06/2026: Good sandwich shop in Quarrata. Very good sandwiches. The staff is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. At least until four years ago, but now the quality has significantly declined and everything costs more. The onion rings used to be artisanal and out of this world; now they're frozen and less tasty. Los Pollos used to have better chicken, but now it's slightly worse. It's a shame. It's lost its appeal.

27/03/2026: A welcoming and family-friendly place, with very good food. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Andrea Spadoni, who made us feel at home and pampered. He also served us with the waitress, whose name I unfortunately don't know, but we thank her infinitely. I especially recommend the sea bream in salt 🐟...it melted in our mouths and was incredibly flavorful. We'll definitely be back to try the pizza 🍕 Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

15/02/2026: A welcoming restaurant with two dining rooms, one with a TV. It offers a choice of seafood and meat dishes, as well as excellent pizza. The cacio e pepe pici and the tagliata are highly recommended. The staff are friendly and attentive. The owner is also attentive to the needs of his guests and can also engage in conversation with them. Excellent experience, highly recommended. We hope to return soon.

26/05/2026: A fantastic local restaurant! Everything here feels exactly like in the movies: the family working together, cooking with love, the noise, the atmosphere, the constant movement. The place was full even on a Monday — which in Italy is already a serious recommendation. For the first time in my life, I saw Catalana Mista on the menu — seafood with fruit. Naturally, I ordered it. While waiting, they brought focaccia as a starter, which immediately reduced the danger of making irrational decisions from hunger. In short: everything was delicious. The only small tragedy was the wine list — slightly over-dried. The wines I wanted to try had already been consumed by other enthusiasts of civilization. So I ordered a simple local everyday wine, grown somewhere in the nearby fields. And honestly — it was the right decision. The food was already so good that trying to impress it further with some sophisticated Riserva would have been unnecessary intellectual overengineering. Greetings to the owners!
