01/02/2025: There is nothing to be done, in some places in Pistoia, provincialism even in 2025, you can still breathe deeply.... like in this bar. I give 5 stars for the food, but 1 star for the totally absent savoir-faire. To the public for professionalism, tact and attention, customers are served on a first-come, first-served basis. Not even in front of my goal (thinking that at least one of the two could get there and apologize for the oversight): "I would kindly appreciate a cappuccino, thank you", they continued to flatter those who, despite arriving later, they knew, calmly and regardless of the tango attitude aimed… They know how to make good cappuccinos etc. in many ways. Courtesy, accuracy and perspicacity, however, are increasingly rare commodities.

07/08/2025: It was lovely sitting in a little garden. The people's English is a bit weak, but we managed just fine. After a few days of pizza and pasta, we were ready for a different meal. Luckily, they had a delicious steak on the menu. We passed several plates of pizza, and they looked absolutely delicious!

03/08/2025: I remembered better. We were greeted by two employees arguing over a pizza. We dined on the veranda, plagued by smokers (you can't have an outdoor space enclosed on three sides and allow smoking! Even worse if there are children present!). The dinner was average, the prices were in line with other types of restaurants (though I still consider them above average). The staff could be more attentive: I understand trends, but seeing a waiter in low-cut pants showing his underwear is out of place for me. The pizzas were salty, the appetizers a bit paltry and unimaginative. Cover charge and drinks were a bit expensive: a bottle of Fanta cost 3.5? I don't know, maybe I just stumbled on a somewhat uninspiring night.

09/08/2025: We ate here three times. The food was excellent. Twice the service was super friendly. But last Wednesday, the service wasn't friendly. No greeting, no asking if the food was good, and no goodbyes. We found that very unfortunate.

05/08/2025: A great restaurant in the heart of Monsummano, with excellent meat and delicious pizza. Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, and the prices are reasonable. Recommended.

21/08/2025: Very nice place, we tried the polenta with wild boar and the one with mushrooms. The one with wild boar was good, the one with mushrooms was so spicy it was unbearable. Recommended.

21/06/2025: Stopped by for lunch with a dear friend of mine, we had a really good time, nice location and fast service, excellent typical Tuscan cuisine, very fair prices, large parking lot to park.

30/07/2025: Beautiful place. The pool reception organization left you wanting. Even though I had booked, my last name was nowhere to be found, neither at the desk nor the pool receptionist. The organization left you wanting for the price we paid for two people: €180 (pool + lunch). The only strong point is the guy (perhaps the manager) at the restaurant, who knew his stuff and was very kind. I gave the service one star overall, but I'd give the waiter 5 stars. What a shame!!!
