17/07/2025: Very, very friendly and attentive. They're an unpretentious family business. Mom's cooking at very competitive prices. Delicious homemade desserts. We're in the area for a few days, so we'll be back.

01/02/2025: There is nothing to be done, in some places in Pistoia, provincialism even in 2025, you can still breathe deeply.... like in this bar. I give 5 stars for the food, but 1 star for the totally absent savoir-faire. To the public for professionalism, tact and attention, customers are served on a first-come, first-served basis. Not even in front of my goal (thinking that at least one of the two could get there and apologize for the oversight): "I would kindly appreciate a cappuccino, thank you", they continued to flatter those who, despite arriving later, they knew, calmly and regardless of the tango attitude aimed… They know how to make good cappuccinos etc. in many ways. Courtesy, accuracy and perspicacity, however, are increasingly rare commodities.

08/09/2025: The restaurant is meticulously maintained, down to the smallest details (especially the glass windows), and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is amazing, the only time the photos match the reality of what you get. Highly recommended.

02/11/2025: A very disappointing experience. We had booked two tables for €350, with €200 per table to spend on bottles, as confirmed via text. We arrived at the club at 12:30 AM and waited over an hour without receiving anything. After an hour, a waiter told us that the €200 bottles were "no longer available," even though they were included in the reservation. In reality, the menu listed bottles starting at €250, something never communicated before, forcing us to pay an additional €200 in cash for drinks. No receipt, no bill. Only after speaking to the manager were we "offered" a basic bottle, proving that the staff's story wasn't true. The venue lacks transparency in its management of tables and payments. Not recommended.

01/11/2025: Disco night 10/31/2025: A table with a three-seater sofa was given to two different groups of young people, without warning, about 20 people. So my daughter's group of friends, despite paying €25 for 13 people, was left without a table. First and last time. You've made double the profit this time, but that's it.

10/10/2025: I went yesterday with my girlfriend. The menu is varied, "munchie-inducing," and the sandwiches we ate, along with the fries, were truly delicious, exceptional. Problem: two fried foods, two cans of Coke, and two sandwiches cost €43. It's very expensive for a place that, both inside and out, appears very basic (a typical 4 a.m. sandwich shop). Inside, it was also messy and dirty. We sat on wooden benches and tables typical of a fairground. The service is non-existent; you do everything yourself at the monitor and even get up to take your order. At least the sandwiches were really good, but I don't think I'll return because of the price: I'm going to a serious restaurant.

24/09/2025: We returned to this place after several months and were completely disappointed. It's gotten much worse since our last visit. They've removed the specialty burgers, like the venison and kangaroo ones. The buns are much smaller than in the past, and the prices have gone up, and not by a little. I don't recommend it.

10/05/2025: Appena arrivati, Tando due ore prima abbiamo mangiato un buon minestrone baccalà alla livornese tutti i piatti della magica Val di Nievole toscani e soprattutto caserecci fagiolini lessi personale molto attento e gentile, soprattutto svelto questo locale lavora moltissimo ideale per pranzi di lavoro consigliatissimo

20/09/2025: An older bar with a predominance of mature or older people. I must say, however, that the staff is very friendly and can handle everything from paying bills to lottery tickets, etc.

02/10/2025: If you're looking for a place that's out of the ordinary and can transport you to a fantasy world, this is the place for you! A beautiful and enchanting themed inn, full of details that immediately bring to mind the fantasy world of Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings. Excellent food and delicious craft beers, music and ever-changing themed nights, with a wide selection of board games... the only flaws that could be improved are the slow service and order taking, and above all the excessive salt used in the dishes... otherwise, T O P 😋

15/06/2025: Good breakfast even if the prices are a bit high... a big flaw is the hygiene, we started having breakfast outside and honestly there are some tables and chairs that are shameful!!! a piece of advice (every now and then a clean doesn't hurt).
