05/09/2025: Excellent cuisine, spartan but natural environment, top-notch organization.

21/08/2025: Very nice place, we tried the polenta with wild boar and the one with mushrooms. The one with wild boar was good, the one with mushrooms was so spicy it was unbearable. Recommended.

09/06/2025: We rarely give 5 stars, but everything here is just right. The food is incredibly delicious. We were there for two days and were particularly impressed by the pasta. Even when the restaurant is empty, it takes a while for the food to arrive, but after all, you want freshly cooked food, and we're sure you will! Authentic and very tasty cuisine at extremely fair prices with no "nasty surprises." Table charges are clearly stated on the menu (€1.50) for everyone, and there is no charge for children. That's fair and definitely not the case everywhere. The house wine on the tourist menu was also great. If we had discovered the restaurant earlier, we would have come every day and avoided one or two disappointments elsewhere. A little tip: The restaurant's opening hours are nowhere to be found. As the owner, I would change this.

05/10/2025: I celebrated my birthday here and I want to thank all the staff for a wonderful evening! The atmosphere is meticulously designed, the food is delicious, and the staff is kind, attentive, and very organized (even though the restaurant was full). We'll definitely be back!

13/09/2025: We had pizza tonight and it was delicious! The very kind waitress warned us that the wait might be a bit long, but in less than 20 minutes we had our pizzas on the table. The price was also great!!!

01/02/2025: There is nothing to be done, in some places in Pistoia, provincialism even in 2025, you can still breathe deeply.... like in this bar. I give 5 stars for the food, but 1 star for the totally absent savoir-faire. To the public for professionalism, tact and attention, customers are served on a first-come, first-served basis. Not even in front of my goal (thinking that at least one of the two could get there and apologize for the oversight): "I would kindly appreciate a cappuccino, thank you", they continued to flatter those who, despite arriving later, they knew, calmly and regardless of the tango attitude aimed… They know how to make good cappuccinos etc. in many ways. Courtesy, accuracy and perspicacity, however, are increasingly rare commodities.

02/11/2025: As soon as we entered, it felt like we were ice skating because of the humidity. We sat down at the table and immediately opened the window a bit, which was enough to improve the situation a bit... There was so much humidity on the windows, like when you're driving in the car in the winter. The pizzas weren't pizzas; except for the pinsa my friend got, the other pizzas weren't great. Mine was a bit watery, flat and uniform, as if they'd made it with a mold. My friend's sandwich was served open, something I've never seen done in a restaurant... The response: "Yes, it's open!" 😂 The staff was normal. The draft beer was good. Otherwise, I don't recommend much... The wait times were normal. I'm giving one star mainly because the floor can be very dangerous. When I sat down, I practically ended up eating with the table behind us, and I'm not kidding. 😅 We have a video of us playing curling with a chair. 😂 A fun evening for the setting, but not satisfying, sorry.

20/09/2025: An older bar with a predominance of mature or older people. I must say, however, that the staff is very friendly and can handle everything from paying bills to lottery tickets, etc.

04/12/2025: A truly top location. Beautiful restaurant, as is the spa. And not to mention a wonderful nightclub.

02/11/2025: A very disappointing experience. We had booked two tables for €350, with €200 per table to spend on bottles, as confirmed via text. We arrived at the club at 12:30 AM and waited over an hour without receiving anything. After an hour, a waiter told us that the €200 bottles were "no longer available," even though they were included in the reservation. In reality, the menu listed bottles starting at €250, something never communicated before, forcing us to pay an additional €200 in cash for drinks. No receipt, no bill. Only after speaking to the manager were we "offered" a basic bottle, proving that the staff's story wasn't true. The venue lacks transparency in its management of tables and payments. Not recommended.

24/05/2025: my boyfriend arrived at the closing point and despite this they were extremely available to make two pizzas on the fly. he knows well from working in the sector how much of a disruption it can be so he was extremely impressed by the kindness! also the pizzas are delicious 🫶🏼

17/05/2025: A special place! We found a wonderful pizza near the station. We received excellent service and left completely satisfied!! Excellent experience!

01/12/2025: The worst sushi I've ever eaten, so much so that I felt sick a few hours later. The rice was cold and sticky, as if it had been prepared the day before and put in the fridge. The fish smelled really bad. The location was dark and stuffy. Never again!

21/11/2025: The place is very nice and clean, the service is very fast, and everyone is very kind! The food is very good, we've been there several times and will definitely be back, especially to yours! Even though the restaurant is full, there's enough privacy because of the spacing between tables!

12/11/2025: I stayed here as part of a package. Previous reviews had me worried about bedbugs and cleanliness, but it was very clean. The room felt a little cold, but I think it was because of the balcony. The bathroom was very clean, and the bed was free of bedbugs. Breakfast was good, and dinner was delicious. And the staff were very friendly! However, there's a dog in the lobby, but he's not tied up and roams freely. It's not always the case; a staff member brings him along, so if you're afraid of dogs, it's best to avoid him. Oh, and the location is great. There's a supermarket and a merry-go-round right down the main road, which is nice! There's also a pharmacy nearby. I'm very satisfied!
