03/12/2023: It's my historic restaurant. I've been going there practically for over 30 years. When it was on Via Empolese it was called Trattoria da Osvaldo, and I remember that it was an obligatory destination for truck drivers. With this I'll let you imagine the type of cuisine and the quality/quantity of the portions, basically what perfectly embodies the phrase "typical Tuscan cuisine". The ragù has now become a "must" also for my children who I bring there periodically. Fundamentally simple dishes but like grandmothers made them on Sunday lunch. They also make delicious pizzas for takeaway too. There is no world without Il Portico!

21/07/2024: Very tasty bread and pastries. Super friendly service. Recommended!! You can also drink a nice coffee and have breakfast there. Seating inside.

24/08/2024: Excellent fixed menu with starter, squash and delicious pizza. Friendly staff, shame about a bit of a wait between one course and another probably due to the somewhat busy evening. Excellent value for money, around 20 euros each for starter, pizza and dessert

16/08/2024: The lady who hosted us was very kind, even having little space she arranged the tables for us, 18 people on the evening of August 15th! Delicious pizza cooked in a wood oven, amazing porcini mushrooms, good first courses, quick service.....very honest price!

10/08/2024: Kindness and helpfulness. Speaking of pizza: quality products and rich pizza at good prices. Very nice "80s" style pizzeria/restaurant. Possibility to consume both inside and outside (in summer, at dinner, the coolness of the mountains is a godsend).

06/05/2024: Restaurant with excellent coffee. Perfect for small parties or aperitifs with friends. Friendly and very courteous staff. If we were to pass through those parts again we would definitely stop for a break. Thanks for the beautiful day

17/08/2024: An excellent hotel and restaurant. Our room was large and very clean. The pool area is wonderful, with a very friendly barman to look after you. The food was amazing and the service from all staff was excellent. This is definitely a place Id like to visit again

23/01/2024: Cercavamo un posto per mangiare di domenica con la squadra di basket dei ragazzini. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima. Noi adulti abbiamo mangiato benissimo caponata, cinghiale e pici col cavolo Top! Ai giocatori ha fatto anche un menù sportivo su nostra indicazione! Tutto veramente buono. Posto accogliente! Ci torneremo!

14/06/2024: We had an aperitif, since it is also a bar, expensive and with not even appetizers. The bartender was talking on the phone and my husband had to go and get some aperitifs...I won't be going back for sure!
