26/01/2026: A trattoria serving "old-fashioned" cuisine in the most positive sense of the word, both in terms of the type and quality of the dishes. Few frills, but plenty of quality. Reasonably priced. A must-try for a return visit.

17/01/2026: Beautiful and welcoming atmosphere; they lit a fireplace in the dining room for us, and it truly created a wonderful atmosphere. The staff is made up of young people, with an average age of 22, who are truly capable, courteous, and efficient. My compliments, truly. The food is delicious, made with their own ingredients... in fact, by touring the farm, you can see Cinta Senese pigs and other animals grazing. In the tranquility of the mountains above San Marcello Pistoiese, a wonderful discovery. It's also great for picnics; they even have barbecues available for you to cook your own meat!

14/01/2026: A wonderful experience. They're young and very kind, and they make you feel at ease. My family was amazed. It's a wonderful place nestled in the mountains, incredible!!! The dishes are excellent and delicious, especially for those of us who prefer meat-based menus. In short, it's already our second time there, and we even left some feldbaks for some of our friends, but we'll definitely be back soon. Thanks guys 👋

07/09/2025: Wow! Just WOW! We stayed here for 5 nights for a part of our 5 week honeymoon in Europe. This was genuinely a highlight of our trip so far. The room was clean, and as advertised. Everyone there was so kind and attentive. We hope we get to come back one day soon. Having travelled all the way from Australia we were so grateful to find a peaceful hideaway where we could get to other spots for day trips either via our hire car, or public transport not far away. Thank you again!

18/07/2025: I have one rule: I never return to the same place. This rule no longer applies. I've been there twice already, and I'd gladly go back, and more than once. A fabulous place, rest, regeneration, and a recharge unlike any other place I've been. A wonderful place with fantastic and welcoming owners. The pool is large, sometimes you're alone, the breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant serves delicious dinners. The view is breathtaking, and the space is so relaxing. I'll definitely be back again, and I already miss it.

12/10/2025: Truly delicious gelato, enjoyed while strolling through this charming village on a warm Sunday in late October. The blueberry flavor is one of the best I've ever tried. The mango is very good, and the surprise is the black cherry, a fiordilatte gelato with black cherries and their juice poured on the spot. The sales assistant is kind and smiling.

09/02/2026: Me and my partner visited Italy past few days from the uk, we came here for lunch and we was the first ones in the resteraunt apart from one other couple, they didn’t acknowledge us for a long time. Gradually locals started to come in, local Italians, every single person who arrived after us had their drinks and food brought out before us, we didn’t even have any water or any drinks brought to us whilst everyone else was being served their food and drinks, we were appalled at the service it was terrible, we just got left with nothing and was made to wait a very long time whilst everyone else who arrived after us ( local to the area) was served first. It was awful. We are such friendly people in the uk and this treatment just wouldn’t happen over here, we believe everyone is equal and all should be treated the same. It just seems like because we wasn’t from Italy we were discriminated against. It’s a shame as we spent abit in there. It was so unwelcoming and unfriendly and we would never go back there again. If your visiting and your not local don’t go here because you’ll get hostility and poor service. I never ever leave bad reviews for anywhere but this really got to me how we were treated. Oh and the mixed grill was a plate of rubber it was awful.

12/08/2025: Excellent restaurant with a talented young chef and a wonderful lady in the dining room. Very good food. Worth it. I advise the young chef (as a thirty-year professional in the industry) to persist in finding his own style, always respecting tradition, because he has what it takes.
