31/08/2025: A good restaurant. I was impressed more by the quality of the service and customer service than by the food, which was still good. The location is charming, surrounded by the greenery of the park.

06/09/2025: We had dinner last night, ordering a small appetizer while waiting for a saffron risotto, which the menu indicated was a 20-minute wait. After eating an unpretentious salad, we were served a risotto that tasted more like rice in broth (overcooked, cold, and flavorless). But given that the cooking time was 20 minutes, which was respected, how come it arrived at the table overcooked, cold, and in broth? Of course, it's best avoided.

21/08/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant in Montecatini Terme and the experience was extremely positive. The quality of the dishes was excellent: fresh ingredients, meticulous preparation, and authentic flavors that showcase the local culinary tradition. The service deserves special mention: the staff was always helpful, courteous, and attentive to every detail, contributing to the pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

18/05/2025: It's my historic restaurant. I've been going there practically for over 30 years. When it was on Via Empolese it was called Trattoria da Osvaldo, and I remember that it was an obligatory destination for truck drivers. With this I'll let you imagine the type of cuisine and the quality/quantity of the portions, basically what perfectly embodies the phrase "typical Tuscan cuisine". The ragù has now become a "must" also for my children who I bring there periodically. Fundamentally simple dishes but like grandmothers made them on Sunday lunch. They also make delicious pizzas for takeaway too. There is no world without Il Portico!

17/08/2025: As for the pizza, let's leave it at that; it's unsightly and inedible. They should still be starting from the base. It arrived very thin, almost transparent, and burned all around. As for the meat, I ate it the day before. Excellent, very good, and perfectly cooked.

15/08/2025: I recently visited Pizzeria Trattoria Il Vicolo, and unfortunately, I have to say that the experience was disappointing in many ways. The portion sizes were rather small. What made the evening even worse was the attitude of the staff, especially the lady in the dining room, who was anything but friendly and polite. When it came time to pay, she even rudely and surlyly refused to accept two separate card payments, behavior I find unacceptable in 2025. A place that, in my opinion, doesn't put the customer first and leaves a less than pleasant impression. I absolutely do not recommend it.
