Beautiful place, very clean and modern, unfortunately the ice cream is not as good as the place is beautiful

Good but too expensive for what you get. There are many better ones, honestly.

A big round of applause for your gelato from London!!! We tried a lot during our vacation, but there was nothing better than your mango gelato. So smooth and creamy, it tasted like a perfectly ripe, sweet fruit in a cup! We're curious to try the other flavors, which, if anything, are truly amazing... We'll definitely be back on our next vacation!

The realistic fruit is super good, just like everything else!! Highly recommended, the best ice cream shop in Pistoia by far!

I had a gluten-free ice cream cake for two, it was very good. The blonde sales assistant with straight hair was super kind and helpful. She took my order right away and also gave me directions to the area to find what I needed.

The gelateria is located near the city walls, with some paid parking nearby. There's no seating inside, but there are a few covered tables outside on the sidewalk. The torta della nonna e pinoli flavor is good, but the rocket is a bit too strong. However, the prices are too high despite the quality.
