I had a gluten-free ice cream cake for two, it was very good. The blonde sales assistant with straight hair was super kind and helpful. She took my order right away and also gave me directions to the area to find what I needed.

The gelateria is located near the city walls, with some paid parking nearby. There's no seating inside, but there are a few covered tables outside on the sidewalk. The torta della nonna e pinoli flavor is good, but the rocket is a bit too strong. However, the prices are too high despite the quality.

Whenever I'm in Pistoia, my go-to is Gelateria Parè! The gelato is truly delicious, creamy, and with flavors that are always sophisticated and viral, even on social media. What I love are the many gluten-free and lactose-free options. The cakes are spectacular, both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat, perfect for any occasion. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and above all, attentive to their customers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something truly special in Pistoia that's completely gluten-free!
