The giardiniera was excellent. The pita bread was good.

We had the pleasure of experiencing the five-course tasting menu, a carefully curated, interesting experience deeply rooted in the local area. Each course was carefully presented by the owner, who explained both the seasonings and the different types of flour used, also telling us about the areas of Tuscany from which they originate. A professional yet welcoming approach, conveying a genuine knowledge of local products and a great passion for their work. We also greatly appreciated the choice to use ingredients sourced from small local farms: an added value that deserves to be recognized and supported. Our warmest congratulations. Simone and Matteo

The best pizza I've ever eaten, the Gourmet tastings left me amazed by the intense flavors of each taste, at each course the very kind lady explained the procedure to us, and the origin of each ingredient, the house desserts were exaggeratedly good and special, my friends and I asked to taste those too 😋 and to finish three shots of house liqueurs, go there and try this galactic experience, I add very kind staff 💕
