01/05/2025: Ottimo ristorante, ambiente piacevole, personale simpaticissimo e cordiale, cibo e servizio ottimo. Abbiamo preso la pasta fresca con il ragu, ravioli con ragu , stinco e maialino, veramente ottimi. Se proprio proprio fare un appunto (le porzioni erano un po' piccole ma io non faccio testo :-) ) Ad 1 km dal centro di Pietrasanta raggiungibile in macchina per una passeggiata dopo cena.

04/04/2025: Locale molto accogliente con musica in sottofondo. Menù a base di carne con piatti particolari come il risotto con piccione che non si trova praticamente quasi più. Ottimi quelli con tartufo La focaccia fatta da loro è una droga 🤣 Troppo buona 😋 Proprietario cortese,molto disponibile. Ristorante promosso!

27/06/2025: Endless waits, they brought me food before drinks, 10 minutes of waiting for an ashtray, and then I ordered sparkling wine they brought it to me still, and the same for water, not to mention the 'service charge' where by booking with the Fork they promise you a 20% discount but with this thing it becomes 10, clearly specified on the menu in a tiny, illegible place, I ate well but at what price, never again

16/06/2025: Restaurant belonging to Bagno Adele with multiple tables available, all outdoors. Quick service despite it being a Saturday night and the place being full. Very courteous and helpful staff. Excellent raw materials and masterfully prepared dishes. A word of honor must be given to the mixed fried fish with vegetables: delicious, crunchy, not at all greasy and with very fresh fish. Excellent value for money.

19/04/2025: Circolo SOMS di Capriglia: una serata che sa di casa, di amicizia sincera e di sapori autentici. Un'atmosfera calda e accogliente ci ha accolto, preludio di una vera e propria festa per il palato. La tavola imbandita era un invito irresistibile a lasciarsi coccolare da una miriade di assaggini, piccole leccornìe preparate con cura, amore e una passione che traspariva da ogni singolo boccone. Dire che Daniele e il suo staff lavorino in perfetta sincronia e armonia è riduttivo, un eufemismo che non rende giustizia alla dedizione e alla maestria che mettono nel loro lavoro. Si percepiva un'intesa profonda, un'orchestra ben accordata che sforna capolavori gastronomici. L'aperitivo era un tripudio di colori e profumi: fave condite con un olio extravergine d'oliva che profumava di Toscana, un patè di Pernice vellutato e delicato, burrata cremosa e avvolgente, mozzarelline affumicate che sprigionavano un aroma inebriante, e poi, l'apoteosi, cipolle agrodolce. Mai, e sottolineo mai, avevamo assaggiato cipolle agrodolci così perfette, un equilibrio sublime tra dolcezza e acidità che stuzzicava il palato in modo irresistibile. Non mancavano le alici freschissime, marinate con sapienza, che preannunciavano l'arrivo delle portate principali. "Fin'ora s'è scherzato, ora si mangia", l'annuncio scherzoso che preannunciava l'inizio della vera e propria sinfonia culinaria. E che sinfonia! Le tagliatelle alla pernice in bianco, un piatto apparentemente semplice, si rivelava un'esplosione di gusto, la pasta fresca fatta in casa che si scioglieva in bocca, avvolta da un ragù di pernice delicato e profumato. A seguire, straccetti di cinghiale affumicato, un trionfo di sapore selvatico, affumicato artigianalmente e brigato con un intingolo segreto da leccarsi i baffi. La carne era tenera e succulenta, un vero peccato di gola. Ma il capolavoro, l'apice di questa esperienza gastronomica, è stato il Tordo in umido. Cotto con cura, senza esagerare, ma esagerato nel gusto e nel sapore. Un piatto della tradizione, rivisitato con maestria e passione, che ha risvegliato ricordi d'infanzia e sapori dimenticati. E poi, i tordelli farciti con cervella di bue, un omaggio alla cucina versiliese più autentica, un piatto ricco e saporito che racchiudeva l'anima di questa terra. A concludere questa cena memorabile, dolci tipici versiliesi, una selezione di prelibatezze che ci hanno coccolato con la loro dolcezza e genuinità. Un trionfo di varietà e di sapori fuori dal comune, un'esperienza che ci ha ricordato la bellezza della semplicità e la magia della cucina tradizionale. Bravi, bravissimi! Un plauso sincero a Daniele e al suo staff per averci regalato una serata indimenticabile. Torneremo sicuramente, per rivivere questa emozione e per scoprire altre meraviglie del loro repertorio culinario.

02/03/2025: Anche questo posto risulta come aperto, ma invece è chiuso. Questo tipo di inesattezze fa perdere tempo alla gente e può rovinare le serate.

04/02/2025: Negative experience, we came here on Sunday, the place was practically empty, they told us that they would prepare one of the free tables for us (there were 3 of us, an adult and two children, ed.), but then they came back from the kitchen and told us that the table they had prepared for us was needed to add to a table and so we had to go elsewhere without being able to eat.

09/06/2025: Visited late in the evening, but staff were very welcoming and the pizzas enormous, even if supposed to be half size. Delicious and not a tourist rip off IMO!

07/06/2025: Pretty bad food, maybe the focaccia is better, but the risotto was just boiled rice with barely any flavor, and the small side salad I ordered came with tuna and mozzarella (I'm vegetarian) and cost €8! For a tiny portion, I'm disappointed.

22/06/2025: The best Chinese restaurant in the whole province and beyond! Long-standing family management. Very tasty and well-made dishes (the steamed dumplings are fantastic!). Cheap prices and fast service

14/06/2025: Everything is fresh, including the terrace at lunchtime. With a little breeze it's ideal. The food is good, the prices are fair, the smile is extra I imagine but it's professional. I recommend it.

15/06/2025: We got there a little early on a Saturday afternoon. The owner was friendly and made us feel welcome. The menu card was simple but good. The owner made a special menu with fresh salads according to our wishes. The spaghetti and gnocchi on the main menu are all handmade, and they're delicious. At last, we get a nice gift—some special limoncello. The atmosphere is clean and simple. It seems the people of this small city like to eat there. Grazie and we like to come back

09/06/2025: Sorry to leave a negative review and I hope it helps to improve. Friendly service, but not qualified, unable to answer simple questions like "what's in this dish". What's in the appetizer "good question the chef decides". What are seasonal vegetables "grilled vegetables" and they arrive tomatoes in 4 fingers of oil. Low-level festival dishes with restaurant prices in the center of Florence. The €50/kg steak is not a steak as it is defined in Tuscany. Absolutely NOT worth the trip.

11/05/2025: Un posto meraviglioso, sia la location che il cibo! Molto pulito e ben tenuto. Si vede quando le cose sono fatte con passione, bravi! Cibo ottimo ed ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Porzioni abbondanti e piatti ben curati. Parcheggio comodo che non guasta mai. È veramente da raccomandare!

21/06/2025: I stopped there without warning, without having booked anything, for dinner with my family. Beautiful surprise, fish-based dinner: delicious mixed fried fish, spaghetti with seafood that tasted like the sea, and a wonderful gnocco alla trabeccola. Honest price, excellent quality-price ratio. I highly recommend it!
