29/06/2025: Really unpleasant experience at Bagno Teresita Wellness Club in Viareggio. The pool rules are not displayed anywhere visible to guests, and we found ourselves rudely scolded for having brought a stroller into the pool area, which the manager said was “not allowed”. Too bad this ban is not posted anywhere. Later we were scolded again because we had clothes on the sunbed: according to them, “by internal rules” (which we never saw or received), all personal items should be kept in the cabin, away from the sunbed, making the experience extremely uncomfortable for those with children or who need to keep a change of clothes, sunscreen or other personal items close at hand. If children are not welcome in this facility, it would be more correct to declare themselves adults-only, instead of welcoming families and then making them feel like they are in the way. In addition, as already reported by other negative reviews: • The staff is often rude or arrogant towards customers, instead of politely explaining the rules which, we repeat, are not posted anywhere visible. • The prices are high compared to the quality of the service offered. • Some guests complain that the pool water is not always clean and that the sunbeds are too close together, taking away space and privacy. • The management seems more interested in controlling every little detail of the guests rather than ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience. We will not return and we do not recommend families and those looking for a courteous welcome to choose this property.

13/05/2025: Ottimo ristorante di pesce. Materia prima fresca e porzioni abbondanti. Personale gentile e cordiale. Un occhio in più al servizio in quanto i calici sporchi in un ristorante così... Non vanno bene. Comunque per scusarsi, dopo averli sostituiti, I calici di vino ce li hanno offerti. Il conto ( anche se un po' alto), per la qualità del pesce, va bene.

12/05/2025: Renowned for its Catalan cuisine but compared to other restaurants of the same level it is served either only lobster or a mix of prawns and scampi with vegetables The first courses are excellent but the portion is limited due to the quantity Considering that the location is not seafront, that the quantities are not abundant, that the quality is excellent, the service is excellent, the price in my opinion is too high.

02/06/2025: We had an Athrna pizza, really very good as their focaccia served with raw ham. Excellent service too. Prices a little high but that's okay.

25/06/2025: I go in for a triangle of Margherita pizza and there is none available… in a pizza by the slice… the pizza chef doesn’t even look at me… I go out and say to my wife “how is it possible we don’t have a piece of Margherita??? A woman at the door attacks me… I assume the owner… rude and annoying…

25/06/2025: A trap for both tourists and citizens. I have lived in Lucca for twenty years and I had never been there. We decided to try it with my girlfriend and we immediately regretted it. 20 euros for three quarters of a pizza, one of Arab bread and two cokes is almost a scam, considering that any pizzeria in Lucca charges an average of 8/9 euros for a topped pizza (ENTIRE). In any pizzeria in Lucca, with the same amount, I would have taken two pizzas without problems. Aside from the price, the pizza was not good, which makes the situation worse. Go to Pizzarte or Mi Scialaiu, you spend less, you eat better, more and they also give you tables, chairs and cutlery.

To top it all off, we indulged in their cheesecake, and oh my goodness, it was unbelievably delicious, like a little slice of heaven! This pizzeria is a real gem! The pizza was divine, truly one of the best I have ever eaten. What really elevated the experience was the impeccable service: attentive and friendly without being intrusive. And the owners? They were so incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home. To top it off, we indulged in their cheesecake, and oh my, it was incredibly delicious, like a little slice of heaven!

11/06/2025: The food was ok but the service was bad, ignorant and hectic. But the worst was the bill. Making it, the waiter said to me "a glass of wine", but charged a full bottle. When I complained, he said "oh sorry, I change it to one glass", but changed it two glasses 😡 I had to complain again. And due to the fact, that beer was missing on the menue, they wanted to charge 6 Euro for 0,3 Liter. I complained here as well. Then the waiter said "ohh, I thought it was a large beer". But he served us 🙈 Then he explained, that a large beer is 6 Euro and a small beer is 5 Euro 😳 Real bad place, a rip off to tourists and a shame to Italy.

13/07/2025: I was a guest at a wedding dinner. The venue was simple but well-kept, with a beautiful garden and pool outside. Easy parking , cleanliness, and friendliness were the order of the day. I ate really well, with prompt and adequate service. I can't comment on the price since I was a guest.

01/07/2025: As a pilgrim on the Via Francigena, I spent two unforgettable days here. An incredible welcome. Because of the heat, I left Massa very early and arrived around 9 a.m. I was able to have breakfast instead of the one I didn't have on the day of departure. Afterwards, I was able to enjoy my room with a breathtaking view and the magnificent pool for two days. The breakfast buffet and the meals are excellent, and Madame takes great care of her guests. I can only recommend this place where the customer is still king.

06/05/2025: The rooms could be a bit fresher and cleaner, especially the fact that dogs are allowed in this hotel is a great pity, two of us were barking all evening!! dogs in the room below us. The food at the beach club was really bad. The air conditioning runs minimally, we also had to check the air conditioning, normally it will not run yet, but whether it does or not, it does not get really cold. The whole thing is overpriced, we won't return. Dogs in hotel rooms are really dirty and make a lot of noise! Shame, it could have been so beautiful.

24/06/2025: We ordered a series of maxi pizzas: sausage and stracchino, tuna and onion, salami, ortolana and margherita. All really delicious, soft and with a crunchy edge. But above all full, full of ingredients 😋😋😋 We will definitely order again, tuna and onion for 10!

23/05/2025: Very nice pizza, eaten on site, takeaway and home delivery. There is the possibility of consuming both inside and in a small garden outside behind the pizzeria so intimate. As for home delivery they also do it in Torre del Lago

15/05/2025: Servizio essenziale e gentile e simpatico. Mangiato bene: pici cacio e pepe, tortello del giorno, mezza porzione di zuppa che non ricordo come si chiamasse ma era molto buona ed ero già sazio dei tortelli, due tiramisù, due calici di vino, acqua due litri, caffè. Spesa €72. Soldi spesi bene.

26/01/2025: Bel ristorantino che promette ciò che mantiene. Il tagliere di formaggi e salumi poteva avere una varietà maggiore, ma la zuppa era buonissima e il secondo di manzo e polenta davvero succulento. Ottimo servizio e ambiente rilassante dominato dai sorrisi del giovane personale.
