01/03/2026: We went on a trip to Viareggio and Camaiore, where we had lunch. Clean, small, and comfortable atmosphere. The food was delicious; the pici all'ortolana were excellent. The attentive staff, congratulations.

17/02/2026: Excellent place, we had lunch after a tournament at the nearby sports hall, the lady was super kind enough to let us in even though it was closing time. Excellent products, friendly staff, fast service. I recommend it!!!

The location, overlooking a road and not particularly charming, doesn't help the atmosphere, but it's offset by other decidedly positive aspects. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and prepared with simplicity and honesty, in true osteria style: simple dishes, without any elaborate touches, yet genuine and convincing for this very reason. A cuisine that focuses on substance rather than appearance. The wine cellar is well-stocked and in keeping with the setting, while the rustic, tidy, and warm atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. The service deserves special mention: knowledgeable, attentive, and punctual, truly impeccable and capable of elevating the overall experience. The prices are fair and in line with the offerings. This restaurant is recommended for those who want to eat fresh seafood, without being pretentious but with quality and care.

06/10/2025: We had breakfast here, and everything was simply excellent! It's very easy to find a parking space, the coffee is very good, and our rolls and pastries are absolutely delicious. Everything is of very high quality, and you can tell that everything is made fresh. The family who runs the pastry shop is very nice! The atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy! We definitely recommend it!

07/05/2026: For our fifth trip to Italy my wife and I decided to begin our journey in Lucca. After a 24 hour trip we arrived at the B&B in the evening without venturing into the old town. We soaked up the Italian atmosphere in a warm breakfast bar and then went back to the suite to begin conquering our jet lag. Reenergized, we struck out into the old town in search our first “Lucca” lunch with hopeful anticipation. We were definitely not disappointed. We finally sat down at Pult, a busy little restaurant where we were greeted by our friendly waiter Federico. He was very amiable and determined to meet our every request. From bringing us a huge glass of ice to capably explaining the varied menu he went above and beyond. We eventually met Roberta and Lele who made us feel genuinely welcome as well. The food was excellent, the service was top tier and the atmosphere was everything we hoped for and more. We were treated like we were the only patrons even though the place was bustling. A great experience for our first meal in Lucca! We are definitely planning to return! We would recommend this restaurant to anyone including family!

12/04/2026: So good. Professional service, high-end room, and a service that is only a couple of steps from luxury restaurants. But most importantly? The dish variety and quality were something else. I recommend eating here not just for the experience, but the well combined flavours, wine options, and overall feel of the property. We stayed in Villa Marta for two nights and had dinner here once, and I definitely wish we could've experienced this restaurant a few more times. Congratulations to the Chef and the staff - you do an excellent job and inspire us all.

The suite was gorgeous, with an in-room hot tub that made our stay even more special. The welcome drink was also much appreciated, a detail that made us feel immediately welcomed. The welcome was perfect: the staff was kind, helpful, and attentive to the guests' needs. Another highlight was the breakfast served directly in our room, comfortable and relaxing, ideal for fully enjoying the moment. The lake view is simply stunning and contributes to a truly romantic atmosphere. The only flaw: the property appears a bit run-down and could use more attention and some renovations. Overall, it remains an excellent choice for a relaxing romantic getaway.

25/01/2026: Nice place away from the chaos, the guys are all great... I always feel great when I leave there. We always order the fried pasta (delicious) because the tomato sauce is exceptional; the pizzas are excellent, with beautiful toppings, but I tried the new sandwiches and was amazed! We had the tempura shrimp sandwich (pictured) and the tuna one, delicious, we weren't expecting them. Well done, well done, well done! P.S. The desserts are also very good and highly recommended. (P.S.: The pizzeria has moved from the restaurant, which is now located on Via Romana.)

08/04/2026: We were very pleased with the very friendly and helpful staff. Even on a day when they were supposed to be closed, we were served. There were four of us adults and a very welcome dog. Recommended for those who love Tuscan cuisine. The cuisine is vast and delicious.
