13/04/2026: Il Pinolo is a guarantee: the atmosphere is pleasant both inside and out. The crowd is of varying ages, but generally medium-large (no toddlers!). The staff is always courteous and friendly. The appetizers are excellent.

The suite was gorgeous, with an in-room hot tub that made our stay even more special. The welcome drink was also much appreciated, a detail that made us feel immediately welcomed. The welcome was perfect: the staff was kind, helpful, and attentive to the guests' needs. Another highlight was the breakfast served directly in our room, comfortable and relaxing, ideal for fully enjoying the moment. 08/04/2026: We were very pleased with the very friendly and helpful staff. Even on a day when they were supposed to be closed, we were served. There were four of us adults and a very welcome dog. Recommended for those who love Tuscan cuisine. The cuisine is vast and delicious.

25/08/2025: We stopped in Torre del Lago Puccini with our caravan and arrived at this place in the evening. We were warmly welcomed, and the playground was huge for a restaurant. Surrounded by greenery, it was truly beautiful. I had a delicious pizza, and the kids had a kids' menu. The price was super fair.

25/01/2026: Nice place away from the chaos, the guys are all great... I always feel great when I leave there. We always order the fried pasta (delicious) because the tomato sauce is exceptional; the pizzas are excellent, with beautiful toppings, but I tried the new sandwiches and was amazed! We had the tempura shrimp sandwich (pictured) and the tuna one, delicious, we weren't expecting them. Well done, well done, well done! P.S. The desserts are also very good and highly recommended. (P.S.: The pizzeria has moved from the restaurant, which is now located on Via Romana.)

19/05/2026: We walk around Lucca looking for busy restaurants which we hope is a good sign. We had a very simple but delicious meal starting with a complimentary Prosecco. I saw Pici so we had to try it. Fresh with a delicious sauce. The spinach was delicious as well. Great service with a smile.

18/05/2026: I ate there when I was at the summer camp. It was a lifesaver, the hotel food was awful, and when we went to eat there it was like a miracle. The food was delicious, especially the lemon sorbet.

Compliments to Nicolò (the chef), top notch!! Recommended! I'll definitely be back if I have the chance.
