09/11/2025: Arriving at 8:30 PM, we ordered an appetizer and two first courses. The tables next to us were being served as expected. The appetizer arrived. At 10:00 PM, having not heard anything about the first courses, I got up and went to ask about them. "Sorry, sorry, there was a mix-up," I was told. The two dishes finally arrived at 10:30 PM, quickly prepared, and it was obvious. We finished the first courses and the pizza we had requested. After 30 minutes, I got up again and asked if someone could take our order for two desserts. In the end, I got really impatient because I was scolded for getting up too many times to request non-existent service. It's Saturday and we do everything express. And this is just for my table? What does that mean? You don't go to restaurants on Saturdays and you have to ask if someone is passing by to order? It's beside the point to say we're not a 5-star restaurant. What does that mean? This is about respect. It was an evening that left me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

05/03/2026: We have been there with colleagues, and it was an amazing experience! The antipasti was great, so is risotto and tortelini! Secondi dishes were amazing as well! The only weird plate was zuppa inglese. But the service, food, and the atmosphere were definitely worthy!

06/04/2026: My husband and I stayed at this property for a romantic getaway, and overall it was a truly pleasant experience. The suite was gorgeous, with an in-room hot tub that made our stay even more special. The welcome drink was also much appreciated, a detail that made us feel immediately welcomed. The welcome was perfect: the staff was kind, helpful, and attentive to the guests' needs. Another highlight was the breakfast served directly in our room, comfortable and relaxing, ideal for fully enjoying the moment. The lake view is simply stunning and contributes to a truly romantic atmosphere. The only flaw: the property appears a bit run-down and could use more attention and some renovations. Overall, it remains an excellent choice for a relaxing romantic getaway.

22/03/2026: I just returned home after a weekend with my partner in this wonderful place. Highly recommended!!!! Fantastic atmosphere, highly trained staff. I booked over the phone, and Eleonora and Luca's kindness is indescribable. You have to try it to believe it. They are truly fantastic, guiding you with kindness and attention to your every request. Fantastic room ❤️ Breathtaking location and view, where the silence and tranquility make you forget the chaos of everyday life. Last but not least, Massimo is a person who, from the first words, makes you understand his love and passion for his work, for life, and for the world. He manages to convey this love so well to each of his guests. He speaks to you as if he's known you forever, and his masterpieces will be the most beautiful gift for the person you love... he has a wonderful empathy that transformed my evening and that of my partner into a dream. Thank you for what you've given us because I assure you that if you go there, you'll find all this "TRUE LOVE" overlooking the lake... I'll be back soon 😊 P.S. 11/01/2026: Beautiful setting on the first-floor terrace overlooking the sea, excellent and beautifully presented food, excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable waiters; although the restaurant is pricey, it's perfect for special occasions.

29/12/2025: A very welcoming place! You can also eat outside because the tables are in the sun and the weather permits. Quality food, efficient and courteous staff, and a quiet atmosphere: all strong points. Highly recommended!

25/01/2026: Nice place away from the chaos, the guys are all great... I always feel great when I leave there. We always order the fried pasta (delicious) because the tomato sauce is exceptional; the pizzas are excellent, with beautiful toppings, but I tried the new sandwiches and was amazed! We had the tempura shrimp sandwich (pictured) and the tuna one, delicious, we weren't expecting them. Well done, well done, well done! P.S. The desserts are also very good and highly recommended. (P.S.: The pizzeria has moved from the restaurant, which is now located on Via Romana.)

12/10/2025: We wanted to go out for pizza, but I don't know if it was my Napoli jersey that didn't go down well or the fact that we're French, but at 6:30 p.m. we were turned away on the pretext that it was full for that evening. We walked past it again two hours later, and there was someone sitting at a table on the terrace. ????

09/10/2025: I'd been there before for dinner with friends. The appetizer was delicious and the pizza was excellent (I ordered the Picasso pizza). I highly recommend the babà for dessert. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. We went during the week. The atmosphere was clean and very nice.

05/01/2026: Elegant hotel, helpful and friendly staff (especially Alice 🥰), adequate services, excellent breakfast and food. I would improve the spa, which is slightly too bright and not heated enough, especially the water in the large pool. Also, only 3 of the 8 hydromassage stations were working.

02/11/2025: A truly beautiful agriturismo. We stay a few days every year during Lucca Comics & Games, and it never disappoints. The staff and owner are incredibly kind and always available. The rooms are spacious and well-kept. The food is locally sourced and top-notch.
