13/04/2026: A simple trattoria with a small, regional menu. Nothing spectacular, but we were satisfied. The primi are simple pasta dishes, the secondi all feature meat. We ordered all the side dishes, which were also simple but fresh. If you're looking for a quick lunch on a budget, this is the place for you; if you're expecting fine dining, you'll be disappointed.

06/04/2026: My husband and I stayed at this property for a romantic getaway, and overall it was a truly pleasant experience. The suite was gorgeous, with an in-room hot tub that made our stay even more special. The welcome drink was also much appreciated, a detail that made us feel immediately welcomed. The welcome was perfect: the staff was kind, helpful, and attentive to the guests' needs. Another highlight was the breakfast served directly in our room, comfortable and relaxing, ideal for fully enjoying the moment. The lake view is simply stunning and contributes to a truly romantic atmosphere. The only flaw: the property appears a bit run-down and could use more attention and some renovations. Overall, it remains an excellent choice for a relaxing romantic getaway.

I booked over the phone, and Eleonora and Luca's kindness is indescribable. You have to try it to believe it. They are truly fantastic, guiding you with kindness and attention to your every request. Fantastic room ❤️ Breathtaking location and view, where the silence and tranquility make you forget the chaos of everyday life. Last but not least, Massimo is a person who, from the first words, makes you understand his love and passion for his work, for life, and for the world. He manages to convey this love so well to each of his guests. He speaks to you as if he's known you forever, and his masterpieces will be the most beautiful gift for the person you love... he has a wonderful empathy that transformed my evening and that of my partner into a dream. Thank you for what you've given us because I assure you that if you go there, you'll find all this "TRUE LOVE" overlooking the lake... I'll be back soon 😊 P.S. 15/08/2025: Today, August 15th, a group of friends and I went to eat at the old shack for the first time...the food was super excellent and plentiful, the service was almost all young, really, really good and very kind...the price and atmosphere were truly excellent...we will return and recommend it...Lorella

15/04/2026: Lunch at the restaurant on the Viareggio harbor. It's a beautiful location, but more attention needs to be paid to the quality of the ingredients. Four people in our group who ordered the spaghetti with clams felt ill. It ruined our vacation!
