What really elevated the experience was the impeccable service – attentive and friendly without being intrusive. And the owners? They were so incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. To top it all off, we indulged in their cheesecake, and oh my goodness, it was unbelievably delicious, like a little slice of heaven! This pizzeria is a real gem! 05/05/2025: Non gli daresti un centesimo da fuori. Ma il cibo è spettacolare. Insalata dell'orto freschissima, condimento eccellente, patatine fritte top, servizio veloce. Veranda esterna ottima per sedersi e gustarsi tutto in santa pace, per una pausa pranzo veloce e non impegnativa. Titolare alla mano, attento, simpatico ed entusiasta, appassionato in ciò che fa. Tutto è green e comodissimo grazie alla sensibilità del titolare. Box, posate, bicchieri, bottiglie in vetro. Posizione centro Viareggio. Prezzi onesti. Ottimo, se passo ancora ci torno sicuro.

Hemos estado en Lucca muchas veces y esto es justo ahí arriba con o si no la mejor comida que hemos comido , sorprendidos de ver solo un par de mesas tomadas en este jueves lluvioso . Tiene un buen precio y una gran energía y vibra. Me encantó

01/07/2025: I do not recommend this place to anyone who has commitments or requires a minimum level of professionalism. The pizzas were decent, but the service was terrible: disorganized, rude, lacking customer attention. We had booked 10 pizzas, well in advance and arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time, but they hadn't even started preparing the pizzas. The real problem, however, was that we had to wait another 45 minutes before receiving them. Only after pointing it out over and over again, did they decide to prepare them, all in less than 5 minutes, a sign that they could have easily done it before. Another unpleasant episode occurred during payment: for two pizzas of €10 and €9.50, they charged me €21. After pointing out the error, instead of giving me €1.50 back, they only gave me €1 back, completely ignoring the missing 50 cents. A miscalculation should not be the customer’s fault, nor should the cashier be the one to decide what to “leave”. The order management was equally chaotic: we were told to “talk to the son” of the cashier, without any indication of who he was. When a pizza chef finally took charge of the order, he asked one of us to read him the order pizza by pizza while he prepared them. Once we left, we discovered that one pizza was also wrong and we had to go back in to have it fixed. We also found a particularly rude waitress who repeatedly scolded us in an unpleasant tone because, according to her, we were “in the middle” of the passage. The space was limited, there were other customers waiting, and even if we got as close as possible to the wall, it still wasn’t good. In the end, no one deigned to apologize for the delay, nor to offer us a courtesy gesture to recover the situation. There was no desire to make amends or to acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Sorry to say, but I won't be back. A pizzeria should only accept reservations that it can handle, not go beyond just to earn more, at the expense of service.
