02/11/2024: Siamo stati in questa gelateria con un gruppo di amici, tutti siciliani e, per noi, il gelato al pistacchio è quasi sacro! Ammettiamo che eravamo un po’ scettici, ma dopo il primo assaggio siamo rimasti davvero impressionati: la qualità del pistacchio era eccezionale, con un sapore intenso e autentico che ci ha sorpreso. Possiamo dire senza esitazione che questo gelato al pistacchio è migliore di quello di molte gelaterie della Sicilia! Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un gusto autentico e inconfondibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

24/09/2024: Solo un lanzamiento de piedras desde Amfiteatro, pero un hallazgo brillante. Mucho más auténtico helado que muchos de los otros lugares que vimos. Me encantó.

08/03/2025: The place is small and very well looked after, even the search for dishes is not trivial. The hamburger meat was cooked well (rare) and this shows the quality of the product, the tartare was also very good. The only flaw was the service, I had asked to bring the tartare first as a starter but it was all brought together with the sandwiches. For the rest, the place is recommended even if the prices are a little high for being in Lucca.

18/02/2025: I placed an order on Deliveroo, very fast and the burger with falafel was spectacular. Really delicious, the fried onions Madonna a delight. I was really impressed. Compliments

The reviews say it already, but the quality of the fresh fish is sublime! Excellent wine list! The price is in line with what is offered! We will definitely be back!

06/04/2025: We went to Gatto Nero for a birthday lunch, it was really delicious! The tordelli of the excellent cook Margherita are highly recommended! Even our 2 year old daughter really enjoyed lunch and felt welcome!

10/03/2025: We had breakfast several times in the hotel and on the roof terrace with this unique, fabulous view. The staff is incredibly friendly and personable. The atmosphere at this hotel is very good. The food selection is varied and good.

05/04/2025: I have been several times and tried different products. The sweet breakfasts were very good and with a wide variety of choices. The puff pastries are well made, as one would expect. Breakfast service is quick, very good cappuccinos and coffees. There isn't much space for eating on site but it's comfortable. The only flaw, also due to the indifference of the customers, is that of finding the tables with the finished drinks of those who were seated at the table before you. It would be enough to be a little collaborative and bring cups and saucers to the counter without expecting the girls to come every 5 minutes to clean the tables. Among the bread products, the pizzas and focaccias are very good, and the farfalle are a delicacy not to be missed!

12/03/2025: Today I celebrated my daughter's second birthday. The first year reserved room, kind and polite staff, this year I was very disappointed I paid €320 for a reserved room but according to the staff there were games inside the room for everyone, the result was 4 year old children with 12 year old children, WE ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT KINDERGARTEN CHILDREN BUT CHILDREN 10 YEARS AND OVER. It's not about exclusion but it's about the fact that if a room is reserved, what's inside the room is also reserved. Otherwise a person has a nice pizza ride and saves money and the games are for everyone. Let's not spread the message of exclusion, it's not right that 4-year-olds are stigmatized by 10-year-olds and we mothers have to stand there and watch other people's children. ... little food for the price and few drinks. Not considering that they didn't even want balloons because the plaster was deteriorating in a room where birthdays are organised. Give yourself to something else I won't celebrate there anymore.
