You set up your own table with everything you need, self-service. 😃Azia pizza is then served at your table. Excellent cecina and focaccia. Simple, welcoming, clean atmosphere. 18/10/2025: It was so busy we had to sit upstairs; tried the soup which was delicious - will be back for breakfast tomorrow as the pastries, fruit (figs, apricots, dates etc) looked so inviting - yum

07/10/2025: I've tried it several times for lunch and it's always been a pleasant experience, a simple choice for an unusual lunch. I've tried the spaghetti with clams several times and it's always excellent. The restaurant's strong point is definitely the extensive wine list at very reasonable prices. The service is friendly and attentive.

03/05/2026: I've been to this welcoming place several times, the staff are friendly and professional, the smell is good, but this time I was oriented towards the dishes... Appetizer already taken in the past: raw panzarotti and stracchino cheese, delicious, and with those alone you could leave feeling full, and tagliatelle with mushrooms... They could have been good, but... In the meantime, perhaps badly cut or lasagnette, but not tagliatelle (out of habit I was already ready to ask for the spoon, but in this dish it certainly wasn't necessary), but then spicy, and I can't stand spicy food and it wasn't highlighted on the menu... I ate them out of politeness because, as I wrote before, after the panzarotti you're already full..... I'm a severe allergy sufferer... I never order fish in restaurants because they always add a little pepper.... Not the pasta with mushrooms.... Anyway, I recommend it if you pass by these parts.... Nagari, you like a little spicy food

26/04/2026: Rather than having a star rating, it should be protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The food was excellent, the restaurant was very elegant and well-kept, the service staff were extremely efficient, and the price/portion ratio was excellent, which is not to be underestimated these days. Always recommend generous portions, I'll keep an eye on you ;-) Thank you, and keep up the good work.

The atmosphere is great, the server was incredibly friendly, and even though we didn't speak Italian and he didn't speak English, it worked out perfectly 😁. Excellent wine selection and delicious seafood. It's well worth the drive, even from a distance. Absolutely top-notch, keep it up! 👍

17/06/2026: The ambiance was absolutely amazing! For us, as One Piece and anime fans, it was simply fantastic!!! Subtle touches of anime and One Piece, not too much, and really great 😍 The house wine was superb. I don't usually drink red wine, but this one was truly top-notch!!! The food was simply amazing, kudos to the chef. For us, it's the best restaurant in Italy 😍 The service was outstanding, very attentive, and incredibly friendly. I'm telling you, from the appetizer to the main course to the dessert, everything was perfect 😍 The prawns, tuna, and everything else were cooked to perfection. The tiramisu was divine, as was the panne cotta 😍😍 We will definitely be coming back again on this vacation 😍😍😍

07/05/2026: We had lunch after visiting the Calomini Hermitage. Dishes were prepared with farm produce. The food was generous enough to satisfy at least two people. Everything was delicious at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

19/05/2026: An inn with numerous rooms, you could easily get lost in it, then the magic: excellent, plentiful, and delicious dishes, carefully explained. It was a continuous crescendo from appetizers to first courses, main courses, a tender and flavorful slice of steak, and finally, exceptional desserts. When I saw the bill, I felt positively faint. I realized that Florence, where I live, is a super expensive city. There are also places like this where the prices are fair, the atmosphere healthy and cheerful, and I'll return as soon as possible. 27/04/2026: As long as I can remember, I've eaten here from time to time, even when Il Cantuccio was in another location. I've always had a great time, even yesterday, when I was having my first "official" outing with the baby... so I was a little nervous. We were supported in every way, and in the end, everything calmed down. The baby was happy with the food, as was the whole table. Il Cantuccio is like family. I can't recommend it highly enough.
