La qualità delle materie prime si sente, ma da rivedere il servizio di alcuni camerieri molto distratti ed un conto molto salato. 26/04/2025: Really horrible restaurant. Tables dirty, everything to sit on has potholes which causes the chair to constantly tip over. The highlight was when we only wanted to drink 2 Aperol, the waitress brought 4 small slices of bread with tomatoes. When we paid, we saw that we had been charged for this, which was an absolute disgrace. When we didn't give a tip, we were treated like scum. I don't even come here for a drink anymore...

10/03/2025: Last night 4 of us had dinner in this place. I'll start by saying that I don't like to be negative in reviews but unfortunately I have to say that what we ate was very questionable. First of all Spaghetti with seafood, very salty and very soupy, using non-quality products. The main course is Cacciucco without bones, presented without the typical slices of bread on the bottom (this was already indicative), a very soupy dish, almost like a soup and very salty too. There were 2 octopus tentacles and some decidedly unpresentable mussels like cacciucco unfortunately. Same opinion for the other members of the table. Good desserts and a good meat tartare. The service needs to be reviewed (they brought us the wine practically at the end of the first course). Price quite in line if the dishes had been good. Nice clean and spacious room. Maybe we will return but definitely not to taste the meat or the fish. I hope this review is constructive for the place to improve in the future.

27/11/2024: We ate very well! Excellent starter and excellent meat. Parking is located in the paid area easily. The place is very clean and the service is quite fast. Ps.: the place was full! Absolutely recommended if you want to eat excellent meat.

12/09/2024: Se ami la frittura di pesce ed apprezzi gli antipasti di mare, hai trovato il luogo ideale per soddisfare il tuo appetito. Per chi preferisce i primi, ottimi gli spaghetti alle vongole, curati sia nella cottura che nella presentazione, ritorneremo sicuramente.

24/04/2025: Servizio di sala impeccabile! Notevole sperienza gustativa e visiva, abbiamo apprezzato tutto, anche l'abbinamento con un ottimo vino elbano che non conoscevamo. Squisito il polpo adagiato sul millefoglie di patata e il totaki di tonno. Serata particolare!

22/04/2025: Porto azzurro ed in genere offrono una grande gamma di locali dove mangiare pesce molluschi e crostacei alla maniera tradizionale dell’ isola con sapori tipici del luogo. Non mancano anche le trattorie che servono piatti poveri dei minatori e dei contadini di una volta. Ma sono pochissimi i locali che offrono una cucina di alto livello, elaborata ed innovativa con la possibilità di un menù ricco di crudite, di primi e secondi curatissimi nella presentazione e nel mix di gusti che esplodono in bocca, pesce freschissimo e lavorazione efficace della materia prima. Uno di questi è la Botte Gaia, situato in una ex chiesetta sconsacrata, con pochi coperti (indispensabile prenotare) ed uno staff estremamente competente e prodigo di spiegazioni. I dessert fatti in casa sono originali e creativi. Grande carta dei vini con gemme locali e dei distillati, compreso un whisky ottenuto da luppolo locale. Esperienza fra le migliori in assoluto.

27/03/2025: I went to dinner.....the owners cooked and smoked...the refrigerated counter takes a few years to clean. Sky high prices in a dirty environment. I still haven't figured out why no one checks. It's just a disgrace.

20/02/2025: Real trattoria, authentic, friendly place, good quality of food, you eat well without too many formalities, those who frequent this restaurant know that even if you don't know each other you immediately make friends.

14/05/2025: We were a large group, and unfortunately, I never received my original order and had to place a new one. I ordered a spicy salami pizza, but it wasn’t spicy at all—in fact, it was bland and tasted like raw dough. Honestly, it might be the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

12/05/2025: Restaurant facing the blue port, fast and friendly service. The very nice and helpful owner was with us during and after dinner to chat about the good life of this island and offered us a delicious local amaro... average food and bill, good pizza and good fish. We will return on another trip. Thanks for the thousand tips...those from Brianza table from 11 am to 9.00 but they arrived early!🤣🤪

31/05/2025: Este es un pequeño bar muy agradable en una de las calles laterales de la ciudad. Es como una pequeña terraza exterior y un bonito interior. Buena elección de cerveza y vinos a precios muy razonables.
