10/08/2025: Neat and clean, but somewhat dated apartments. The pool is surprisingly good (and large) and also has a children's pool. The reception is extremely friendly. From the park, you can easily make day trips to San Vincenzo, Piombino (for Elba), Suvereto, Bolgheri, and more, and the coast and beach are just 20 minutes away.

10/08/2025: Excellent location, green area with plenty of space. Very nice common areas, especially the huge pool and the loungers in the adjacent garden. Ample parking is available, although I would have added more plants. The staff is courteous and ready to respond during the day to simple reports via WhatsApp. Apartments with ample space, except for the kitchenette. Dated structure in need of maintenance, including exterior and interior painting, although some buildings have been done, repairs to toilet drains and outdoor fountain pipes. Poor soundproofing between apartments. I was in a very remote apartment, so the WiFi, which is only available in the common areas, was non-existent. This was a major problem because the cell phone signal is almost completely absent, making us unreachable at night. I truly don't understand why this problem couldn't be resolved given the lack of signal. The kitchenette was uncomfortable, small, dark, with old stovetops and very few accessories. The sofa bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The massive infestation of mosquitoes was resolved by stopping by the nearby Conad supermarket, which was fortunately still open, and purchasing indoor and outdoor mosquito repellent. In a place like this, I expect pest control to be provided, or for the front desk to be able to provide remedies directly. The interior walls are full of squashed mosquitoes.

20/06/2025: A beautifully landscaped facility, but you shouldn't expect too much from the animals.

13/06/2025: One star because you can't get any less... The park of horrors... poor animals... the ones that survive! When I visited with my 3-year-old daughter there was a DEAD Patagonian hare in the enclosure along with the others under a scorching sun in the middle of July... I warned a zoo worker who didn't even speak Italian. Not at all cared for, dolls that seem to have come out of horror movies placed there randomly to fill empty spaces, and an unbreathable smell. I strongly advise against it

07/04/2025: Ottimo. Il locale è piccolo, molto intimo, grazioso, accogliente. Il personale è molto gentile e presente, senza inutili assilli. Abbiamo assaggiato poche cose (perché purtroppo non avevamo molta fame, per il tipo di giornata da noi trascorsa), ma abbiamo potuto comunque verificare come la cucina sia molto accurata e si basi su materie prime di ottima qualità. Assaggiato un piatto di pesce, freschissimo, i carciofi fritti (perfetti). Uno di noi ha preso una pizza : davvero molto buona. Torneremo sicuramente dotati di più appetito.

22/05/2025: Osteria alla buona located in a neighborhood near the center of Livorno, ate gnocchi sea bream and octopus salad, excellent! we are quality what flavor what portion, slice of sweet delight! Never seen a larger portion! water wine coffee 26 euros .... very honest price ...

Il luogo è curato nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e circondato da vigneti e uliveti che rendono il panorama semplicemente incantevole. Un plauso speciale allo Chef Matteo, che ha saputo trasformare ogni pasto in un vero viaggio nei sapori. La sua cucina è genuina, creativa e profondamente legata alla tradizione toscana, Ogni piatto racconta una storia, preparato con ingredienti freschi e spesso di produzione propria, tutto impeccabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca relax, buona cucina e un'ospitalità autentica.

12/07/2025: Bella location, immersa nella natura. Cibo nella media, ci saremmo aspettati di più da un agriturismo che offre i propri prodotti. Niente che non avremmo potuto trovare altrove. Abbiamo preso una tartare di manzo, buona. Verdure dell’orto, purtroppo deludenti. Fiorentina nella media. Prezzo corretto. Servizio…magari era una serata storta.

18/08/2025: Excellent place, and very kind and welcoming staff, which unfortunately isn't a given. Delicious food, I recommend the fried calamari and shrimp and the cacciucco. Highly recommended. Well done 👏 Thank you for making our August holiday divine.

17/08/2025: We had a great time. The cacciucco was excellent! I recommend the skate strips, delicate and very good. The service was professional and attentive. We had two children, and the waitress brought us markers to color. We were also concerned about some old reviews that complained about staff issues with small children. We had a baby who cried for a long time, but no one complained. The prices were fair. We will definitely be back.

03/08/2025: Great place in weekend when they offer fish. In the weekdays was only spaghetti. Good taste, perfect view, nice staff. Short time to wait for food. Open only 12.30-14.30

29/07/2025: Located right on the beach, this restaurant is Italian par excellence, with plastic furniture and a simple menu. Excellent value; the mussels are superb, as are the other dishes. Flavor is key. The house wine, unfortunately, is a bit lacking.

17/08/2025: Disgusting food, to say the least. A four-cheese pizza with mozzarella, cream, and parmesan. Disgusting. The service needs a complete overhaul; the dishes were very confusing.

26/06/2025: Take it easy and local. Pinsa and Panini in various variations. Service is fast and friendly (they speak English too). WC clean. A perfect place to hang out without burning loads of money. Well done team!
