26/07/2024: Siamo stati diverse volte a El Pinpa per l’aperitivo. Per noi il migliore del luogo, ci siamo trovati benissimo per la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale e la celerità nel servizio. Cocktails veramente ottimi e fatti bene dal barman sempre pronto a dare consigli e inidirizzare le scelte nel modo migliore. Ci siamo anche fermati una sera a cena (consigliamo di farlo il lunedì per poter ascoltare dal vivo dell’ottima musica suonata da IL TRIO DELLE MERAVIGLIE). Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene degustando i piatti del giorno. Ottimi anche gli Hamburgher e i fritti, sempre disponibili. La cuoca (mi scuso perché non ricordo il nome) merita una citazione per i buonissimi piatti che propone. Per concludere una bella scoperta, esperienza che consigliamo vivamente.

22/06/2024: Raw pizza with rocket and parmesan was hard, overcooked, not enough parmesan cheese! We had to wait 25 minutes for 2 pizzas. This pizzeria for the last time. 😒

31/05/2024: Good food, super friendly staff and moderate prices. If you pass through Livorno and want to eat not in touristy places without personality, this is the right place. We will definitely be back.

08/08/2024: We visited this restaurant with high expectations, because - unique location, dress code, tables covered with linen, etc. However, the reception was already unpleasant, the waiter arrogantly scanned our clothes. And that is very different from discreetly checking to see if someone walks in wearing swimwear. Anyway, we were neatly dressed (although with wet hair). As a tourist, I tried to have a friendly chat with the waiter, but this was impossible. He was arrogant and grumpy and didn't waste a word with us. Bizarre. The famous 'catch of the day' turned out to be the biggest pig in a poke because this delicacy sold per kilo. Ultimately opted for 'tapas', 22 euros - this was a small bite of fish (mackerel?) with sliced ​​tomato and 'shrimp carpaccio' - a very small amount of shrimp with little taste - cost around 25 euros. We were not asked if we enjoyed it. We pinned our hopes on the main course (the waiter was beyond saving and I hope he will one day do a job he likes). We both ordered octopus as a main course (30 euros per dish) - unfortunately. Octopus may be meaty and have a bite, but it was tough and overpriced, just like the starters. It was a pathetic pile of polpa with burnt tentacles topped with a few potato wedges. The waiter took it out without asking how it had tasted, even with the starter, and that irritated me immensely. In short, I gave friendly feedback at checkout and even though 10 euros was deducted, we still paid way too much for this 'gastronomy', especially the total lack of hospitality was shocking. Sanitary facilities not clean - if you act pretentious, make sure you have a neat toilet area. Positive and good price-quality ratio: delicious espresso for 3 euros, served by a grumpy waiter, but in a unique location, which means that the coffee gets a passing grade. But that's all. What you can do: bring swimwear and towels and go swimming in this unique bay where you can take beautiful photos and have a wonderful swim! Bring water shoes because of stones!

05/08/2024: We had dinner at the Le Viste Restaurant and were absolutely not disappointed. The location of the restaurant is priceless and the food is no different. We ordered two appetizers, two second courses, a dessert, two glasses of wine and spent €73 each. A little higher than the local average but absolutely worth it for a dinner. Be careful to carefully look at the instructions on their website to reach the restaurant by car :)

08/07/2024: Abbiamo scelto questa location per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio Esperienza meravigliosa che ricorderemo , grazie all' atmosfera magica che si respira, immersi nel verde della pineta e alla cura e attenzione che il personale ci ha dedicato. I piatti e il vino proposto hanno fatto da cornice. Top!

27/04/2024: Locale davvero molto curato e personale gentile. Qualità del cibo ottima (frittura squisita per non parlare del tortino alla ricotta con fragole), con un prezzo assolutamente onesto. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolar modo alcune piccole attenzioni di quella che sembra essere la proprietaria. Lo consigliamo vivamente e speriamo di tornarci presto.

27/07/2024: Posto del cuore. Da tre anni anni, da quando ci siamo capitati per la prima volta, torniamo a Suvereto apposta per venire a Le Carceri. Selezione di affettati, selezione di formaggi e primi di una qualitá rara. Il proprietario ricerca i migliori prodotti dai produttori locali, li chiama per nome, e si sente ad ogni morso. La cura di Andrea e di tutto lo staff nel servire, consigliare e guidare nella degustazione vale il viaggio. Ogni volta è come tornare a casa. Vini di livello eccellente. Ci torneremo ancora, e ancora.

21/07/2024: Tagliare misto di salumi e formaggio buono, ribollita buona ma un pochino aaciutta, ravioli al ragù molto buoni. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

26/08/2024: Sono un cliente storico della Station e mi considero fortunato per il privilegio di poter frequentare un luogo perfetto. E questo, dato il cambio di gestione dello scorso anno, non era affatto scontato. L'ambiente ho conservato intatto il suo fascino e la sua magica atmosfera, la cucina è addirittura migliorata. Non ci sono pesci surgelati, il pesce freschissimo, sempre presente in qualsiasi dimensione e per qualsivoglia numero di commensali, è un fatto unico a Castiglioncello e raro Altrove. Cortesia ed attenzione fanno il resto. Bravo David!! Continua così.

21/05/2024: I had ordered a seafood sandwich with grilled prawns, potato chips and other ingredients. Cold sandwich, not even warmed up, the prawns weren't there and without telling me or asking me they put cold prawns, the potato chips were cold french fries.... I also took a portion of french fries….more oil than anything else! Nice ideas, too bad everything else is missing!

27/08/2024: Four of us (with 8 and 4 year old sons) were there about 7 years ago. A disaster, this park. The animals weren't doing well. I get the impression from some reviews that nothing has changed in this park. Please do not take a trip to the park. You will always remember it with sadness. Kind regards, C.K.
