23/03/2025: A journey into flavour, a superb culinary experience. I was delighted by the chef's dishes which I consider to be works of art, the setting is small but very refined, the atmosphere is relaxing, the hostess is delightful and knows how to put diners at ease. The final highlight of the tasting menu were mini desserts including one with geranium... a true explosion of flavour. Recommended!

11/03/2025: Two menus, one from land and one from sea, for 75 euros. I opted for the ground one: spectacular foie gras, worthy of applause, tortelli filled with opulent stew, soft and particularly tasty patanegra feather. The kitchen produces well-balanced dishes with intense but never heavy flavours. The different types of homemade bread are so delicious, you could eat them by the kilo. Chocolate cake with lemon heart accompanied by very interesting panettone ice cream. Non-trivial wine list, which highlights various producers not known to most. Friendly service. In short, a visit that will not leave you disappointed.

11/04/2025: Senza dubbio questo rientra nella top three dei nostri pranzi. Menù degustazione con vino abbinato, cibo spettacolare di alto livello, per non parlare dei vini; abbiamo assaggiato “Le Difese 2023”, “Guidalberto 2023” e il giovanissimo “Sassicaia 2022”. Esperienza fantastica, personale gentile, preparato e molto professionale nella descrizione del piatto e del vino da abbinare. Consiglio questa esperienza a tutti coloro capaci di emozionarsi davanti al buon cibo e al buon vino. Grazie!!!

25/05/2025: Amazing campsite! I can't wait to go back, a beautiful tranquility and view, for the first time in my life I saw fireflies. I stayed on a pitch with a tent and I found everything very comfortable and easy. The campsite is very close to the city of Livorno and also has many nearby treks for enthusiasts. Highly recommended!

24/05/2025: Locale accogliente, servizio efficiente, menù non vasto ma piatti ottimi e abbondanti. Conto decisamente in linea con la qualità. Consigliato per chi apprezza il rapporto qualità prezzo.

27/05/2025: We had a great experience here three years ago, and I have to say, everything is still perfect! The tagliata is a dream, and the bruschetta is divine. And even though we didn't order wine, coffee, or "daggers," the staff was very friendly and attentive. Even our request to have the leftover tagliata packed up was easily fulfilled. In our opinion, Christian's is an osteria as it should be. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

24/05/2025: Not a positive experience, cooking without attention to the basics (excessive salt and quality of frying oil) and finally big problems digesting everything during the night. I'm sorry, it was a place where I had found myself well a few years ago, perhaps management has changed.

30/05/2025: Locale davvero carino e personale gentilissimo! Viviamo all'elba da due anni e ci andiamo ogni tanto, si sta davvero bene! Hanno anche opzioni senza glutine, primi piatti compresi! Ringrazio particolarmente il proprietario che l'ultima volta ha accontentato le mie voglie da donna incinta con un fuori menù! Mi ha salvato la serata!

27/05/2025: It was a lovely place with lovely stuff! So friendly and nice! They gave us very good recommendations on what to eat! They had a nice kitty and dog Zara, that we loved!

10/05/2025: Hidden among the nature of Montenero, L'Ingrediente Perduto is much more than a home restaurant: it is an experience. The appetizer with homemade Schiacciata and cold cuts are spectacular. The ravioli were good (but perhaps the weakest dish on the menu) and then the grill with really good potatoes. Normally sweet. But the real protagonist of everything is the homemade bread. If you don't go you'll never know how good it is. Top service, and wonderful location. Definitely worth the trip.

14/05/2025: At Massimo's winery you can eat and drink really high quality food, the place is quiet and relaxing, the quality is excellent and the prices are fair, or rather, if we want, more on the low side for what they offer in my opinion, I have eaten much worse around spending much more So for me top! Thank you very much

28/09/2024: The hotel is welcoming and quiet. Our room did not have a sea view even though it was very close, but with the weather and wind it was better that way.  The rooms and services are large, clean and tidy. Even in the breakfast buffet everything was very good and you could feel the care of the family management. The owner and staff are discreet and very kind. We recommend it and will happily return.

25/04/2025: Today a day at the spa, at Calidario di Venturina, everything was beautiful and relaxing, the staff were very kind. Finally, the AQVOLINA restaurant is located inside the spa, a really well-kept, elegant location and excellent dishes, professional and kind staff..... to be done again, thank you for the day

27/03/2025: Abbiamo mangiato bene sia a pranzo che a cena, piatti buoni e molto curati con scelta carne, vegetariana e pesce. Personale veramente gentile e molto disponibile. Siamo stati serviti dal cameriere Ramy ,gentilissimo. Locale molto pulito e curato.
