29/07/2025: Excellent experience with the "all you can eat" option, where we chose the fixed grill menu for €28 per person (unfortunately, the roast potatoes didn't arrive, but that didn't matter because we each had two rounds of grilled meat). The appetizers and meat were truly excellent. Clean and tidy atmosphere. The staff and owner were very kind and welcoming. Well done!!

12/07/2025: A beautiful hotel in a unique botanical garden, just steps from the sea in Sant'Andrea on the island of Elba. The breakfast is truly excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, and the service is warm and friendly. On Wednesday mornings, there's a delightful yoga class offered, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

22/06/2025: Excellent location to visit the other villages and it is 200 meters from the sea, excellent breakfast, well-kept and cared for place, we were welcomed by the owner even if it was late at night, if you like tranquility and greenery the Cernia hotel is the right place. 18/05/2025: Bellissima sorpresa trovare del personale estremamente empatico, ormai quasi una rarità, cucina di ottimo livello con cibi, in gran parte, autoprodotti. Un oasi di serenità e qualità. Da vecchio sommelier, apprezzato molto il vino, autoprodotto, con Vitigni Cabernet e Cannaiolo, ben vinificato con un buona sapidità e corpo decisamente robusto. Esperienza molto positiva, consigliabilissimo.

18/04/2025: Having passed by chance in the area today, I noticed this pastry shop! (They have been open since 2017, think about it 😂 ) The very kind lady at the counter welcomes us with a beautiful smile; I take a classic pasticciotto and another sweet piece with cherries which, unfortunately, I don't remember the name of! What can I say, excellent and truly good products! I give the pasticciotto a 4.5/5 because in the half I shared I only found one cherry (the other person got two 😂 ). I give the other sweet piece a 4/5: soft dough, very good, good filling but, to my personal taste, a mix of flavors that I'm probably not very used to. The high quality of the product itself undoubtedly remains. I'll be back soon, maybe in the morning to discover more of their delights!

29/07/2025: Terrible experience: raw, almost liquid dough and nonexistent schiacciata. It feels like they ran out of schiacciata and handed us half the leftovers. I'll leave aside the customer service approach, which was truly inappropriate. It can happen, but they wanted to charge us for things we didn't even understand. Not recommended.

18/08/2025: An experience to forget! Total incompetence and disrespect for the customer. We arrived and already noticed people complaining about delays with their orders. We waited over an hour ourselves and received neither bread, wine, nor appetizers. Each time, we were told that everything was on its way. The place was half-empty and customers looked lost. The staff couldn't tell if they were there by chance. The girl who was supposed to look after us literally disappeared from sight, never to be seen again. The nervousness among the managers and waiters was very evident. It felt like an episode of RESTAURANT NIGHTMARE! I expected Cannavacciuolo to walk out at any moment... Not to mention the food: Maremma crostini finished, wild boar stew finished, wild boar sauce finished... People left their tables... outside, we heard from guys who had just dined there and were shocked at how bad the evening had gone. Everyone has a bad day, but have the seriousness to tell the customer there are problems; don't fool people by pretending everything is fine and making a fool of yourself. See you never again.

18/08/2025: We came in 5 for dinner, the restaurant is highly recommended for the food, fair price, and very friendly and polite service, especially Vincenzo who got me and my brother to play a game of table football. I also greet the chef Emanuele, congratulations!

29/06/2025: Nice place in the big square. Restaurant found on Maps. I wanted to try the pasta tour, but I was alone. I had linguine shrimp and zucchini. Very good and al dente. Friendly staff. Great place, I had lunch outside. Highly recommended. Very good price.

29/06/2025: Highly recommended place. Very good is an understatement. Very friendly staff. We took the pasta tour all gluten free, it is the best, abundant quantities, after the 4 first courses you leave stuffed.

22/06/2025: The hotel's location is beautiful, right on the sea. The private beach was great (not suitable for non-swimmers, as there's a ladder leading straight into the water). The bay is also used by locals. The double room was clean and had a beautiful sea view, but it was very small and cramped. The hotel has charm but is noticeably dated in some places (e.g., mirrors, fixtures, drains, tiles on the balcony). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We booked half board and the dinner was delicious. Unfortunately, the beautiful outdoor terrace was not available to hotel guests; it was reserved exclusively for restaurant guests. However, breakfast was very, very monotonous. On 10 days there was one type of semi-hard cheese and two types of sausage. We sorely missed some cream cheese, tomatoes, olives, grapes, and melon. There was a bowl with a few apples in it, and if you were lucky you could also get an orange. All drinks at dinner, including water, had to be paid for. At breakfast, there was only one hot drink, and each additional one had to be paid for.

24/07/2025: This property, nestled in an olive grove overlooking the sea, is a magical place. I stayed two nights in a very spacious suite furnished in typical Tuscan style, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and there were two comfortable and relaxing pools. Natalia at the front desk was truly kind and gracious, welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended!

30/07/2025: De plek, het uitzicht en het eten is geweldig! Het personeel is erg beleeft. Ik was jarig die dag en kreeg onverwachts een toetje met een verjaardagslied, zonder dat we daarom hadden gevraagd! Zo lief!! Ik raad u de tent echt aan, het is genieten daar! De pizza's waren ook overheerlijk en er was super veel keuze

28/07/2025: Ieder jaar bezoeken we deze gezellige pizzeria. Een heus familiebedrijf waar men met hart en ziel heerlijke pizza’s maakt. Het is een kleine zaak en je kunt hier niet reserveren. Maar wie geduld heeft en gewoon geniet van de gezellige sfeer en muziek zal beloond worden met heerlijke pizza’s en cocktails. Mijn lievelings is de pizza met friarielli en salsiccia. En om het feest af te maken als dessert een heerlijke baba al rum. Geregeld is er live muziek. Mistral is de parel op Cavo.

The tart and the fratini are truly exquisite but also the aubergines parmigiana, the fried gnocco, the scaloppine.... Compliments to the chef and everyone!
