In Livorno for a conference, I opted for this family-run restaurant, also due to its proximity to the hotel. Very friendly and courteous staff, fast service. The first evening I had a seafood appetizer (more than decent and abundant, 7 mini portions), spaghetti at the friends' tavern (very good), beer, dessert (excellent) and digestive. The second evening I chose the seafood and San Pietro fish ravioli, both really good, plus the usual dessert and digestive. Very reasonable price, also considering the fish-based dinner: 25-30 euros both evenings. The only flaw is the small size of the place (which however makes table service quick... everything has a pro and a con), so it is advisable to book a table. In conclusion, fully satisfied: should I pass through Livorno again, I will certainly return.

Menu da 20 euro Molto soddisfatta Personale gentile e veloce Grazie

Ho "ripiegato" su questo locale (in cui non ero mai stato prima) perché altri posti che conoscevo in zona erano chiusi a pranzo. Discreti sia l' antipasto di mare (6/7 mini portate) che gli gnocchetti (anche se un po' troppo cotti). Scelta dei piatti non molto ampia,servizio piuttosto lento (anche se devo dire che il locale era pieno sia dentro che fuori),personale cortese e prezzi giusti.

Una antica trattoria caratteristica Livornese o come tante in Toscana. Ottimo cibo, ben cucinato e piatti caratteristici, sia di mare che di terra. Un ristorante da non perdere.

Sehr gutes Essen für wenig Geld

A Livorno pranzare senza prenotazione il 31 dicembre è un'impresa fra locali chiusi e già pieni. Siamo riusciti a trovare un tavolo per 7 solo in questa graziosa osteria grazie alla gentilezza del proprietario. Gentilezza e cordialità che abbiamo ritrovato una volta arrivati al locale, abbiamo mangiato bene, cibo di qualità servito in tempi brevi. Locale piccolo all'interno ma che poi raddoppia i posti a sedere in estate grazie al giardino nel retro. Ci torneremo!
