Even though we were late and everything was improvised, we were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Cascia, who immediately knew how to make us feel at home. The first courses with Cinta Senese ragù were simply delicious, a true explosion of flavors, perfectly paired with a glass of Chianti superiore red wine that enhanced every bite. And finally, the homemade desserts were the icing on the cake of an already perfect lunch. The panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view that makes this place even more magical, and the availability of the terrace for us, despite our delay, was truly appreciated. I highly recommend La Terrazza degli Etruschi for its kindness, hospitality and, above all, for the excellent food. An experience not to be missed! Thank you so much for making my birthday so special!

23/06/2025: Great restaurant to sit in the beautiful alley. 👍🏻 Regarding the food, I have to say that, firstly, it was very manageable, and after almost two weeks in Italy, the pasta was the least tasty for us... The octopus on potato was on mash that really tasted like nothing. The service was great, but that didn't help with hunger. 😀 Unfortunately, we wouldn't eat here again.

01/06/2025: I went to this restaurant for the first time with friends, what can I say delicious food, from appetizer to dessert all typical Sardinian. Excellent research of raw materials and combinations of ingredients. The owner is very nice, kind and helpful. I will definitely go back to try the other dishes on the menu. Congratulations again ten out of ten!

06/04/2025: I honestly wouldn't recommend it, the place looks good but they are slow and sloppy. I asked the waitress if there was pepper or chilli in the Sardinian fregola and she replied no, instead it was a bit spicy and I had to make my husband eat it. Between the first and second we waited 45 minutes. Maybe we hit the wrong day.

06/10/2024: Tastes great! Better than any Mexican in our home! The nacho plate alone is worth 5 stars. The tacos al pastor were very tasty, but I found the portion to be tiny. I regretted the 16 euros for it.

28/09/2024: Excellent food, friendly staff, and excellent choice on the menu. Inside the environment is very characteristic, note the discordant drinks cartons inserted in every hole of the place, especially the bottles of sangria (among other things, in a Mexican/Spanish restaurant the sangria should be prepared on site and not purchased at the supermarket). We have been there a couple of times with our family as the value for money is excellent and as already mentioned the atmosphere. I recommend Puerto Escondido especially to those who, like us, love an alternative to classic Italian dishes. For being in the center of Castiglione they also have honest prices. I especially recommend the DULCE DE LECHE, a delicacy.

Servizio impeccabile,accogliente e attento, il cibo era divino, pesce freschissimo e i primi piatti spettacolari. Per non parlare dell'aperitivo preso di fronte al tramonto. Location bellissima. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante!!Bravi ragazzi!

13/10/2024: Excellent! I ordered takeaway: Maremma tortelli with ragù and octopus with tomato sauce. Extraordinary dishes, prepared with the care of times gone by! Every time I come to the seaside I can't help but stop by this delicatessen that lets you savor the best of Maremma cuisine!
