17/09/2025: The spaghetti alla carbonara was the most delicious I've ever had. The pappardelle with Cinghiale ragù was delicious. We had a very good sangiovese. The tiramisu was also delicious. Incredible, really. They were a bit overwhelmed because they were short on staff in the kitchen, but the service was still impeccable. My only criticism is that the music kept cutting out for commercials 😂 but they were some great classic rock hits so it didn't matter at all.
