15/12/2024: Uno dei migliori ristoranti in cui sono mai stato. Servizio fantastico, camerieri così amichevoli, da volerli chiamare famiglia. Veloci, e sopratutto piatti fantastici, impiattati nel miglior modo possibile ed un'esplosione di sapori continua!

28/12/2024: De nuevo, fantástico. Lucca y su familia se han remodelado y ampliado, pero el café ha mantenido su encanto único y maravilloso. Comimos vino, ensaladas, pizzas a la piedra y postres. Un personal increíble también. Café temprano a altas horas de la noche come y bebe, ninguno mejor en la Toscana. Tom y Renae

02/11/2024: Restaurant in a great location because it's just off the highway... Mediocre welcome... poor service and staff not very coordinated between orders and bringing dishes to the table... I wouldn't recommend the place to my friends

11/01/2025: Adatto anche per famiglie perche', oltre agli hamburger, offre anche altra scelta (pizzeria proprio a fianco). Ma anche super ideale per gruppi/amici perche' locale super carino. Pizza buona, hamburger di chianina TOP e lampredotto ottimo e delicato (anche se forse io lo prediligo un po' più strong). Prezzi giusti e cameriere simpatiche.

10/12/2024: I had breakfast in this bar as soon as I arrived in Cortona. The owner welcomed me with kindness and professionalism. Very good pastries and lattes, the price perhaps a little exaggerated. However, I would recommend it for the niceness of the person at the counter.

18/01/2025: All the standard things you expect in a restaurant are absent in this restaurant. In the heart of Tuscany, typical Italian dishes, made from a can and/or the microwave, tasteless, and on top of that, the service has not been in the mood for it for a while.
Maybe it's because we are Dutch in Cortona, so tourists, they only come once. Now we live in Cortona half the year, so we could come back or recommend a restaurant to friends, but not this restaurant.
07/01/2025: think of a restaurant that will serve the best meal in Italy! TASTY dishes, very well served and if you are looking for regional flavor, come! I've been to Italy a few times times and I didn't find the flavor and atmosphere so wonderful.

01/03/2025: Abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora per avere un piatto di salumi e formaggi (che poi praticamente erano solo "salami") ed una porzione di verdure grigliate, surgelate e insipide, mentre altri clienti arrivati dopo di noi hanno avuto i loro piatti cucinati in tempi brevi. Dopo vari solleciti il cameriere si è scusato dicendo che c'erano stati fraintendimenti con la cucina (non capisco cosa ci sia da cucinare in un piatto freddo).

07/06/2024: Este restaurante cerró hace meses. Tripadvisor debe requerir saber si un restaurante sigue abierto. Hay varios restaurantes en Cortona que siguen mostrando como abiertos cuando están cerrados permanentemente.

01/11/2023: More than positive experience. I was looking for a place to taste Chianina meat, and here I found the highest quality, an exclusive, welcoming and characteristic environment. Super friendly and helpful staff. I ate the best Chianina steak I can remember, perfectly cooked on a large wood-burning brazier, the unique flavor of locally produced meat. The mushroom and potato side dishes, as well as the excellent house red wine, further enhanced the typical taste of the local tradition. If I returned to the area, I would certainly repeat the experience, perhaps combining other typical local dishes not tasted on this occasion. Absolutely highly recommended.
22/10/2023: Arrived at 12.30 with a 4 year old girl and ate 13.50 which was shameful, we had to cancel the meat because otherwise it would still be there at 8pm... zero organization in the kitchen... I won't go back again
