03/04/2026: Horrible bar, poor service. Dirty and dark. Products are double the price of the same ones in Camucia (who knows why, maybe because I'm a foreigner despite having lived in Italy for over 15 years). I'll never go back, not recommended!

30/05/2026: During my vacation in Cortona, I have no doubts about where to stop for an aperitivo, a glass of wine, or a good charcuterie board: Caciobrillo is a guarantee.
Popular with locals, it's very traditional and not touristy.
Well done, stay that way.
04/05/2026: An easy-going place... friendly... you can stop and enjoy a good platter, bruschetta, or focaccia... all in a beautiful square with a good glass of wine.

25/03/2026: Don't book this hotel. The people are unhelpful and greedy.I am furious.
I did make a mistake that the booking calendar jumped forward one month so I booked Sunday 15th March when I intended to book Sunday 15th February.
I contacted them as soon as they opened.
But they would not simply change the date of the booking.
I spent hours with my booking agent, who just kept saying that the hotel was sticking to the terms and conditions that my booking could not be changed.

29/06/2026: The grumpiest service I've ever experienced. Highly recommended if you long to feel humble for a very reasonable fee. The pasta was perfect, the wine was generously poured, and the salad was huge and delicious. Would absolutely come to be furiously glared at again.
18/06/2026: Service was terrible, we had the same experience as all the one star reviews but the food and atmosphere were good.

05/06/2026: The WORST restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Had to wait an hour and 10 minutes for pizza I wouldn’t feed to my dogs. Absolute terror. My sister and I ordered 2 aperol spritzes and they were completely flat. We asked about our food two times and the waitress would've sooner dropped dead than address our timing or ask us for more drinks. Once the pizza came, we had one bite and were concerned for our safety. DISGUSTING. After hours and multiple drinks, the disturbed taste remained, tainting our mouths. It tasted like flour, didn’t look like pizza, and made me feel like I was in a food-rationed-state, not Italy. We payed and left so quickly I didn’t think to take a picture of our dumpster pizza. Side note: I went to the bathroom and it smelled like a chain smoking grandma had been lying dead on the floor for a year. Go here if you hate yourself and everyone you bring, otherwise stay at least 1000 feet away for your own safety.

26/04/2026: The waitress was extremely rude. A friend of mine was treated rudely, and a customer even spoke badly of her loudly. Given the inconvenience and unpleasantness, we decided to leave the place. Not recommended.
25/04/2026: Some staff members think they have the right to treat customers rudely just because they've been there for hours doing their job, as if it were someone else's fault. No one denies that working with the public is difficult, and having distracted customers certainly doesn't help. However, customers can also be corrected in a kind manner, without embarrassing them in front of the other bar patrons. I don't doubt that the food and drinks are good, as they looked great and all the customers seemed very satisfied, but I'd much rather be in a lower-quality bar with friendlier staff.

06/05/2025: Mi marido y yo estábamos tratando de encontrar un restaurante local (no turístico) fuera de la plaza principal y nos topamos con este. Paola y Franco eran una delicia. Paola era muy cálido, amable y muy servicial. Teníamos los ravioles, seguido de un filete de 1 kg que estaba perfectamente cocinado y delicioso verdura. Luego nos regalaron biscotti (obviamente Paola se hizo) con un vino de postre.
Exactamente lo que estábamos buscando. Sin duda volveremos.

27/09/2025: The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Very intimate setting with only four tables inside, it felt like being invited into a friend’s home and being treated to a multi-course dinner. We didn’t even see the menu prior to showing up nor upon our arrival, there was one tasting menu available and the dishes just kept coming. We did however receive a call from the restaurant a couple of hours before our reservation to ask about our dietary requirements and preferences. Everything was delicious and every dish was explained in detail by a kind and warm waiter who paired the wine with each dish perfectly. I still think about the pasta from Organika and I had a lot of pastas during our stay in Tuscany. We were late by 20 mins and experienced no animosity, we were welcomed with a smile. We even received a loaf of their delicious bread at the end because we mentioned how much we loved it. We really enjoyed the music as well. Truly one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.
03/09/2025: Everything was incredible — the food, the service, the ambience. We can’t wait to go back. AND Silvia is the best — a delight of a human AND she helped me figure out how to track down some wine I had at Organika once I got back to the states. Amazing.

23/06/2025: Abbiamo pranzato nel locale e siamo stati bene.
Le stanze sono meravigliose e ampie con un ristrutturazione fatta molto bene.
Una piccola e deliziosa piscina in un bel prato,tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.
Personale molto disponibile ed appassionato.
Grazie, abbiamo trascorso un bel fine settimana

Cinghiale, pasta fatta in casa, arrosti con polli, anatre e conigli del cortile.

22/05/2025: Mi marido y su familia han venido a cenar a Agrisalotto durante muchos años y siempre han tenido no solo una gran experiencia culinaria, sino que también siempre han sido tratados con verdadera generosidad y verdadera hospitalidad italiana.
Simonetta y su equipo llevaron todo esto al siguiente nivel cuando organizamos nuestra boda con ellos. Desde el primer momento en que le mencionamos la idea, estaba emocionada, dispuesta y complacida de hacerlo realidad. Ella respondió a mis interminables preguntas de WhatsApp con entusiasmo y apoyo durante todo un año antes del gran día. Realmente fueron más allá para hacerlo mágico.
Algunos de nuestros amigos se alojaron en el lugar para nuestro fin de semana de bodas y todos estaban encantados con sus apartamentos y la generosa hospitalidad que se mostró durante todo su tiempo.
En el gran día, la comida era increíble y sin fin, los jardines estaban impecablemente ajardinados, y el personal era tan amable y preocupado por conseguir todo lo que queríamos sin imponerse nunca. Todos los pequeños detalles con los que había soñado fueron fácilmente resueltos y puedo decir con la mano en el corazón que hicieron nuestra boda mejor de lo que esperábamos.
Continuaremos visitando Agrisalotto durante muchos años, para recordar, para disfrutar de su maravillosa comida y relajarse en este idílico santuario toscano!
