18/07/2024: This is without a doubt my favorite hotel that I have ever been to, anywhere in the world. David is incredible and truly makes this an unforgettable experience - the food is amazing, the surroundings are wonderful, the wine is amongst the best I have had, and the service goes above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. The rooms are opulent without being overstated, and the location perfect for exploring Tuscany. Without a double, my wife and I will be back. If you are between here and elsewhere, there is only one good choice, and that is here.

08/07/2024: Little did I know that Relais La Corte Dei Papi would always have a special little place in my heart 💕💍The views were breathtaking and the breakfast was phenomenal as was our private hotel room dinner served by David himself. Our room had such an elegant charm, it truly felt like I was living in a fairytale. You can tell David and his family have worked hard to make this place so beautiful it is truly magical. He goes above and beyond to make you feel so welcome…forever grateful to have met him and stay at his lovely home 🙏 Thank you for the wonderful memories we will be back!

21/06/2024: Why go to a large chain when you can find a family shop nearby that also has a huge selection. Open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fresh meat, charcuterie, cheese, lots of wines... everything you would want in your holiday home. Recommended.

29/07/2024: Absolutely wonderful service! We got a takeaway pizza just as they were closing and they were more than happy to refire the ovens to accommodate us so late in the evening. This is a great roadside eatery and the staff are simply wonderful. Try the Nutella calzone!

27/07/2024: Al jaren komen wij in de regio Cortona en al jaren strijken we minstens een keer op het terrasje voor ‘de l’oasi’, zoals we deze pizzeria noemen, neer. Daar genieten we NIET van het uitzicht, maar wél van alles wat er om ons heen gebeurt op het parkeerplaatsje, bij de bar ernaast en op het terras van de pizzeria. En voorál van de heerlijke pizza’s die we daar eten. Neem een voorgerecht om met z’n tweetjes te delen en kies daarna (om het even welke, maar ik kies de Irlandese) pizza. Een karaf wijn erbij en een cafè erna en je hebt weer een prachtige avond gehad!

17/08/2024: The terrace allows you to see a wonderful panorama. Excellent food (highly recommended). They also offer an extensive wine list, including local ones (also organic). Helpful and pleasant staff. The only small flaw: the tables are very small to accommodate the large dishes (I'm referring to tables for 2 people). Little ⚠️ attention to comfort, but despite this it is an experience I would do again.

03/08/2024: We have been coming here for years and it remains a pleasure to come. Both the knowledge, the drinks and the service are great. Prices have become a bit more expensive, but where not. Just don't go there and you will experience it, highly recommended!

01/11/2023: More than positive experience. I was looking for a place to taste Chianina meat, and here I found the highest quality, an exclusive, welcoming and characteristic environment. Super friendly and helpful staff. I ate the best Chianina steak I can remember, perfectly cooked on a large wood-burning brazier, the unique flavor of locally produced meat. The mushroom and potato side dishes, as well as the excellent house red wine, further enhanced the typical taste of the local tradition. If I returned to the area, I would certainly repeat the experience, perhaps combining other typical local dishes not tasted on this occasion. Absolutely highly recommended.

22/10/2023: Arrived at 12.30 with a 4 year old girl and ate 13.50 which was shameful we had to cancel the meat because otherwise it would still be there at 8pm... zero organization in the kitchen... I won't go back again
