20/10/2025: I had a wonderful experience at Fufluns in Cortona! A welcoming place in the heart of the city center, with a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive. I tried the pizza, which was excellent, made with a very light dough! I recommend making a reservation.

09/10/2025: Very good food, at a very good price. We stayed in Cortona for a week and visited this restaurant on our second day. It was so good and such good value that we came back on our last night. I can particularly reccomend the parpadelle with wild boar sauce, and if you are hungry their Calzone may be the biggest pizza I have ever seen!

26/09/2025: We went there with some friends to eat a pizza, which I would describe as really good: not thick, well-topped, crispy, excellent, whether Kamut, wholemeal or wheat flour. The place is often full, I would recommend booking, large parking and quality service, I can only recommend it, obviously there are not only pizzas but you can eat everything and with satisfaction.

11/09/2025: A recommendation from a friend. I wasn’t disappointed. Excellent pizza, I like these thin and crispy pizza bases. The usual classics and a few novelty toppings. Booking advisable at the weekend.

27/09/2025: The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Very intimate setting with only four tables inside, it felt like being invited into a friend’s home and being treated to a multi-course dinner. We didn’t even see the menu prior to showing up nor upon our arrival, there was one tasting menu available and the dishes just kept coming. We did however receive a call from the restaurant a couple of hours before our reservation to ask about our dietary requirements and preferences. Everything was delicious and every dish was explained in detail by a kind and warm waiter who paired the wine with each dish perfectly. I still think about the pasta from Organika and I had a lot of pastas during our stay in Tuscany. We were late by 20 mins and experienced no animosity, we were welcomed with a smile. We even received a loaf of their delicious bread at the end because we mentioned how much we loved it. We really enjoyed the music as well. Truly one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.

03/09/2025: Everything was incredible — the food, the service, the ambience. We can’t wait to go back. AND Silvia is the best — a delight of a human AND she helped me figure out how to track down some wine I had at Organika once I got back to the states. Amazing.

20/09/2025: Food and service were excellent. The pizza 🍕 and salad 🥗 were fresh and tasty. The pizza crust was thin n crisp. Drink and food prices were also great. A very good find. As was the laundromat next door, especially on a 5 week holiday.

27/11/2025: This is hands down our favorite restaurant in Cortona. Not only are the dishes spectacular and delicious but the husband and wife who run and operate the restaurant are warm and welcoming hosts adding to the overall experience! We stumbled upon the outdoor seating in the piazza one day and had the most delicious panzanella salad, recommended to me by my daughter, it was a lovely atmosphere under the umbrellas to enjoy the Tuscan Sun and the activity in one of the central Piazzas. Location is perfect! We had multiple dinners there, since we stumbled upon this place for lunch and have enjoyed every meal. Highly recommend as a must stop meal while in Cortona. Another hidden secret, the owner has a beautiful voice and she may entertain you as well!

17/09/2025: We were invited to celebrate a baptism in late summer 2025, outdoors. The secluded location is ideal, offering parking and tranquility. Excellent food.

07/09/2025: Beautiful location, sparse and sometimes aloof service but fine (and in our case very good the first night)! Very children forward…great if that is what you are looking for. We traveled without kids and wanted some quiet and for our stay…pool was a zoo and very loud. Dinner was good, not great—but super nice to have it right onsite and in a nice setting.

24/10/2025: Welcoming place with very polite staff... always a smile for the customer... and extremely clean... excellent breakfasts and lunches... the food is top notch and the food is delicious at affordable prices for everyone!!! Bistro 51 is a guarantee!!!

18/10/2025: A simple charcuterie plate and a glass of Chianti - a lovely afternoon treat! There were six types of cured meats and two local cheeses on the small platter. The woman helping spoke some English and was very nice and accommodating. All in all a great, low key experience!

27/09/2025: A pleasant surprise!! Quality cured meats and cheeses?! Normal prices. We ordered a large cured meats and cheese platter, costing 18 euros. Really good. Worth it!! Fresh bread!!

29/11/2025: I invited some guests visiting my place near Cortona to this bar-restaurant-pizzeria for lunch and dinner. Tables are set up before the entrance for outdoor dining, during sunny hours. The interior space, on the left, near the entrance, is delightful: simple, welcoming, colorful, and tastefully furnished. There is also a more modern dining room, but equally comfortable, spacious, and inviting. We ate from the menu, and everyone, including myself, was satisfied. Good quality pizza, as were the first courses, meats, and side dishes. Excellent variety of desserts. A wide selection of wines, for those who wish. Pets welcome 🙂 RECOMMENDED 🍴

26/10/2025: The best pizza in the Cortona area. Authentic Neapolitan pizza, soft and not rubbery, with a soft, airy crust, light and not filled with heavy dough that settles in your stomach.
