08/12/2025: We went to eat at Naboo. My husband had a seafood appetizer. It wasn't good, it looked like canned food. The pizza was acceptable, but let's not even talk about the owner. He treats the waiters rudely in front of customers. He doesn't care, he's unprofessional. We won't be back. We recommend not eating there.

11/10/2025: We ate very well this evening, a great first course and excellent wine, the owners were very kind.

01/11/2025: Truly terrible. Saturday night, an hour-long wait, and no one pays attention to you. They're very busy with takeout pizzas, while those who are seated are waiting. The pizza is even burnt.

17/09/2025: The portions were incredibly small for the price asked. The uncleaned shrimp had a bitter taste. With smoking another interesting story, one waiter told us we could smoke and brought us an ashtray, the other said no because the people next to us were eating. The unpleasant experience was quite expensive and we left half hungry. I do not recommend

02/11/2025: This is our go-to spot for a great salad and lunch in general. The lettuce and produce are always very fresh, the service first rate, and the passing parade of people makes it a fun spot. If you’re a bit hungrier, try the Tagliata, one of the best I’ve had in town.

27/10/2025: We happened to be at this restaurant around 4 p.m. for a late lunch. We ordered risotto and lasagna for starters, and a 1.2 kg T-bone steak for two for the main course. We chose a Brunello to go with it. It was all excellent. The waitress spontaneously offered us a small tasting from their own winery, and we decided to pick up six bottles across the street. We found it outrageous that they charged us the restaurant price of €93 per bottle! We will return to Montalcino, but certainly never to this restaurant again.

03/09/2025: Not recommended. We were at the beach today, September 3rd, and wanted to rent an umbrella for the afternoon (including two loungers). Firstly, there was no afternoon rate (we arrived at 2 p.m.), and the "supervisor" wanted a €25 daily fee for the umbrella (it's now off-season). At the beautiful Morcone beach next door, the umbrella costs €15! Then I paid with Visa, and we had small beach chairs for our two kids, which we weren't allowed to use. Then I wanted to cancel, and strangely enough, cancellation isn't possible with credit card payments. Conclusion: worst service on the entire island, too expensive, umbrellas packed too tightly, constantly being checked... Better to choose a different beach (next door) or even a different beach. A huge disappointment for us, and the first and last time.

11/10/2025: I booked by phone two weeks ago. The restaurant was closed today. Don't go and ruin your Saturday.

16/09/2025: FORGET IT! I'm so sorry, but after the change of management, it really could close... I had returned with great desire after 3 years and the disappointment came immediately (as I read in other comments too). If I had read them before, I certainly wouldn't have returned... What a shame!

24/10/2025: I've been there several times... as a couple and with a group. I've eaten both meat and pizza... and I'll gladly return.

06/10/2025: While I understand it was a busy lunch time I struggle to understand rude service. And then the pizza was microwaved to the point of being inedible. We threw it in the bin and left. Possibly the worst meal experience we’ve ever had in many years of visiting Italy

30/09/2025: The focaccia with cecina is a sure thing! A recommended stop in Pietrasanta for a truly satisfying savory snack. The pizza is good, and the blond mousse pairs perfectly. The setting has a unique charm: it seems frozen in time, with a thousand objects and an authentic atmosphere. The staff is a bit stiff, but the service is fast and efficient. Ideal for a tasty, unpretentious break.

11/10/2025: We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of friends who described it as a simple yet authentic place, with generous portions and fair prices. Unfortunately, our experience was the exact opposite. The place is modest, a bit old-fashioned from the '70s and '80s, and we entered with the best of intentions. I even joked with the waiter, asking if the portions were really large, and he assured me they were "generous." Too bad that wasn't true. The house appetizer consisted of three tiny samples, clearly prepared some time ago. The grilled fish didn't even weigh 150 grams—including the shrimp carcasses—and the sea bream all'isolana was perhaps 100 grams of real fish. The zucchini served on the side were sour, probably cooked in poor-quality white wine: I, who am usually not picky, couldn't eat them. Final bill: €60, without wine, just a bottle of still water. Overall, a disappointing experience in every way. A place to forget.

04/10/2025: Charming restaurant. Delicious antipasti. Delicious fish dishes. Pleasant white wine. Extremely friendly and efficient service. Everything was excellent.

09/11/2025: THEY TALK BEHIND UR BACK IN ITALIAN ENG I went to this place with my American girlfriend to get an ice cream, and the woman at the counter started talking behind our backs in Italian, thinking that I couldn't understand her. We barely had the time to read the flavors that she immediately started laying into us and making jokes. I feel like this is a common practice at this cafe considering how quickly she leaned into it. She then looked at me with a phony smile, asking in "English" if she could serve us. At that point, I simply replied in Italian that it wasn't necessary anymore and "complimented" her service. Needless to say that her smile quickly disappeared. Horrible service, rude staff, and embarrassing manners. PS In case the owner is reading this review, this episode happened yesterday afternoon (Friday, the 22nd of August, 2025). The woman who served us had curly/wavy black hair and looked in her 40s. ITA I went to this place with my American girlfriend for gelato, and when the lady behind the counter heard we were speaking English, she immediately started making fun of us in Italian, thinking I couldn't understand her. We'd barely had time to read the flavors when the lady immediately started making jokes about us. Considering how quickly she commented, I think this is common practice there. At one point, the lady looked at me with a smile, asking in "English" if she could help us. I replied in Italian, saying it wasn't necessary and thanking her for her "service." Needless to say, the smile quickly disappeared. Horrible experience, rude staff, and embarrassing mannerisms. PS. In case the owner is reading this review, I want to point out that this happened yesterday afternoon (Friday, August 22, 2025). The lady who served us had curly/wavy black hair and was in her forties.

28/10/2025: Decent place with little parking but I ate a good and abundant first course carbonara and I must say that I liked it a lot, however for the second course of goulash the meat was not really exceptional, but in my opinion the cooking and the meat need to be reviewed a little... for the rest everything is ok I will go back
