24/07/2025: Slow service, and it was Wednesday. There were four of us who came in at 8:00 PM and left at 10:30 PM. I didn't like the Tuscan soup. The bread was cut into thick slices. The whole cabbage was very chunky, and soaked in unabsorbed broth. The burrata and scampi risotto and the wild boar pappardelle were good. The main courses were edible. €40 per person for four first courses, three second courses, two roast potatoes, and two bottles of house white wine.

Porzioni abbondanti e piatti ben curati. Parcheggio comodo che non guasta mai. È veramente da raccomandare!

Fin da subito ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal titolare con un entrée di benvenuto, che ci ha poi consigliato alcuni piatti in base al pescato del giorno. Dall’antipasto, poi al primo e infine al secondo tutto buonissimo! In modo particolare i tagliolini alla triglia, consigliati dal titolare, favolosi. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che ottimo!

02/07/2025: Girolamo was very generous with his time and portions of Calvados! His colleague Asia was charming and very attentive to detail . All the staff in the restaurant were professional and my son and I look forward to our visit in 2026 and next years tasting menu.

01/07/2025: NOTE THE STAR. A beautiful experience, accompanied by excellent service, a super clean and well-kept environment. I ate about a year and a half ago in this restaurant and I still carry a beautiful memory of it with me. Quite 'futuristic' cuisine, it can be difficult to understand for those who are not in the sector. Flavors that you carry with you for a long time. The restaurant is located inside a hotel along the Viareggio promenade, it's a shame that it doesn't have a reserved parking space. Dishes served and explained by a super prepared and very courteous staff. The only flaw I remember: the presentation and the exchange of greetings with the chef were missing, for the rest it is highly recommended to those who, eating well, do not look at the expense, which, for the experience is more than fair.
