05/05/2025: The service leaves much to be desired, the girl who serves is not very presentable and above all she doesn't seem to enjoy doing her job. I find the owner to be a little inattentive, especially with customers he's never seen before. As for the food, I'd say it's good, they're definitely better prepared in the kitchen!

03/05/2025: Disappointment across the board. Terrible service, with endless waits and a rude attitude from the owner. The place is overcrowded: too many tables compared to the available space, making the environment uncomfortable and chaotic. The cuisine does not live up to the name that the place has built for itself. The prices would also be fair, if only they were accompanied by adequate service and culinary quality that lived up to expectations.

30/03/2025: We've been going back to this place for a while now as soon as we can. If I could give a 10, this is the only restaurant where I would. The quality of the raw materials is evident in every dish: authentic flavours, fresh and carefully selected ingredients. The staff is always kind, with that rare ability to make you feel welcomed like family. The atmosphere is warm, the kind that makes you forget about time and really enjoy the moment and the absolutely exquisite dishes. Every time it is an experience that goes beyond simply "eating out". And for all this, the prices are more than honest: a perfect balance between quality and accessibility. A place that has now become a certainty, and where we already know we will return with a smile.

30/03/2025: Oggi domenica 30 marzo, siamo arrivati al ristorante alle 15,00, ristorante pienissimo di persone e nonostante questo ci hanno accolto e abbiamo pranzato divinamente tutto eccellente un girarrosto favoloso, complimenti per i proprietari e da come viene gestito il locale, torneremo molto volentieri.

30/03/2025: Small and a little noisy environment, but welcoming in terms of staff and colours. Very wide choice of pizzas and desserts. They are also completely reliable for gluten-free choices. If you are looking for an easy-going pizzeria, cheap but without compromising on quality, I highly recommend this place. They are also recommended for breakfast, with a large choice of handmade desserts.

30/03/2025: Accepted and seated within 10 minutes even without having booked, while waiting my wife and I had a good aperitif and as soon as we placed the glasses on the counter the table was ready, after ordering we were served in a few minutes. Baldaccio appetizer (croutons + cold cuts) baby pizza and small oatmeal for the little girl, leaving after the appetizer our two pizzas which I must be honest are different from usual having a thin dough similar to puff pastry but good and filling with water and coffee plus a takeaway dessert we spent less than €60 in total. We will return because we had a good time and the people are friendly and nice and deserve customers who reward them for this too. Thanks see you next time!

30/03/2025: Gathering with Moto Guzzi World Club, everything wonderful, quiet evening and with many friends from all over Italy, around 350 people, worse than a wedding. Beautiful.

08/02/2025: For 4 first courses, 1 bottle of water, paying €67, we are a little off the menu, apart from the fact that we haven't seen the menu, which is a shame because the quality is good and the dishes are also plentiful, but doing this isn't good

25/03/2025: Mai più, purtroppo. Adoravo questo posto ma l'ultima esperienza è stata pessima. 1 ora e 15 minuti per ricevere la prima portata, ovvero un "tagliere" da 16 euro, che conteneva pochissimo affettato, 2 crostini insapori che dire piccoli è poco e una, ripeto UNA fetta di pecorino con una marmellata spalmata sopra (almeno mettila a parte). Primo completamente insapore. Prezzi folli, solo per rendere l'idea, 1lt di vino della casa in brocca 20€.

06/04/2025: Excellent bar located in the square. We enjoyed an excellent aperitif topped with a fantastic assortment of fresh and delicious stucchini. The service was courteous and fast. Top price. Overall super positive experience, to be repeated

05/04/2025: The restaurant is located in the beautiful Piazza Medicea in Fivizzano, a quiet area where children can go around without problems. The place is welcoming and historic but the touch of renewal of the new management can be seen! The food is very good: homemade pasta and Lunigiana cuisine... just like your grandmother made it! Very recommended!

04/03/2025: Eravamo ospiti con la mezza pensione. Tutto favoloso: pappardelle al cinghiale , tagliata , bresaola e burrata, ma anche piatti con pesce: trancio di tonno, polpo, pasta con spada. Buonissima anche la colazione dolce/ salata a buffet alla mattina. Si vede l'amore per la cucina

27/01/2025: Despite the numerous negative reviews (from some time ago), we still decide to stay in this facility. Fairly sized room, "old style" furnishings in keeping with the structure and external environment, shame about the French window on the balcony shared with another room (impossible to keep the window open if other guests are present). Attentive and friendly staff, excellent restaurant solution for guests of the structure with excellent quality food, such as that for the buffet breakfast. Tidy garden and clean swimming pool, the structure has probably changed management since the time of the negative reviews. Ample parking. Advised!

01/02/2025: Personale gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo chiediamo una tagliata ma non è disponibile quindi ci adattiamo e scegliamo altro. Riescono a recuperare solo 1 filetto per me (nulla di che ma ho apprezzato). Concordo come contorno dei cavoletti ma accanto alla carne arrivano patate, 1 tortino di verdure, 1 tornino di patate, 2 carotine baby, 1 cipolla e 2 (2 di numero) cavoletti … Ho chiesto un secondo ed un semplice contorno di cavoletti ma perché - mi chiedo - mi portate solo 2 cavoletti e cose che non ho chiesto e che non potevo mangiare (le ha mangiate mio marito). Ascoltate il cliente … non pensate ai piatti decorativi. Se il cliente vuole una cosa e l’avete, portate quella.

25/09/2024: Simply for us who were lucky enough to sit at these tables, it remains absolutely the place that offers a quality/price ratio that is unmatched in this area. If you think that the price proposed or the method (fixed price dinner) is inadequate, well, one evening when you are calm, go and try Bacco, you will see that you will not regret it... the food is prepared with passion and represents a truly unique culinary experience. When you reach the end, after having perhaps even enjoyed one of the particular wines from the cellar, you will be struck by the ice cream fridge, full of unobtainable and strictly homemade flavours... a taste that you will remember forever, and then you will come back, believe me.
