11/09/2025: My husband and I visited Florence for our honeymoon and La Frasca was the highlight of our time in Florence. The service, ambiance and food were like no other. We were only in the city for 3 nights and every night we found ourselves having dinner at La Frasca because our experience was just so great. Also, the wine was fantastic! We ended up buying a bottle to bring back home. If you’re ever in the area we highly recommend you spend at least one dinner here!

A truly delightful place, and the food was superb. We tried everything and loved it all—plentiful, fresh, and high-quality. I recommend it 100%, and I'll definitely be back!

09/11/2025: The food is really good, they have a wide-ranging menu, the pizza is delicious, you have to book, it's perfect for getting away from the city a bit, in the summer they also have an outdoor seating area and I really like that they only have porcini mushrooms and truffles in season, we will definitely be back

14/11/2025: Sunday family lunch.
We ate well, all seafood-based. The house appetizer was varied, including carpaccio, bruschetta with anchovies and peppered mussels, spaghetti allo Scoglio (seafood spaghetti) with even half a lobster, and mixed fried calamari, shrimp, and cod.
To finish, dessert was strudel with a scoop of gelato and tiramisu, both delicious.
The service was quick and courteous.
Prices were average for a seafood meal.

Yes, it's not a 5-star hotel, but from this location, all of Tuscany and more are within easy reach.
Everything you need for a stay is provided and more than adequate.
The hospitality, however, is 5+ stars. The staff is extremely helpful, and the food is truly fantastic.
Driving up the mountain takes some getting used to if you're not used to Italian cuisine ;)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on our next visit to Italy.

19/10/2025: A truly beautiful location. The dinner was sublime, and the piano playing throughout the evening added a touch of warmth to the atmosphere. Service was prompt, friendly, and professional. The location was excellent, close to the bell tower, and above all, there was plenty of parking.

10/10/2025: Ristorante da Gino is a historic and famous restaurant in the area, a must-try for lovers of Umbrian-Tuscan cuisine, especially lake fish dishes. The restaurant is located on the beach of Lake Chiusi. The service is excellent and professional. The food is high-quality and unpretentious. The only small flaw is the decor, but the retro atmosphere is still in keeping with the setting.

10/10/2025: A vintage atmosphere defines this truly charming place, serving only fish. They're always friendly and offer delicious fried fish, the best in the area. The menu is fixed in both course and price: always fresh marinated anchovies as an appetizer, a generous amount of fried fish accompanied by sliced tomatoes (on the side) with or without onions (your choice), bread, water, wine, and coffee. Also noteworthy is the oil they leave on each table for seasoning, which is excellent quality.
19/09/2025: For years now, the best fried food I've ever eaten...when you're finished you'll want more, it's so light!
