I can say that I didn't regret having eaten a classic margherita pizza in this pizzeria at all!☺️ The consistency of the dough, the ingredients and the flavors are very reminiscent of the pizza I eat every time I return to my homeland! Very efficient and fast service for a Saturday evening. A note of merit goes to the friendliness of the owner's mother, who, hearing us talking, couldn't help but come over and chat with us... The Neapolitan dialect easily unites the community 😁 I recommend it... right in the center of Florence.

31/01/2025: It was really friendly and delicious. It was a perfect restaurant with everything from pretty interior to generous portions to fantastic taste. It was a pasta that represents Italy itself, which is not easy to taste in Korea. I definitely recommend it 💓

04/04/2025: Typically Tuscan place set in a beautiful Chianti vineyard. Unfortunately, I only stayed one night in a characteristic, very organized two-room apartment. Dinner and breakfast with excellent local products, including special seasonal truffle eggs ❤️ Kindness and courtesy and lastly but importantly they accept dogs. Highly recommended!!

21/03/2025: My partner and I spent a wonderful day at Podere dell'Anselmo :) Federica and Fabrizio welcomed us with unique kindness and conveyed to us all the passion they put into their work. The visit to the cellar and the tasting of wines and typical dishes were fantastic experiences: they enthusiastically explained every single wine to us (one better than the other!), telling us the history of the vineyards and the cultivation and organic production that follows. We had a great time and will be back soon! Thanks so much again :)

12/04/2025: Vivo del Carmine is an excellent pizzeria in the heart of San Frediano, even with just a margherita you can savor the freshness of the product, the specialty of the dough and the kindness of the waiters, especially Dennis!

30/03/2025: Characteristic Tuscan restaurant, immersed in the greenery of Chianti, here you can find quality and courtesy, you can eat both meat and fish and pizza (excellent) really fair prices!!! If you are looking for a place to rent for birthday parties or dinners come here that Giulia will be able to advise you top!!!

01/12/2024: Lato positivo : la location, è molto bella, partendo dal viale alberato ed arrivando alla sala interna. Esternamente adesso non è disponibile ma, per quello che abbiamo potuto vedere ieri sera, sembra altrettanto bello. Lati negativi : 1) Il menù è molto limitato, una di noi 4 non trovava niente che la interessasse e si è dovuta arrangiare; 2) Il Cibo, arrivati alla degustazione, sinceramente nessun piatto era buono, diciamo che un paio erano passabili. Per esempio, abbiamo preso la Ribeye di Manzetta Prussiana, ci hanno presentato una braciola impiattata malissimo, senza niente di accompagnamento e già tagliata, con il risultato che è arrivata in un lago di sangue, veramente brutta a vedersi, inoltre abbastanza dura ed anche il sapore non era un granchè. Il lobster roll, era un panino inguardabile e non sapeva di niente, per non parlare dei primi, sia i tortellini sia il risotto, sinceramente "da ospedale"; 3) Rapporto qualità prezzo, assolutamente sproporzionato, prezzi altissimi per come abbiamo mangiato, non puoi pensare che basti un bel posto per "sparare" così in alto, anche il prezzo minimo dei vini era di 30,00 euro, ed ho visto prodotti abbastanza regolari, proposti a prezzi molto + bassi in altri locali. Il servizio è nella media, anche se c'è stato un piccolo malinteso sull'assaggio del vino ma ci può stare, i camerieri erano perlopiù sorridenti e puntuali. Ho dato una stella in più per la location, alla fine abbiamo speso molto (troppo), per godere davvero poco.

01/12/2024: Cena tra amici, con servizio approssimativo, un menu’ risicato con cose dozzinali a dei prezzi assurdi, e con qualità mediocre….. se continuano così hanno vita commerciale breve, molto sopravvalutato.
