01/10/2025: Without a doubt, unfortunately they made us take a line that was a bit too IN. The food wasn't bad, the service was okay.... The bill, in short.... I understand everything, inflation, the price increases, but a €2 coffee outside the city center?? Not even in the main square has these prices....

17/10/2025: A Fairytale Escape in the Heart of Tuscany Our stay at this hotel was absolutely magical — truly like stepping into a fairytale. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The property is breathtaking, surrounded by the rolling Tuscan hills, and filled with charm, elegance, and peace. The hotel offers an incredible variety of activities, all perfectly organized and thoughtfully designed to showcase the best of Tuscany — from cooking classes and wine tastings to relaxing pool experiences and scenic walks. Every day brought something new to discover. We tried both restaurants, and each meal was unforgettable — beautifully presented, full of authentic flavor, and prepared with so much care. Dining here was easily among the best culinary experiences we’ve had in Italy. The location is ideal, with Florence and Siena each about an hour’s drive away along a smooth and picturesque road. Every detail of our stay — the rooms, the service, the food, the surroundings — was flawless. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Italy. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so memorable. We can’t wait to return very soon to this little piece of Tuscan paradise!

15/10/2025: A refined place, but the staff isn't always up to par. We often go for aperitifs or dinner; it's a pleasant place and easy on the eyes.

30/11/2025: The pizza was good, cooked very well. Being a four-cheese pizza, perhaps a little more flavor would have been nice, especially in the Zola. Overall, a good dinner. Excellent location, a quiet and less chaotic part of Florence with easy parking nearby. Fairly affordable. The atmosphere was peaceful, as we ate on the outdoor veranda. Excellent service, a pleasant evening.

11/10/2025: The chickpea cake was very good, and the rectangular pizza served on a cutting board was excellent. Service was a bit slow but always courteous.

03/10/2025: What can I say? You might just happen to find a family-run trattoria in the truest sense of the word. I don't know where to begin with my praise. Let's start with the welcome we received, both to us and to our little Golden Retriever, Windofsand, who yells. Then we move on to the simple yet carefully prepared and, above all, excellent dishes. We had tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffle and lard. Amazing. As a chef, I compliment the chef at Stambata. Then we moved on to fried porcini mushrooms and local prosciutto with excellent burrata. And finally, the house tiramisu was truly amazing. The owners and staff were truly friendly. As for the price...you have to go and eat to see how much you're spending. Truly fair; the quality, quantity, and price ratio is the winning formula. We'll definitely be back. Oh, and if you haven't figured out, besides the good food, they're animal lovers...this isn't a biased review, but a sincere one. Thanks again, also for the lovely chat after dinner. 05/08/2025: We were passing through Florence and chose this restaurant based on the reviews, which turned out to be spot on. The food was excellent, and the staff was friendly and fast. We'll definitely be back! 👍🏻

29/07/2025: The pizzas were very good, with soft, easy-to-digest dough and tasty toppings. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the first courses. We ordered two seafood carbonaras, with slightly overcooked pasta and a fish sauce with very little salt. Impeccable service, friendly waiters, and a nice interior.

08/08/2025: The best hotel I have ever been to, the breakfast was perfect and for only 10€ a person is a STEAL, the pool is perfect and the over all vibe is perfect for summer vacation

20/11/2025: I'm very disappointed. I had high expectations based on what I'd heard about it. I ordered the Totò because I love fried eggplant. Four cubes of eggplant, unfried, and rubbery. The only thing that was excellent were the two basil leaves, very fresh and fragrant. Two stars only because the wait staff was perfect; otherwise, one.

20/11/2025: A very quaint atmosphere, in the heart of Florence in a beautiful historic location. Amazing pizza, traditional Campanian first courses, second courses, and side dishes—superlative dishes.

16/09/2025: The B&B is in an excellent location for a visit to Garfagnana. At Eliseo, we received a truly warm welcome from the very kind owners, who made us feel right at home. The rooms are functional, well-furnished, and impeccably clean, ensuring a worry-free stay. A real plus is the combination of their restaurant, with its intimate, relaxed atmosphere and excellent traditional cuisine. Highly recommended!

31/08/2025: Beautiful setting, very relaxing atmosphere, staff here are a pleasure to be with. Delicious food, excellent speed of service. I haven't used the rooms, but I think everything is perfect.

27/11/2025: Delicious schiacciata, and equally delicious cakes. Welcoming staff, also great for lunch. Rosy is excellent.

14/11/2025: I always go to that place because there's a fantastic girl, skinny with slightly big lips, and she's fantastic. I really like her and I go there specifically to see her. Then there's the owner, whose name I don't know but she's really nice. I also like the place because it's open 24 hours a day.

02/12/2025: Very expensive and really not good... The bread wasn't fresh, and the salad in my €18 club sandwich was rotten!! I didn't even eat it, it was so bad!! Seriously!! The glasses of wine at €8 and €10 were also overpriced for an ordinary wine... A very bad experience and very disappointed. It's very rare that I don't eat what I'm served in a restaurant. I never leave reviews on social media, but I couldn't let this go. Avoid this place at all costs 😨😨

10/10/2025: The entire menu, including drinks, is gluten-free, and you can choose the flour used for the pizza dough. Most importantly, everything we ordered was delicious, and we would have liked to try everything we saw. The location is very pretty, the staff very friendly, and the service fast. The prices are very reasonable.

Then you meet Brunella, who exudes a strong passion for her work, attentive to every detail and meticulous in the entire organization. All this makes your party (in my case, my wedding) a unique and special event. Thank you for everything you did for us, we couldn't have asked for more!
