09/04/2025: For now I have only tried the pizzas and they are truly fantastic. A perfect dough, thickness, flavor and cooking. While eating I saw many good things to try. Salvatore was professional, friendly and courteous.

24/03/2025: For the first time this weekend Firenze Nova opened on Sunday and I immediately took advantage of the opportunity to take some relatives who came to visit me from out of the region out for lunch. I wanted to make a good impression and I don't deny that I had high expectations, which were not disappointed. Menu with attention to detail, we ate really well, and dynamic, friendly and kind service (as always). I always recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a pleasant 360-degree experience!

06/11/2024: Ce fut une expérience hors du commun …le restaurant était complet mais le proprio nous a ouvert la terrasse et nous avons été reçu comme des rois, bulles vin digestif Gaetane est un serveur merveilleux et que dire de sa femme qui est en cuisine. À coté de ce resto il y a des restaurants avec une étoile Michelin mais ce restaurant en mérite 2 …nous étions 4 et nous donnons 4 étoiles ce restaurant était notre étoile à nous Tout est succulent le déplacement en vaut vraiment la peine Je vous le recommande à 1000% Tout était parfait

05/11/2024: Nous avons manger sur la terrasse couverte. On nous a fait une place même si le resto était plein. Excellent service du proprio et sa femme. Les plats locaux succulents, le choix des vins parfait. Nous avons très bien mangé et bien bu ! Des Clients du Québec Canada !

19/03/2025: Abbiamo consumato un'ottima cena a base di pesce in questo delizioso borgo sulle colline toscane. Siamo stati accolti con calore dal titolare, e chef, del ristorante. I piatti erano abbondanti e ben conditi, il pesce cucinato magistralmente. Prezzo nella norma ma la qualità della materia prima è impagabile! Stra consigliato!!!

08/02/2025: La gentilezza dei proprietari ci ha assolutamente conquistato, i piatti erano tutti ottimi dall'antipasto al dolce. Consigliatissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

05/10/2024: LOCATION voto 8: bel ristorante, ricavato da un edificio medievale e immerso nelle colline toscane. MENU voto 6: la cucina è più per gli stranieri e i piatti non soddisfanno le aspettative del posto. Come alternativa vegetariana ci sono state servite delle penne al pomodoro completamente scotte. SERVIZIO voto 7: più lenti che veloci. Personale gentile. CONTO voto 5: per i piatti proposti i prezzi sono alti.

20/09/2024: The setting is incredible—a very short drive from Firenze and feels like another world entirely. The service was impeccable and the food was the best we’ve had on our vacation. This is everything I was hoping for and more—a perfect night.

04/03/2025: Siento no haber escrito antes. Todo fue magnífico desde el azafrán y su cocina inspiradora y servicio. Era la noche perfecta y volveremos en junio. No puedo decir nada malo. Los platos eran inventivos también. Tenía un Zuppa di moscardini que era divino.

Non economico, ma mi sono trovata molto bene e tornerò Entréé Antipasto (ottimo), Secondo di carne , altra entrée tra una portata e l'altra, 1 dolce in 2, bottiglia di vino prezzo sui 30 Euro, caffè e amaro 65€ a testa

17/03/2025: Cozy and well-kept place in the center of Massa. Very attentive to different dietary needs. A moment higher prices, but all in all acceptable for the quality presented. Excellent place to spend a pleasant evening with friends.

26/03/2025: By chance we found this very nice local restaurant, excellent and attentive service, we took a platter of mixed cured meats and mixed crostini, excellent as a first course, pici with asparagus cream and crispy bacon, delicious and generous portions, excellent wine, 5 stars

19/01/2025: Simple and pleasant restaurant in the historic center. We took 3 really excellent and fresh fried foods, and french fries. The bulk Vermentino wasn't bad at all. Viola is very nice and kept us company making us feel at home. Affordable prices. We will return without any doubt.

23/04/2025: Abbiamo provato 3 piatti (+1): pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale, tagliolini al nero di seppia e un tagliere di crostini. Tutti sono stati molto apprezzati, allo stesso modo. Forse mi aspettavo i fagioli all'uccelletta un po' più saporiti, ma va bene. Personale cordiale, politica green già ben descritta nelle altre recensioni. Porzioni buone, mi è piaciuta l'idea dell'entree con una barchetta di pappa al pomodoro. Acqua compresa nel coperto.

30/11/2024: If you are on holiday on the island of Elba, you absolutely must come here to eat for lunch/dinner because it offers a beautiful view of both the sea in the distance and Monte Capanne. The food is of great quality and is very good. The staff is friendly and you can easily chat with us. I absolutely recommend! Daniele and Massimiliano fantastic!

06/09/2024: Super nice, if somewhat hidden, evening bar. There is a small but really fine selection of Italian specialties (both cold starters and warm main courses). The vegetarian starter platter was really brilliant and beautifully presented. There are also burgers, which we also gave a chance - they were good, but not outstanding. You have to ask yourself whether you really have to order burgers in Italy. Prices are very fair and due to the remote location at the top of a small village you can usually get a place even without a reservation.

26/04/2025: Usually it is much easier to leave a review when you find it very good or very bad while, in cases like these, when everything is average it becomes more complicated. Tasty pizza but the dough was too biscuity (for my taste) and the size was slightly small (in fact I was left hungry and even the girls who usually eat less finished the whole pizza without any problems, including the edges). The prices, for the times in which we live where pizzas now have stellar prices, are acceptable but in the end for pizza and beer (some only took water or coke) we still exceeded €18. The choice is not very wide but ultimately it is something to appreciate because having an infinite list of flavors often just creates confusion. The choice of beers can be made between the simple Icnusa in a 0.5 bottle and some craft beers (wise)... so no choice for me as I prefer IPA. Service not very fast. Would I go back? Well... if it happens, yes, but it's definitely not a pizza I'll remember for a long time.

10/03/2025: Io e mio marito abbiamo scoperto questo posto per caso, eravamo di ritorno dalla Grotta del vento. Un locale conduzione familiare delizioso e immerso in un'oasi di pace, proprietario e personale gentilissimo e molto cordiale. Abbiamo mangiato prodotti a km zero, squisiti e abbondanti. Un antipasto con salumi e prodotti locali e due primi al ragù di trota, veramente delizioso. Prezzo onestissimo, ormai molto raro. Sicuramente ritorneremo.
