24/03/2025: Truly an unexpected discovery. When love and passion for cooking take shape in the most unexpected places, pleasure and admiration are even deeper. Nice, informal place, with a beautiful fireplace. We tasted 3 first courses: traditional local tortelli, very well made with a truly perfect ragù, tagliatelle with rabbit sauce, truly intense and without "compromises for the diet", duck "buttons" with orange cream, truly a masterstroke for idea, execution and enjoyment... all rigorously made (very well) at home. Really good house red wine, simple, genuine and undemanding. The desserts do not disappoint: tart with fig and walnut jam (good but not excellent), chestnut flour crepes with Nutella, basically worth the trip alone. Silent and peaceful garden where we had an aperitif. Closing with a taste of the maraschino (crazy!!) produced by the chef we can reveal the excellent price of €57 for 2. If you fancy a few curves (not too many...) don't miss out on this corner of quality cuisine...

04/04/2025: I returned after about 30 years and I experienced the many memories of my childhood, always delicious pizzas, take-away or to eat at the tables on the seafront with the bar next door for drinks.

03/04/2025: Very good pizza by the slice I was in this pizzeria during a day in Viareggio. The place is not very large but has a nice terrace on the seafront promenade. There are many pizzas and stuffed focaccias sold by the slice. I took six pieces with various toppings. The best slice, in my opinion, was the one with spicy salami and mozzarella. All the pieces were nice and crunchy. The seafood dressing was the most original. I found the price, 10 euros for six nice slices of pizza, very honest considering the place. The long queue at the checkout is certainly a sign of quality. Recommended for a pizza by the sea

30/03/2025: The hamburger/pizzeria is located on a main street and inside is welcoming, furnished in American style. The menu offers a lot of choice regarding both sandwiches and pizzas. We tried two pizzas, "the farmer's snack" and the "svinata", both really good, well cooked and tasty, accompanied by a portion of french fries. The staff is friendly and the prices are in line with those of the city. Absolutely recommended!

26/03/2025: Located on via Crispi, very close to piazza Sant'Agostino. American style place, very particular on an aesthetic level, with a spiral staircase (three floors of room) different from the others in the area. Very popular even during the week, both by adults and children. It is very suitable for birthdays etc because they make the upper floor available. Super attentive and very kind staff, they also explain the menu very well and offer sauces that are made by them (very good). As for the food, you can immediately notice the quality! From the bread used to the final dessert. Very good meat and with attention to the origin of the meat. We will definitely be happy to return!

05/01/2025: Marvelous! Breakfast: rich cappuccino full of foam and hot chocolate donut (and not hazelnut cream) €2 and a few cents!!!! Also great for lunch!

22/03/2025: Farmhouse appearance, but with the soul of a large hotel. Very nice environment, but the vibes are of a commercial place and driven by finance rather than by the desire to host. Many cheap and poorly looked after solutions; small things, which however make themselves felt: the double mattress which is actually two singles pushed together, the windowless bathroom with a faulty fan, the blocked shower siphon, poorly thought-out furnishings and the feeling of battery-built rooms. Nothing terrible, but not excellent either, similar goes for the food.
