We booked at 8.30, arrived at 8.35, took a table, well, they didn't give a damn about it, other people arrived and were always served before us. I'll start by saying that I have a little girl and she was hungry. Moral of the story: from 8.33 to 9.15 I still heard them say we're coming now, I took it, I got up and left.... the worst experience I've ever had. Basically, if you're a tourist they don't give a damn about you, if you're Sicilian then you're served and revered and this really makes me very sad. I advise you to avoid it.

I made the reservation a month and a half ago for Christmas lunch, I had to leave because of how they had located the table with air current and continuous passage of waiters and customers.....I kindly asked the dining room staff if we could change places he replied that the tables were set by now....what kind of work did he have to do to remove two place settings from a table for four....I'm sorry for inappropriate behavior

31/05/2025: A CORNER OF PARADISE: We stayed in this residence and it was simply wonderful! Surrounded by nature just a stone's throw from the sea with crystal clear waters. The pool is a real gem, always clean and well-kept. The restaurant exceeded my expectations: very fresh and delicious dishes and with kind and always available staff. We will be back soon!!!!

24/08/2025: Too bad. I had good memories, but I don't think I'll eat there again after last night. Rude staff. Even though we had a reservation, we were denied pizza (and, well, it was on request), we were denied lamb (also on request), and we ordered four portions of concilio, only to be told it was too much...we had to halve our order. All this with very, very little staff availability. We paid 25 euros per person... not exactly cheap, but above all, not even the slightest offer of a word for the mix-up.

07/09/2025: Hello, seated at 1:30 PM, left at 3:30 PM Warm focaccia served instead of bread At the table, after booking and the dishes arriving, everyone ate individually, not together The food is excellent, but not all the fish is fresh Inexperienced waiters are incapable of serving or clearing the table Empty tables, but no one is quick to clear the table Four air conditioners in the dining room, but there's no stable area in the room to be able to eat peacefully For wine, you have to ask for glasses, so as a restaurant room not properly prepared, I understand the lack of staff, but at least the owner in charge knows exactly how to set the table correctly After everyone ate separately, with the dishes arriving over a 40-minute period After requesting coffee, it never arrived Table service management and table preparation need to be reviewed

25/07/2025: I've tried this sandwich shop several times, and I can confirm that the ingredients are high-quality and the portions are generous. The food is good and not too expensive. The only downside is the bread, which unfortunately isn't always up to par, often being hard or crumbling easily, and sometimes not seeming to be the freshest. It's a shame, because it ruins the sandwich a bit. The service is a bit slow because there's only one person managing both tables and the cash register, but you can sense the team's commitment. With a few small adjustments to the bread and an extra staff member, it could really become a point of reference.

05/03/2025: I've been ordering home delivery from this sandwich shop for about two years and, until recently, I've always had a great experience. However, the latest experience was very disappointing. The penultimate time, the sandwich arrived completely ruined and wet, probably due to the water released by the mozzarella or salad. Despite this, I decided to give it another chance and placed a new order, politely specifying on the phone to pay attention, given the problem I had previously. Unfortunately, the result was the same, or rather worse: the sandwich arrived once again in terrible condition, completely wet and decomposed. The bread, in addition to being wet, looked days old and completely inedible. I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but after two similar episodes it's hard to think that it was a coincidence. I hope the restaurant takes these reports into consideration and improves the quality of service.

13/09/2025: Stunning location for a wedding on September 12, 2025, which was yesterday. The food was decent but not excellent. Terrible service and bartender; we had to wait for the couple to finish their photoshoot to get drinks, and then we went over budget without even paying (unheard of). We had to go to a nearby bar and spend money to get drinks. Highly not recommended.

08/09/2025: This place is magical! Wonderful atmosphere and a breathtaking view! The staff is super kind, friendly, and welcoming. The dishes were excellent; we chose a starter and a main course. Kudos to the entire staff! I highly recommend them.

25/07/2025: 1.we arrived at entrance waited to see which one of the bunch of waiter standing around was going to greet us. 2.placed our order and things came out 1 by 1 ( bread no side plate) had to ask also for oil. brought huge plate as a side plate and had to ask for Balsamic....omg !! already bring it all together. 3.had anchovies which were good. 4. The chips arrived on their own without my fish 5.mains came and my order was Fritto Misto( suppose having shrimp swordfish squid octupus) anyway you get the idea a mixed fish portion. and believe me it was just a portion!!!!! and the shrimps were surely from a frozen pack.tiny to me it was like they had not much to serve and served anyway enough for a child or as a starter. I wasn't expecting this from a famous fish area terrible, terrible and the price for what we had....is a joke Fritto- €22 Pasta-€13 chips-€5 €22 for a starter size is ridiculous very very disappointing 😞

25/07/2025: Location piacevole , posto tranquillo e vicino a porto Fossa , quindi facile parcheggiare e ventilato . Grazie al consiglio del signor Maurizio abbiamo mangiato degli ottimi piatti a base di pesce ,abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di mangiare la pizza , buona anche quest'ultima .

16/08/2025: We stayed here for two evenings in mid-August and weren't disappointed either way. Marco gave us a very warm welcome both evenings and treated us to delicious wine and an outstanding cheese and sausage platter. On the second evening, we also had a delicious meal. Unfortunately, I can't say what it was because he surprised us, but this too was excellent. Marco is not only warm and funny, but also very helpful. He sat down with me while I was having a circulatory collapse and also supported us with water and other offers of assistance. Marco didn't leave our side until everything was absolutely back to normal. So, if you enjoy pleasant surprises, whether culinary or wine, surrounded by friendly people and owners, this is the place for you.

26/08/2025: We had the great pleasure of dining at Ristorante Codarossa, and it was an absolutely wonderful evening. The food was simply delicious from start to finish – finely balanced flavors, beautifully presented, and of the highest quality. Every course was a delight and delighted us. The service also deserves special praise: attentive, warm, and professional, without ever being intrusive. You immediately feel welcome and completely at ease. An unforgettable culinary experience that we highly recommend. A huge compliment to the entire team – we're already looking forward to our next visit!
