29/07/2024: One of Augusta's historic bars, located in via Citrus, a side street of the main viale Italia, before the level crossing. The bar has three rooms to sit in: an outside terrace, inside the bar, with WC, and an internal room not far from the entrance. Internal rooms equipped with AC. Excellent quality coffee, cappuccino, coffee granitas etc. Breakfast pieces (croissants, puff pastry bombs, etc.) delicious, fragrant. In the photo the remnant of a brioche with tuppo spread with ice cream. Beautiful and good cakes to eat. Friendly and welcoming people. Super recommended

05/05/2024: Siamo stati qui a cena il 26-04-24 e ci dispiace leggere che qualche recensore non si sia trovato bene perché possiamo dire che, a partire dall’accoglienza dei titolari, a tutto il resto, ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia. Il locale è grande ed hanno svariate sale di cui due esterne per l’estate. Abbiamo mangiato una tagliata di vitello con rucola e abbondante parmigiano, un hamburger, una porzione di patatine, birra bionda media alla spina e un’acqua per un totale di € 43,00. 11/08/2024: The restaurant is located in Piazza Duomo and has a view of the Cathedral of Ortigia. In the evening it is truly enchanting and evocative. General staff and fast service. The only flaw was the portions of the starters, but otherwise we had a pleasant evening.

01/09/2024: Today my wife and I went to this place for lunch with the air conditioning off, lights in the room off, little courtesy from the owner and also for two, a plate of marinara pasta, 4 gills of roasted octopus, a plate of grilled vegetables, I paid 44 euros miserable portions and to my complaints to the owner I was told that the treatment was one of the best in the area I strongly advise against eating in this place terrible experience today 01/09/24

29/08/2024: We got two exceptional pizzas. Very good and crunchy dough, not excessively seasoned but not too little either. The location outside is very beautiful, inside there is perhaps a little something to improve. If I can give some advice, it's better to put tablecloths or coasters because if you bring me any cold drink it will start to condense and the drops will go on the table, which, not having the tablecloth, remains wet. For the rest everything is excellent.

22/09/2023: As natural wine enthusiasts we discovered this hidden gem a stone's throw from Noto. Marco and his cuisine are a must-try, a unique experience that smells both of Sicily and of contemporaneity. A cuisine that certainly deserves to be in more than one guide, up to par with innovators like Yoji and young chefs like Jacopo Ticchi. The dishes exude strong passion and creativity. Very fresh fish. Marco gave us an off-menu dish with sea anemone sauce (if I remember correctly). Divine. The raw dishes are also unforgettable.

31/08/2023: Place to avoid, excessive prices, a glass of wine costs double that of the best restaurants, but the worst disappointment is the poor quality food but always sold at exorbitant prices

Having arrived on site (having booked) after several kilometers and in scorching heat we were given the good news by the reception that the reservation does not exist “we are overbooked” But how?? I paid and you have no room? I had to look for other accommodation elsewhere. No comment. Ps: the refund was received after 8 days Disaster.

To the cleaners.... To the breakfast room... Excellent quality international breakfast, with daily local treats, ample free parking

23/08/2024: It is advertised as a four-star hotel, and not as a guest house as it is. Minimal rooms, bathroom with water heater, noisy air conditioning, barely adequate cleanliness. Discount and poor breakfast, be careful with the yoghurts left out of the fridge for hours every day, thus interrupting the chain of the cold, without being placed on a container refrigerated by ice or a special container ..... Incomprehensible staff, not very polite and kind, excluding the girl at the reception on the morning of 08.22. The only positive note is the very central location next to a wonderful church.
