He's an excellent chef, and the love and balance of spices he puts into his dishes is unreal. We tried everything: the Savrano couscous, the meat couscous, and the vegetable couscous with their respective broths, each one better than the last. The appetizer was remarkable, and the cartons are also worth ordering. My heartfelt congratulations!

A rich and delicious menu, starting with a variety of exquisite traditional Sicilian appetizers, such as eggplant caponata, meatballs, sweet and sour artichokes with onions and olives, salami, cheese and olives, sweet and sour salted fish, ricotta frittatas, stuffed sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus frittatas, battered cardoons and artichokes, and stuffed eggplant. Then there are the first courses, including excellent ravioli with porcini mushroom and pistachio cream and pappardelle with brociolone ragù. Three excellent second courses, including sliced ​​brociolone, oven-roasted lamb, and grilled sausage, are served, followed by fruit and cannoli. We were even treated to some very welcome second helpings. Coffee and a liqueur to finish. Thank you, as always, for the excellent service and consistently high-quality products.

09/04/2026: If you don't want to order wine, you're left waiting to pay and treated condescendingly. After we ordered, the staff didn't seem to feel responsible for anything else we needed. Our food also took longer than for other guests who ordered long after us—but of course, they had ordered wine. Otherwise, the food was good. So, if you like wine AND good food, this restaurant is probably worth recommending; otherwise, there are likely better options.
