16/07/2025: I had an amazing experience at Nicu Nicu Cafe! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish showcasing exceptional quality and flavour. The service was incredible—staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience all the more enjoyable. To top it off, the prices were very reasonable, making it a fantastic value for the experience. Highly recommend this gem of a cafe!

01/07/2025: We ordered lasagna and it was very, very good. We got a little confused about the water; we wanted it still, but they brought it sparkling, but it was resolved. The lady was very attentive. I highly recommend it.

19/07/2025: If you are looking for a reasonably priced Michelin-worthy restaurant, this is a good choice. If you are expecting the quality of a starred restaurant, you may be a little disappointed, but overall, in Cefalu, where prices are high, this is a satisfactory level.

17/07/2025: Locale carino ed accogliente sia per la sala interna che per i tavoli all'esterno. Personale cortese ed alla mano, menù molto vario con una gran varietà di cibi sfiziosi. Consiglio l'aperitoast, piatto ricchissimo do varietà di sfiziosita' con aperitivo alcolico a scelta ad un prezzo veramente irrisorio. Da uno a 10,consiglio 11!

01/08/2025: We came here for lunch by chance; we weren't sure where to go, and while searching online, this place came up. It was a perfect choice: delicious food, fresh fish, excellent service, and a truly charming seaside setting. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing day and if you're looking for good food.

01/08/2025: Amazing restaurant. Very good food. We had pasta, it was really great. This is how Sicily tastes. And the view. It wasn't even more beautiful in Cefalu. We can really only recommend it. It was great! We will definitely come back. PS: the appetizer in the form of octopus and purple ze mashed potatoes was perfect.

21/06/2025: So we went in and got seated. We were shown a QR code to scan to view the menu. Soon after, we got to place our order and not too long of a wait we received our food and drinks. We ordered 2 pastas which were both average.... I was expecting a lot more quality for the price, but it wasn't bad in any sense but just not as expected after seeing all the good reviews and prices per person on Google which is 20-30€ per person for this restaurant. It all felt pretty rushed I can understand that it was probably getting busy for the waiters and like any job for anybody everyone's just trying to get through and doing their best. Another one thing I noticed was that we got no complimentary bread but everyone that was seated after us received a small basket. I don't think it is complimentary, maybe it's under the corperto charge which I paid 2€ for each person. I know it's standard in restaurants here but I received all the basic services throughout my dinner in all other places.

20/06/2025: We were recommended this restaurant for lunch, and we truly loved both the service and the food. The food is excellent, serving large portions at a very good price. A truly Sicilian culinary experience. We'll definitely return when we're in Palermo again.

14/08/2025: Seven of us had lunch, adults and children, and we were served excellently. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, and we saw a true Sicilian passion for traditional products and fine local wine. I recommend it if you're looking for a good, traditional yet sophisticated meal.

20/07/2025: A place not to be missed! Palermo tradition at a price from another era. Here, time truly seems to have stood still. The kindness and subtle irony of the owner, as well as the friendliness of the entire staff, make this a truly unique place. I recommend coming with an empty stomach and a curiosity to explore the true flavors of Sicily.

15/07/2025: Una joya escondida en Palermo – Auténtico confort siciliano Una de las mejores comidas que tuvimos en Sicilia. Este pequeño lugar dirigido por una familia se siente más como ser invitado a la casa de alguien que ir a un restaurante. El propietario era increíblemente cálido y acogedor, nos trajo sabores de diferentes platos, cada uno mejor que el anterior. La pasta era fresca y llena de sabor, simple y perfecto. Si buscas auténtica cocina siciliana y auténtica hospitalidad, no te pierdas este lugar.

09/07/2025: A wonderful museum, featuring contemporary art by very unique and little-known international artists, including some works by Andy Warhol, rarely mentioned in many books, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The exhibition and the variety of works are truly remarkable; you can immerse yourself in the art for hours. The staff are admirably kind, and the shop offers much food for thought and inspiration.

02/08/2025: The owner of this Italian place should consider whether he wants to run a restaurant or be unemployed... Absolutely 0 stars for "service" and "ambiance." After waiting 25 minutes (for what?) and being treated disrespectfully by the "waiter," we left... I do not recommend it!!! Avoid it at all costs!!! The bottom and three meters of mud!!!

31/07/2025: A very good restaurant discovered thanks to the reviews and photos posted. It was a very good meal. The mussels and their sauce were delicious and very generous, and the meat was very good.

13/07/2025: It's now a historic spot in Palermo, because it was actually after its creation that the entire area experienced a new lease of life, with Palermitans returning to the area. Today, it's a highly sought-after spot, with many tourists. Today, it's packed with bars and a great crowd, and you can't miss an aperitif at the champagne bar if you visit Palermo.

27/07/2025: This is a true Sicilian cuisine restaurant/Pizzeria. Offering indoor and outdoor dining. A wonderful atmosphere with Service that is top notch , professional and friendly. We were a party of 7 people. We ordered a verity from the menu and every dish was delicious. Zuppetta di cozze and insalata di mare as appetizers. Are absolutely wonderful as the seafood is fresh . Some of us ordered the pizza. The choices are incredible and authentic to Italian pizza. Pasta options that we ordered were spaghetti vongole veraci and linguine scorfano, Ricci e pomodorini . This local hidden gem is a must ! I never write reviews but this restaurant deserves high praise indeed !
