27/11/2025: From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was both relaxing and welcoming, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. We were warmly greeted by our host, Alessandro, who went above and beyond in guiding us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations for both appetizers and entrées. The food selection offered something for every palate, and each dish we tried was outstanding—beautifully presented, incredibly flavourful, and clearly crafted with care. The visual appeal of the plates matched the remarkable taste. We had the cod meatballs and broccoli stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone cheese drizzled with truffle honey as our starters. Our mains were the Marsala beef stew and the low temperature cooked cod. Everything was delicious and bursting with flavour. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The host even took the time to pick up my husband’s coat that had fallen off his chair - twice. Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!!

27/11/2025: I highly recommend Triscele, from the service to the ambiance. The food is top-notch, everything is meticulously prepared, and the service is incredibly attentive. The octopus was cooked to perfection. They are incredibly detail-oriented. And please, try the Roche Bianco dessert—it's absolutely delicious. Highly recommended if you're visiting Cefalù and want to try some great Sicilian food.

10/01/2026: Returned today after a few years away. What can I say... Excellent cuisine, we had lunch in a relaxing atmosphere, with delicious dishes. Comfortable atmosphere, courteous, helpful, and never intrusive staff. Highly recommended. When we're passing through Castelbuono, we'll definitely be back.

09/01/2026: We had a lovely dinner at Palazzaccio. The service was very professional and the food was excellent. The quality of the products were amazing including the local olive oil and wine. We only recommend to include more vegetarian dishes to the menu. Thank you again for the experience!

31/01/2026: Very good and unique beers. I didn't have dinner, but we had both regular and sweet potato fries, delicious!

26/01/2026: The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful, despite the pub being packed. We ate well, considering the cuisine, and drank even better. The beers were very good, especially the dark ones they pump out. The music was also good, though it's a shame there's no room for live music. The only downside was the excessive crowding, but it was Saturday night, so we couldn't expect anything less.

20/10/2025: A perfect choice. Exquisite dinner, incredibly fresh fish, perfectly balanced flavors. Francesco entertained us by recommending several dishes. If you're planning to visit this wonderful island, you can't miss this chef's cuisine. Friendly service and reasonable prices. We'll be back!

02/10/2025: They welcome customers with courtesy, the food is excellent, and the wine is equally good. The prices are slightly higher than those of the island's competitors, but the quantity justifies this.

15/01/2026: The best pizza by the slice in the world!! But also the focaccia, the mini pizzas... memories of my childhood that are still relevant today because nothing has changed in 51 years. And yesterday, while enjoying a cake from Panificio Graziano, my son exclaimed, "Mom, how do they make these so good?" I replied that it's a family business and I believe the secret is the love passed down through generations. As well as the care and skill in the preparation, of course. Worth trying (and retrying).

14/01/2026: The fresh food, whether you choose to take it out or eat it there, is delicious! Definitely worth a try, I highly recommend it.

09/02/2026: After months of waiting because they're always full, I don't understand how, given what they offer, one could be disappointed on every level. The truly absurd thing is that there are no words to describe it: the fixed menu costs €45.00, plus a €3.00 cover charge, plus €3.00 for drinks, plus wine. So, we're talking over €50.00. The appetizers start with a small plate of cheeses and cured meats, all ridiculous: good mushrooms, tasteless potato tart, etc. Only a flavorless first course with 30 grams of pasta. Two second courses on a small plate with pork, two slices of barely thick cheese; the other one, I didn't know what it was but it was the size of a postage stamp. Truly ridiculous. The dessert was good. I will never return; I'm sure anyone who goes there will never return. For that price, there are agritourisms where you can eat really well and abundantly, and they even give you trays to take away what's left. I don't recommend it.

03/02/2026: We were warmly welcomed by the owners, who provided us with truly enchanting service. The place is a jewel of style and attention to detail: impeccable cleanliness everywhere, even the bathrooms, which are beautiful and well-maintained. The food? Simply fabulous. I've attached a few photos that I hope convey at least some of the deliciousness of the dishes. A wonderful experience that I highly recommend!
