Everything was perfect. At the end of the dinner, Chef Costantino even came to say goodbye and made sure we were happy with everything. Highly recommended!

28/12/2025: It was superb. I keep thinking about my (fresh) spaghetti, and specifically the sauce: Nduja, bottarga, breadcrumbs, grilled tomatoes, parsley. Mopped up with scarpette of their home made bread that was delicious. Clean bowls all round. My children had wonderful artichoke hearts that they made disappear in seconds, without offering any to their father. My wife had marinaded prawns of again unknown delicacy. As soon as I return to London I want to try to make that spaghetti sauce. Had an excellent carricante-based Etna bianco 2024 from SRC. Carricante for Etna whites and Nerello Mascalese for Etna rosso are the best wines in Sicily. Dry, saline, savoury, exquisite. My main course was roast pork slices from Nebrodi pigs with charred broccoli that melted in the mouth. I would go back again tonight and have the spaghetti again. I should also add that the service was first rate: two charming knowledgeable Sicilian ladies who spoke English well. What a place!

22/11/2025: We had the tasting menu and matching wines and every course and every wine was superb. They stick to local wines and foods and the preparation, presentation and taste were exceptional. I can see why Michelin rated them and I think they deserve a star. It was a quiet night hr but we were treated with good attention and the pace was excellent: not too fast or rushed. The highlight was probably the dish from locally foraged mushrooms: probably the best mushrooms I’ve ever had and that includes porcini and girolles. The umami was fabulous. To be fair each dish also went so well together that you felt this was a well curated menu with the richness increasing as you progressed: starting with a lightly marinated raw scampi dish and ending with a marscapone and jelly with carob wafers.

07/02/2026: We stopped for lunch. The dishes were very good and well-prepared, but without frills. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The music was excellent. We didn't stay, so we can't comment. We'll be back soon. Bye.

15/10/2025: Together with friends on vacation in Palermo, we chose this restaurant to celebrate a very dear friend's birthday! Truly fantastic! Excellent food, friendly and always helpful staff! Everything was delicious! Excellent value for money! Minimal wait time! Upon request, they even had a dessert made for us from their pastry shop... Amazing!! Recommended!

03/02/2026: I had dinner at this warm and welcoming inn. What can I say? A family atmosphere and sincere, discreet kindness. I enjoyed exquisite appetizers...I must try everything. The first courses were well-made and of the highest quality. I loved everything... I will definitely be back. Thank you, because research, quality, and passion still exist.

05/01/2026: I ate two meals during the four-day trip. The green plate of noodles was fettuccine with pesto, and it was delicious! It was very convenient to get there because I was staying nearby! If you eat dinner around 7 pm, you don't need to make a reservation.

26/12/2025: The menu wasn't updated online. We sat down and found only ready-made pasta sauces displayed at the counter, and a very salty pasta with clams, off-menu. Fresh fish by the kilo? None. Fish meatballs? Purchased pre-made and of poor quality. Swordfish rolls were very dry. The worst thing was that fried calamari, marinated shrimp, and pasta with bottarga were delivered to the table next to ours (all off-menu dishes that no one had informed us about). The only positive note of the lunch was the seafood salad. Never again.

20/02/2026: Lato B is a place that has won the hearts of many locals and beyond! The food is simply divine, with well-crafted, high-quality dishes, like stuffed calamari, hummus, and panelle with shrimp and avocado cream. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, with jazz music and photographs of musicians from the '40s and '50s transporting you to another era. But what really makes the difference is the service: the staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to offer advice. And then there's Tiziano, whose warmth and kindness make the experience even more enjoyable 😊.

22/12/2025: This has the look of a family business. I didn't ask but it very clearly seemed that way to me. The food is very good but, and fortunately, you won't find overly complex dishes. The people are friendly.

27/09/2025: Typical and welcoming place. Quick and friendly staff and service. Disappointing food. Sardine meatballs with a coarse and poorly mixed mixture, the sardines were not boned. Fried food was greasy and salty. Too bad.
