Excellent cuisine. We had dishes made with seasonal and regional ingredients. The food tasted superb, and you could tell it was prepared with great care. Both the vegetarian options (casserole and potato stew with vegetables and cheese) and the pork from the Nebrodie region were excellent. The staff is very friendly. We would definitely come back.

Very pleasant atmosphere, kindness and efficiency, supreme tartare, princely mushroom and vegetable soup, sublime testa di turco (local dessert). The wine from the Santa Anastasia Abbey, a truly excellent merlot. The price is proportionate to the quality of the food and wine (40 per person). We'll be back!!

You deserve 5 stars! The place and staff are welcoming, and the food is delicious, simple yet refined. Everything was delicious; I'm vegetarian and had no problems. A new go-to in Castelbuono!

.....first day in Castelbuono! First dinner...what can I say...like true Sicilians, the welcome was remarkable! Not least, the wonderful wine cellar with excellent wines...for both connoisseurs and wine tasters. Foods made with local products, expertly prepared to bring out the true essence of the product, making them a delight to both taste and sight!
