Salvo, the dining room manager, despite his young age, is incredibly empathetic, very approachable, and sociable, and very knowledgeable about choosing wines to pair with the excellent dishes. On weekends, the dining room staff also includes Aurora, a very young, charming, and beautiful woman, very affectionate and also very empathetic. The atmosphere is comfortable, where you immediately feel at ease without too much etiquette. I, with a friend, have been there several times, always trying different dishes, and we've always been satisfied, being meat lovers. The quality and cooking method are remarkable. Tonight we had a mouth-watering sliced ​​steak and fillet medallion with mushrooms. Salvo, the steward, recommended an exceptional Nero d'Avola/Merlot from Baglio di Pianetto, and to finish, a unique amaro that's nothing like the classic commercial amaros: the "Rosso amaro" made from Nero d'Avola from Syracuse...I've never had such a good amaro. In conclusion, I highly recommend it; go and try it, you won't regret it!

04/03/2026: Patience, kindness, courtesy... a delightful place in Palermo, where you can have breakfast with good coffee, superb cakes and pastries, and a wonderful deli. I loved it from the first day I had the chance to sit outside at the tables and enjoy their delicacies. For lunch, they have wonderful first courses and sandwiches... impossible to resist!

03/03/2026: I've been going to this bar since I was very young and, honestly, I love it. The arancini are incredible; I don't think I could ever live without them. I've even introduced the place to friends and family, and everyone has been amazed by the quality of the food compared to the price. Besides the arancini and the pieces, the desserts are excellent and the staff is helpful. It's now become a go-to place during my study breaks; I highly recommend it.
