07/08/2024: I am ashamed to say that I did not know this deli had been around for 120 years. There are other great Italian grocers in Baltimore. None that I can remember has kept it as old world. Trinacria is truly a throwback. This place is perfect for the workman/woman. I got the simple Muffaletto sandwich. Simple but so good. Other places in town would charged double. I’m a customer for life now

01/08/2024: Not just me, but my family has been coming to this store for three generations. We love everything that is offered between the fresh imported prosciutto to the sweet lemon cookies. I can't express my gratitude and appreciation for this location. It deserves so much love and attention. I will always find time to come back to get some amazing focaccia and maybe even a sandwich or two. If you haven't been here before or have seen it and having walked in, just go.

16/07/2024: We found ourselves in this restaurant by chance because we spent the evening in Palermo. I recommend the pizza because it is really very good, in fact one of the best I've tried in Palermo. Fast service, helpful waiters

14/08/2024: We arrive from Catania in this Madonie wedding favor, we found a wonderful welcome with the exceptional Castelbuonese white wine, and very genuine and delicate dishes! The white ragù with porcini mushrooms is fantastic!!

13/08/2024: We found Hostaria Cycas by accident and were so glad we did and actually ended up eating 4 meals there during our week’s stay in Castelbuono. Everything we had was delicious (pizza, pasta, desert), portions were large and the prices very reasonable. On top of this the staff were very welcoming, friendly and relaxed. Throughly recommended!

26/08/2024: Delicious food! one of our favorite meals in Sicily and very authentic. It’s located at the end of a charming and lively street. We had several dishes and each one was fantastic.

09/08/2024: I had dinner here with a very good friend of mine and the dinner was great. Great flavored food and delicate taste and the wine was perfect. After this experience I went here with my brother and again the food was excellent. We can only recommend.

07/08/2024: Nice location in Bagheria, very good and plentiful food, especially the superb first courses. Excellent final bill. The service was very slow (we waited 20 minutes for the order and then an hour between starter and first course), botched. They had clearly forgotten our table, and then without many apologies they brought us two wrong dishes out of five (out of kindness and hunger we didn't protest). Then the owner actually had a chat with us at the end and was genuinely nice. What remains is that "eh with 60 people we're struggling tonight" and empty tables are not a good presentation! I recommend reviewing the organization of table service for a moment, but otherwise a super place!

21/08/2024: Amazing food!! Must visit spot for gluten free food in Palermo. I got an arancino and a sfincionello, the portion sizes were very big. My friend (who does not have to eat gluten free) got a sandwich and enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend visiting for lunch!

20/08/2024: Everything perfect. Eating the perfect pizza a little away from the tourist crowds without a lot of chic, in a square in front of a church with dim lighting. That only works here. Top service, top taste and the pizza for €6. It couldn't be better.

07/08/2024: Good food and excellent cocktails at absolutely fair prices... but above all wonderful company: the staff is really kind but without formalism, the customers are multi-ethnic (a real tower of Babel). A place to make new friends. In the heart of the historic center of Palermo. Absolutely worth trying, a reservation is recommended to avoid not finding a seat.

09/08/2024: A very nice restaurant in Palermo, on the edge of a street full of noise and crowds. The service is cordial and not overbearing. The ladies were very nice and when they saw us fanning ourselves with a napkin, they brought a fan. Pizza and gnocchi very good!

06/08/2024: Great place to eat vegan. Apparently simple but well-studied and tasty dishes. Friendly staff. The only flaw is the fairly high price, but for a special dinner once in a while it's fine.

04/08/2024: This restaurant is absolutely wonderful. We came from Paris to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday in Palermo. We ordered food and two birthday cakes which were delivered to the boat directly by the owner. Everything was amazing! The service, the food, the kindness of the owners, everything! Everything was done with great care. The strawberry cake was delicious!. I would also like to point out that for such quality of service the price remained very affordable. I highly recommend this place and hope to have the chance to return.

10/08/2024: Perfect place for a quick meal, no table service, fixed price, choose what you want and sit down for 6/7 euros for lunch. Super recommended

16/08/2024: We shared a dinner with friends on the evening of August 15th. A place found a bit by chance, trusting the reviews. I must say, never have reviews been more truthful. We ate very well, there were four of us and we had both pizza and some first courses and starters as well we ended on a sweet note with some delicious desserts made by the local pastry chef. I must say the bill was quite in line with what we got. Well done, congratulations to all the staff.
