03/03/2025: This was a lovely dining experience in Cefalù. Our party of four came on a Sunday evening with a 7:30 PM reservation we made earlier that day. We arrived and were promptly seated. Davide was incredibly gracious and helpful. One of the folks in our party is vegetarian and he helped us out with some swaps to make some dishes vegetarian. He walked us through the specials and the wine options as well as some questions we had about some menu items. The food we had was all incredibly flavorful and we enjoyed each dish. The standouts were the chicken liver, Sicilian stuffed meat rolls, rigatoni al rustico, and the spaghetti with pesto & swordfish. The rabbit also came recommended from our hotel concierge, but there were too many good options to pass up! Highly recommend coming here and worth making a reservation as it is a very popular spot with all of the locals as well!

02/03/2025: They took great care of us, the service was super attentive. We ordered the onion soup, it came with spectacular butter. Carpaccio and a pasta. We accompany it with some beers. Perhaps compared to other places in Sicily, they were a bit pricey. But it is worth it without a doubt. Highly recommended restaurant.

03/03/2025: Tony and Alex are the real deal as are their respective spouses, all of which are there every day making sure everyone is happy. For us, this is the perfect place - the balance between casual family atmosphere and great, authentic food. We live in Palermo a few months every year, and this is the first place we return, and the last place before we leave.

27/02/2025: Haiku has become the favorite place for me and my partner, who, skeptical but curious about new things, claims to have never eaten a vegan carbonara as good as the traditional one. Over time we have tried the entire menu and there is never a time when we don't struggle over what to eat, since everything is really extremely good. Also highly recommended for carnivores who, faced with a seitan-based culinary alternative, would be hard pressed to understand that it is not meat-based.

14/03/2025: A wonderful end to our vacation in Sicily. At Cortile Pepe we enjoyed the best cuisine in two weeks in Sicily. We had the vegetarian menu and the Conosciamoci menu..Excellent! Very attentive service, very friendly patron Toti. Solid atmosphere, reasonable price-performance ratio. We'll be back.

22/03/2025: Very good pizza. I had the biga Margherita. Tasty dough. 3.50e per slice. Look in the window, choose, pay at the cashier and wait sitting on the high stools (tables for 2 or 4) located on the sidewalk and on the corner of the street. It's worth the experience. The place is always full.

24/02/2025: Este restaurante fue recomendado por nuestro hotel. Se sentía un poco fuera del camino en el mejor sentido. La comida variaba de muy buena a excepcionalmente buena como lo era el vino. La decoración era un poco escasa para mi gusto, pero la comida más que compensado por eso.

20/02/2025: The restaurant looks nice, our young waiter is extremely friendly and speaks good English. When we point out that the prosecco no longer has bubbles, the owner openly reprimands the waiter and, without apology, has the waiter pour a new glass from an unopened bottle. When taking the order, the owner suddenly walks away and returns a few minutes later without apologies. The owner is clearly disinterested and goes to work at a table in a fairly empty restaurant with his back to you. The food looks nice, but doesn't taste special, simple sauce and vegetables. Too expensive for what you get.

08/03/2025: This is the best place we have been to in Palermo. During our anniversary trip we tried many, from street food to fancy, and none come close. The menu is fantastic, has plenty of options of both Sicilian home cooking and of fish based dishes. Pasta is all handmade and the execution is perfect. The prices are more than fair, other than being top quality this is also the best value for money. Staff is super friendly and helpful. When we came there was no space but they made something work, all recommendations were great, and we felt so well taken care of. If you dream of going to Italy and finding a cute little restaurant where you feel like you are in someone's home, this is the place. We will definitely come back

08/03/2025: Michelle and Yolanda are very generous and kind people. They take very good care of the place, it is super clean and nicely decorated. The food was amazingly tasty and of a high quality. I’m from mexico (I don’t care if it sounds pretentious) so, I know what I’m talking about, this was delicious.

04/03/2025: Superb discovery in Castelbuono, we ate like kings! The portions were huge and the service impeccable, the staff are really helpful and friendly, I highly recommend it if you have the chance to visit this most picturesque village 🥰
