08/11/2025: This is truly the best restaurant in Castelbuono! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavors. The service was outstanding — our waiter Andrea was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Even the chef, Fabrizio, came out to explain the dishes personally, which made the experience even more special. Thank you Sandro 😇!!

03/10/2025: A lovely dinner at L’Anciova, a small, charming neighborhood restaurant right near Porto Carini, the entrance to the Capo Market. We started with caponata and sardine meatballs, followed swordfish along with a crisp catarratto. Our food was very good but the pizzas being served all around us looked outstanding!

01/10/2025: We went this week as a group of five for dinner and loved it. The service was very friendly, and all the dishes we ordered, all different, were delicious. The day I return to Palermo, I'll definitely go back! I recommend it!

27/09/2025: Typical and welcoming place. Quick and friendly staff and service. Disappointing food. Sardine meatballs with a coarse and poorly mixed mixture, the sardines were not boned. Fried food was greasy and salty. Too bad.

14/11/2025: A great experience, a welcoming place unlike any other, with friendly staff and a family atmosphere. Fresh pasta and top-quality ingredients make it a must-try whenever I'm in the area. The creamy burrata, pistachio, and speck sauce, and the pasta with sardines are excellent. I'll definitely be back to try the rest.

11/11/2025: One of the three best pizzas I've ever had!!! The best in Simirione, and this one is probably on par with the pizza in Naples. It tastes amazing, has delicious buffalo cheese, and that basil! And the dough! It's amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. Plus, the service is fast and the owner is friendly 😊

29/10/2025: Excellent pizza! Very light, easy-to-digest dough. Top-quality ingredients. The ambiance has also been revamped, making it a very welcoming place. The staff is courteous and friendly. Reasonable prices, considering it's centrally located. Less so than other pizzerias with less delicious pizzas! I'll definitely be back!

27/09/2025: I'd eyed this place for its aesthetics, but I'd never plucked up the courage to go in. Luckily, a friend's invitation to dinner turned out to be a fantastic surprise. The food is refined and out of the ordinary, with a clever blend of flavors that's sophisticated, balanced, and truly enticing. We tried several excellent dishes: the panelle with avocado cream and shrimp tartare (an excellent reinterpretation), the spaghetti with tenerumi and shrimp, and the mezze maniche with octopus ragù. Everything was delicious. The sweet finish, with chocolate cream and a wonderful crumble, was the perfect touch. The staff was friendly and very helpful, contributing to the pleasant atmosphere. One detail I really appreciated was the visit from the chef, Azzurra d'Arpa, who explained the dishes and even gave us Thai basil seeds: a gesture that demonstrates passion and customer care. With background music completing the picture, the atmosphere is that of an intimate and welcoming restaurant. I was pleasantly satisfied.
