Donna Rosa In Oliveri

I stopped at Donna Rosa's restaurant for something good to eat after a morning at the Laghetti di Marinello. It's very close to the beaches and located within the village. The restaurant is large and well-maintained, with perfect air conditioning to keep the summer heat at bay, and large, clean bathrooms. The staff was very kind and welcoming; they quickly found us a table for five and took all our orders. We had fries and fried calamari, a bit heavy but good. We continued with mushroom risotto and spaghetti with clams and mussels, all very tasty, though it was a shame about the excessive amount of oil. Finally, we tried the swordfish rolls, which weren't very strong but pleasant. We paid around €20 per person, which I'd say was fair for everything we ordered. Overall, a nice and convenient place to eat something more substantial after a day at the beach!

Everything was good as always, both the pizza and the restaurant. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the value for money was good. I recommend it.

As a celiac and diabetic, finding a place that can accommodate both dietary needs with expertise and peace of mind is not a given. They did so excellently, with great attention, care, and a humanity that goes far beyond simple service. Every request was met with a smile, allowing me to enjoy my stay and meals without a care in the world. This is true hospitality: making every guest feel welcomed, understood, and respected in their needs. We had dinner here the other night and I was truly impressed with everything we tried. We started with the seafood trio: a rich, carefully prepared dish made with the freshest ingredients. Each dish was different and delicious, from the beautifully presented raw fish to the perfectly cooked shellfish, seasoned simply yet effectively, bringing out the full flavor of the seafood without overpowering it. For our first course, we chose spaghetti with mussels, and they were simply delicious. The pasta was cooked al dente, just right, the sauce was flavorful, fragrant, and so well-rounded I didn't leave a drop! The mussels were large, plump, and perfectly cleaned—a dish I would definitely make again. The service was also impeccable: friendly, attentive, and helpful staff, reasonable wait times, and a welcoming, refined atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to eat quality seafood, prepared with passion and honesty, this is the restaurant for you. I'll definitely be back; highly recommended.
