27/06/2025: My spouse and I found L’Ètoile Focacceria Rosticceria while taking a walk through Roccalumera. We are glad because we had the BEST FOCACCIA EVER! My spouse had a Margherita and I had a Tonnata. We shared both and found that they were indeed the BEST FOCACCIA EVER! If you’re ever in the area, goooooo! The service is super pleasant and that outdoor dining area is beautiful!

08/06/2025: How GOOD. I don't think there's much else to add, the pizza is really great and all the staff are kind, smiling and efficient. There are also various doughs to choose from, the multi-cereal one is delicious, congratulations.

31/05/2025: The pizza is very good. The ingredients are of good quality. The price is too exaggerated and does not justify the quality, moreover the pizza is smaller than average. Paying 20 euros for a pizza capricciosa and a 33 cl bottled beer is really too much.

13/06/2025: Absolutely fabulous! Food was amazing! They served generous portions and fresh local ingredients were used to provide us traditional Eolian dishes. Everything was topped up with great views, kind and knowledgeable staff and last, but not list, super clean restaurant and facilities. It’s a must if you visit Lingua in Salina island

03/07/2025: Good, genuine, local and simple food, but with great effect. This is the real Sicily, which can be admired in this family-run restaurant. Appetizers, first courses, meat and for something more informal there is also pizza with a truly fragrant dough, but still soft and rich as a crust.

25/04/2025: We had dinner at this Pizzeria-Osteria twice and both times we had a great time. The menu offers a vast selection of starters, first and second courses of meat and fish for all tastes. There are several dishes among children's favorites (fries with frankfurters, bruschetta, pizzas, chicken nuggets, etc.) Very good and well-seasoned pizzas. The mussel hoe was slightly bland (but still good). The portions are generous and the service good. The lady is very kind. Fair prices.

21/04/2025: Good portions, it will fill you up. Nice servers, good food! Recommend sallad and pasta, we will come back and try the pizza, looks delicious as well.

06/05/2025: Evidently he doesn't mind losing customers. We have been customers for a long time but since the place changed location we haven't been there at all, it keeps getting worse. The last time they placed us in a corner with a terrible smell of dung, then the icing on the cake was that the owner's son himself moved the light because some V.I.P. customers. they weren't getting enough light. "Obviously" the fact that we remained in the dark (!) was not a problem! When we pointed this out to the owner's son, he reacted by falling off his back, not saying anything - not even apologizing and clearly not caring about at least coming to us. Furthermore, the other waiters had the same use as a monkey in the kitchen, only one girl did the work for all the others. The food? Increasingly poor, the restaurant sector is to be discarded while the pizzeria is acceptable only for those who are masochists and love poorly cooked food.

19/04/2025: A place that is halfway between a delicatessen and a restaurant. They serve excellent sandwiches with freshly baked panpizza and some first and second courses. Short and well-studied menu and the quality of the food is very high. The sandwiches are delicious and very filling and the choice is really wide. Service quite slow and not very attentive.

09/04/2025: Last night I was invited by a friend of mine to this restaurant. Minimal, welcoming atmosphere and very clean bathrooms. Family-run place that saw us served by Dora, who explained the house specialties to us. We consumed a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses (all typical of our area) and a truly exquisite porchetta. We continued with the 🍔 "gourmet", their house specialty (a thin sandwich patented by them). We concluded the dinner with desserts (panna cotta, truffle and a sweet crepe with ricotta, bitter cocoa and chocolate flakes)... all delicious.. I dare say exceptional.. but the real surprise was the bill (just under €30 per person) so much so that we even asked if they had made a mistake because we couldn't believe we were paying so little for all that stuff. What can I say... quantity, quality, professionalism and convenience. Absolutely recommended!

15/04/2025: Eccellenti sia i formaggi che i piatti della tradizione siciliana preparati a mano, al momento. Lasciatevi consigliare dal personale il tagliere e i vini adatti ai vostri gusti. E poi, gustate una cassata! Cercate bene il locale nella via, c’è una piccola insegna all’ingresso!!

14/04/2025: No hay palabras para describir lo deliciosa que es la comida. Cada artículo era mejor que el siguiente: la albóndiga era la mejor que he probado, la berenjena estaba divina, los quesos y las carnes eran todos locales y excelentes. El servicio fue increíble y se puede sentir el amor en la preparación de la comida. La mejor comida en Taormina manos abajo

06/05/2025: Invited to dinner by friends. I must say that we had a good dinner. Quiet environment, very friendly staff. One flaw in the menu was that I didn't find grilled vegetables and berries for the panna cotta. For the rest nothing to complain about. The prices? I didn't pay. Medium-high range anyway. We were 4 adults and 2 kids.

13/05/2025: Wir haben hier zu Abend gegessen. Das Restaurant hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente innen wie auf der Terrasse. Die Speisen sind kreativ und vorzüglich wie auch der Wein. Der Service ist unauffällig angenehm. Von der Wintergartenterrasse hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

12/05/2025: Piatti buonissimi. Personale gentile e simpatico. Servizio attento e veloce. La terrazza è davvero bella. Si respira un aria di pace. Fantastica scoperta...ci torneremo sicuramente!

18/05/2025: Ogni volta che vado a Palermo per lavoro piuttosto che fermarmi all'autogrill esco apposta a Brolo e mi fermo qui: bar, pasticceria e tavola calda davvero ottimi. Locale sempre pulito, è questa ultimamente è una cosa rara

20/04/2025: The owner, Andrea, is a very friendly and competent person and has been in the restaurant business for decades. His spit-roasted chickens are particularly good and well cooked. It offers take-away service and drinks on site with around forty seats available.
